Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam proses belajar mengajar Bahasa Inggris diperlukan adanya suatu teknik pengajaran yang tepat dan efektif. Pengajaran yang tepat dan efektif sangat membantu siswa untuk lebih meningkatkan kemampuan mereka didalam belajar. Namun, tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap Bahasa Inggris tidak hanya dapat ditingkatkan melalui teknik pelajaran tapi juga diperlukan suatu strategi yang efektif dalam mengevaluasi kemampuan siswa untuk memahami teks yang dibaca. Dengan menggunakan Self Question Strategy and Note Taking Strategy dalam mengevaluasi kemampuan siswa, guru dapat mengetahui tingkat kemampuan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran atau teks yang telah diberikan.Dalam strategi ini guru menggunakan Self Question strategy yaitu dengan memberikan sebuah teks narrative kepada siswa kemudian guru meminta siswa untuk membuat pertanyaan sendiri berdasarkan teks yang diberikan sebelumnya, dari pertanyaan yang dibuat oleh siswa tersebut guru menggunakan Note Taking Strategy yaitu meminta siswa memasukkan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya dalam sebuah grafik, kotak, dan  lain-lain. Kombinasi strategi ini tidak hanya membantu guru dalam mengetahui kemampuan siswa tapi juga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami suatu bacaan. Makalah ini diharapkan mampu memberikan masukan yang efektif bagi guru, khususnya Bahasa Inggris untuk mengetahui kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh siswa dan tingkat pemahaman siswa dalam memahami suatu teks yang diberikan.

Abstract

International trade that used in traditional and limited, now has progressed veryrapidly. The flow of goods can not be blocked even by doing a free trade agreement.Trade liberalization is intended for all countries in the world, has long been discussed bythe experts of the economy and also the leaders of the countries in the world. Attempts tobring this AFTA born of thinking about how to improve relationships (and also cooperation),especially in the economic field, which is closely among ASEAN membercountries. Entry AFTA will certainly impact the economic actors in each member state.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of ASEAN Free Trade Area(AFTA) on the growth of Indonesias CPO exports Period 2003-2012. The results showedthat regional cooperation in the form of regional organization is still an option This isdue to the inability of developing countries to deal with the complex development ofinternational relations and the notion that regionalism can increase the level of theeconomy. Indonesia as a country that is known as a producer of CPO feel the influenceof the enactment of AFTA significantly to the development of palm oil exports. Abstract

Pembelajaran di era digital memerlukan strategi inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan memfasilitasi pembelajaran berbasis kolaborasi. Salah satu strategi yang dianggap efektif adalah penerapan Community of Inquiry (CoI) dengan Model Think Pair Share (TPS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi CoI dengan TPS sebagai strategi pembelajaran inovatif bagi kelas XII SMKN 4 Malang yang mengadakan kelas praktik lapangan dan pembelajaran daring. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Tantangan utama dalam implementasi meliputi keterbatasan teknologi, interaksi sosial, dan keterlibatan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi, pelatihan untuk pendidik, dan pengembangan aktivitas interaktif, implementasi CoI dan TPS dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan memfasilitasi kolaborasi dan berpikir kritis. Kesimpulannya, CoI dengan TPS dapat menjadi strategi pembelajaran yang efektif bagi kelas XII SMKN 4 Malang di era digital, asalkan didukung dengan infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai, pelatihan untuk pendidik, dan pendekatan yang mendukung interaksi sosial dan keterlibatan siswa.

Abstract

This research highlights the significance of developing innovative learning media to enhance effective learning for class X Software Engineering (RPL) students at SMK Negeri 4 Malang. The study addresses the need to improve student engagement and deepen understanding of concepts, particularly in Control Structure and Branching material. The primary objective is to create an interactive and innovative Flipbook-based e-module as practicum media to support the learning process. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate), this research employs a systematic and structured approach in developing learning products. The Flipbook-based e-module achieved a feasibility score of 90% from material experts and 97.5% from media experts, indicating its high validity and feasibility. During the trial phase, the e-module obtained feasibility score of 89% from a small group and 90% from a large group, resulting in an average feasibility score of 89.5%. These findings demonstrate that the Flipbook-based e-module is highly suitable for implementation in the Vocational Basics subject for class X RPL students at SMK Negeri 4 Malang. Additionally, the small group test showed a student learning motivation score of 85.4%, while the large group test yielded 87%, with an average of 86.2%. This indicates that the developed product significantly supports students’ learning motivation, proving its high validity in improving engagement and understanding. These results affirm the Flipbook-based e-module is potential as an effective learning tool for vocational education.

