Abstract

Tanah Mandar memiliki cukup banyak aset kultural yang bernilai ekonomis baik secara potensi dan bernilai tambah jika dikembangkan lebih jauh. Salah satunya adalah kue-kue tradisional. Kue-kue yang merupakan warisan sosio-kultural-historis ini akan menjadi sebuah medium peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat yang baik, dalam hal ini industri rumahan, jika dikelola dan diberikan nilai tambah yang tepat. Nilai tambah yang dapat diberikan dalam konteks pengembangan kewirausahaan dalam konteks pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah sosialiasi dan pelatihan singkat tentang kemasan dan pemberian label. Selain juga dilakukan promosi singkat tentang produk-produk kue setempat kepada tamu yang datang. Pengabdian yang dilakukan mendapat antusiasme yang baik dari pihak pemerintah desa dan masyarakat di Desa Sepabatu. Pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa sosialisasi singkat. Dengan tambahan pengetahuan ini diharapkan masyarakat mendapat asupan wawasan dan pengetahuan dalam memperbaiki kemasan dan label produk yang mereka buat.

Abstract

AbstrakPeran elite lokal Pembentukan daerah otonom Kabupaten Balanipa mengesankan pembangunan dan komunikasi pada Pemerintah pusat dengan proses penyiapan teknokratis/administrasi atas sejumlah kekurangan persyaratan morathorium Rancangan Undang-Undang (RUU). Kebijakan pemekaran daerah berdasar PP No. 78 Tahun 2007 justru lebih menekankan pada proses-proses ruang politik. Meskipun nampak ada sejumlah permasalahan mendasar yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya pembentukan Kabupaten Balanipa namun demikian semua elite tersebut tidak akan mencapai hasil seperti sekarang kalau tidak ada campur tangan elite lokal, regional, dan pusat. Semua permasalahan tersebut merupakan kombinasi elite yang sangat kuat yang oleh elite lokal, regional, dan pusat. Pada tingkat masyarakat perjuangan pembentukan Kabupaten Balanipa didasarkan pada kesadaran kolektif berbasis teritori-etnik dari tokoh masyarakat (civil society) memaksa mereka untuk bekerjasama dengan pejabat negara demi memperjuangan kejayaan masa lalu sebagai wilayah bekas kerajaan sebagai wilayah administrasi Kerajaan Balanipa. Landasan ide tersebut kemudian dijadikan upayakonsolidasi dengan para elite di aras lokal. Dimana peran masyarakat yakni mobilisasi massa sebagai bagian dari wujud aspirasi masyarakat dalam upaya mengontrol keputusan penetapan Pembentukan kabupaten Balanipa di ruang Rapat Badan Legislasi Nasional (Baleg) DPR RI pemerintah pusat.

Abstract

Forests have a very important position and role in the development of Nation and the state. Because forests can provide maximum benefit for the prosperity and welfare of the people. Besides, forests are an invaluable property of the nation and state, so that the country's rights to the forests and the results need to be kept and maintained, and protected through law Enforcement to function properly. Forest is a forest area that has a basic function as a protection of the buffer system of life to regulate water, prevent flooding, control erosion, prevent seawater intrusion, and maintain soil fertility. The effort to protect and secure forest functions is that a effort preserves and protects forest damage and forest outcomes caused by human and livestock deeds, fires, natural powers, pests, and diseases, and maintains and maintains the state rights of forests and forest outcomes. Abstract

Marriage is a social bond or legal bond between persons that forms kinship. Marriage generally begins and is officiated with a ceremony with a wedding ceremony. Abstract

This research method uses the emphyric normativ method, which combines data in the field with the results of research in the field and then analyzed in a quantitative way.This study aims to find out who is entitled to get property rights to emerging land in the East Banggae district of Majene Regency. Idealizing the policy of the local government and the National Land Agency in Majene Regency towards the legal status of land tenure arising in the coastal area of East Banggai District, Majene Regency. This research was conducted in the East Banggae sub-district with the method of collecting data, namely conducting direct interviews with the people who control the emerging land, as well as the government related.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the status of children of Likka Soro's marriage in Adat Mandar according to the perspective of the Compilation of Islamic Law. The status of children resulting from Likka Soro' marriage in Mandar custom according to the Perspective of the Islamic Law Compilation (KHI), namely the position of a legitimate child must be based on a valid marriage according to Article 42 of the Marriage Law and Article 99 of the Compilation of Islamic Law, which states that a legitimate child is a child born from legal wedlock. Likka Soro' marriage in Mandar custom according to sharia or Islam is valid but based on Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 Article 2 Paragraph (2) is invalid because it is not registered with the authorized agency and seen from the Compilation of Islamic Law in Article 7 the marriage of Likka Soro' has not been declared valid because it must be registered with the authorized agency to obtain a marriage book. Then in Article 6 Paragraph (2) of the Compilation of Islamic Law, it states that marriages carried out outside the supervision of a Marriage Registrar do not have legal force, therefore Likka Soro' marriages that have taken place should be registered and then recorded in civil registration to obtain a legal position. to support child survival. Factors causing the occurrence of the Likka Soro' marriage were that the woman had conceived a child out of wedlock, there was incompatibility or a desire between the woman and the man to bind themselves in a marriage relationship, there was no agreement between the families of both parties to establish kinship through marriage, men -men don't want to be responsible for the children that women have conceived because men are not sure that the child they are carrying is theirs for the reason that he is not the only one having intercourse with or having intercourse with the woman and lastly because there is promiscuity among adolescents which often causes women to pregnant out of wedlock.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris dengan sifat deskriptif analisis. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder, kedua sumber data tersebut dianalisis dengan metode berpikir deduktif ke induktif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini, aspek hukum wanprestasi terhadap perjanjian kemitraan pengelolaan lahan di Desa Kinatang Kabupaten Mamuju ialah kelalaian. Kelalaian itu muncul pada dua hal yakni wanprestasi terhadap pengelolaan lahan dan wanprestasi terhadap bagi hasil. Pada pengelolaan lahan, PT Mal tidak pernah mengelola lahan yang telah dikosongkan untuk ditanami sawit sebagaimana kewajibannya yang termuat dalam MoU yang disepakati bersama. Sedangkanw wanprestasi terhadap bagi hasil ialah ketika masyarakat Desa Kinatang tidak pernah memperoleh bagian hasil yang ditetapkan. Karena sama sekali tidak memenuhi perestasi PT Mal akhirnya tidak tepat waktu dalam memberikan hasil perjanjian lahan kepada masyarakat Desa Kinatang yang merupakan haknya. Bentuk perlindungan hukum tersebut hanya bisa diberikan oleh negara lewatm mekanisme peradilan, maka masyarakat Desa Kinatang Kabupaten Mamuju cq Koperasi Buana harus mengajukan gugatan wanprestasi ke Pengdilan Negeri kelas 1 Mamuju, dengan demikian negara memiliki landasan yuridis dalam memenuhi perlindungan hukum kepada masyarakat Desa kinatang.