Abstract

RENJANI (Relawan Pajak Untuk Negeri) dilaksanakan di KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Utara pada tanggal 11 Februari hingga 11 April 2025. Tahapan pelaksanaannya meliputi persiapan dan perekrutan tim, pengarahan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi. RENJANI merupakan program rutin tahunan edukasi perpajakan bagi masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa sukarela. Setelah melewati serangkaian tes seleksi, para relawan pajak menerima pembekalan menyeluruh mengenai kode etik perpajakan dan cara mengisi Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan Pajak 1770S dan 1770SS baik secara manual maupun elektronik (e-filing). Relawan ditugaskan untuk membantu Wajib Pajak Individu dalam mengisi formulir pajak PPh 21 tahunan mereka selama periode pendampingan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa program ini secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengisian pajak tahunan. Meskipun demikian, para wajib pajak tetap menghadapi berbagai tantangan terkait pelaporan digital, termasuk dokumen yang hilang, nomor EFIN yang terlupakan, kehilangan akses ke email terdaftar, dan kesulitan teknis dengan e-filing. Tim Relawan Pajak secara aktif membantu mengatasi hambatan ini, termasuk bantuan dalam e-filing dan pemulihan EFIN. Secara total, lebih dari 300 orang berhasil dibantu oleh para relawan untuk mengisi pajak tahunan mereka. Selain membantu wajib pajak, program ini memberi mahasiswa kesempatan langsung untuk melatih keterampilan komunikasi dan pelayanan publik mereka sambil menggunakan pengetahuan pajak mereka. Keberhasilan program ini adalah hasil dari kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi, Pusat Pajak, dan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) dalam memajukan digitalisasi layanan dan meningkatkan kesadaran pajak.

Abstract

Drought is a type of hydrometeorological disaster that is becoming increasingly frequent and severe due to global climate change. This phenomenon has a significant impact on food security, access to clean water, as well as social and economic stability, especially in highly vulnerable areas such as West Nusa Tenggara and temperate countries like Germany. This study aims to examine the characteristics of drought and its consequences in these two regions, review the effectiveness of mitigation and recovery measures that have been implemented, and assess the potential application of long-term risk management that can adapt to climate change. The method used is a systematic literature review by identifying, selecting, and synthesizing scientific articles and reports from relevant official institutions. From the analysis conducted, it was found that NTB faces chronic drought problems with limited water infrastructure and highly vulnerable social conditions, whereas Germany experiences severe drought due to prolonged rainfall shortages, impacting the agriculture, energy, and water resource sectors. Mitigation efforts in NTB still largely focus on emergency response and basic infrastructure development, while Germany implements a more comprehensive approach based on data and nature-based solutions. The opportunity to implement long-term risk management is considered highly dependent on the ability to integrate monitoring systems, strengthen local institutions, and adopt sustainable solutions. These findings emphasize the importance of an adaptive approach that balances structural interventions, preparedness, and inclusive water management.

Abstract

Tracer studies are an essential instrument in the quality assurance system of vocational education, as they serve to track graduates’ whereabouts and achievements while providing a basis for curriculum improvement and collaboration with industry. The tracer study implementation at SMK Negeri 12 Malang is still manual and fragmented, resulting in alumni data that is difficult to organize and not optimally utilized. This condition highlights the need for a more efficient, structured, and user-friendly tracer study system. This study aims to develop a tracer study system prototype based on the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach using the Google Sites platform, and to evaluate its effectiveness and usability from the perspective of experts and end users. The development method follows the five stages of UCD: specifying the context of use, specifying user and organizational requirements, producing design solutions, and evaluating the design. Validation was carried out by media and content experts to assess the visual aspects and content relevance. The prototype was then tested by 15 alumni as primary users and evaluated using the quantitative System Usability Scale (SUS) method, complemented by qualitative think-aloud interviews. Expert validation results indicate that the system meets the principles of readability, visual structure, and content feasibility in accordance with vocational school tracer study standards. The trial results show that the system achieved an average SUS score of 77.67, classified as having “Good” usability, meaning it can be used easily and efficiently without requiring special training.
