Abstract

The transition toward sustainable energy systems requires the transformation of renewable energy marketing strategies, particularly for waste-based energy. This study aims to analyze the effects of green marketing, stakeholder collaboration, and technological innovation on the marketing effectiveness of waste-based energy, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach with a survey design was used. Data were collected from 300 respondents, comprising consumers and stakeholders at PT PLN (Persero) ’s waste-based energy processing units. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data. The results indicate that green marketing, stakeholder collaboration, and technological innovation significantly influence customer satisfaction and the effectiveness of marketing. Furthermore, customer satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between independent variables and marketing effectiveness. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating sustainable marketing strategies, multi-stakeholder synergy, and innovative technologies to enhance the competitiveness of waste-based energy products in the market. This study contributes to the theoretical development of renewable energy marketing models and provides practical implications for policymaking and green energy marketing strategies in Indonesia.

Using both quantitative and qualitative approaches, the research examines the contribution of SOEs and the tax sector to total state revenue during the 2025 fiscal year. The quantitative method employs regression analysis to measure the influence of the SOE and tax sectors on state revenue, while the qualitative method is used to understand the fiscal policies underlying the strategies for optimizing these two sectors. The data are obtained from the Ministry of Finance, SOE annual reports, and the Directorate General of Taxes. The results show that contributions from SOE dividends and tax revenues continue to increase, although significant challenges remain, such as tax non-compliance in the informal sector and among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), as well as the need to improve the efficiency of SOE management. The recommendations include policies to broaden the tax base by integrating the informal sector and MSMEs, and encouraging SOEs to enhance operational efficiency and transparency in asset management. This study also compares Indonesia’s fiscal policies with those of other countries that have more efficient tax systems and SOE management, thereby providing insights for improving fiscal policy in Indonesia. Abstract

The digitalization of financial literacy is a crucial foundation for strengthening the resilience and economic sustainability of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, particularly in the dynamic and competitive food and beverage industry. This study aims to analyze the role of creative communication strategies, brand personality, and digital marketing engagement in encouraging the optimization of interactive social media and the utilization of user-generated content as instruments for improving MSME financial literacy. Using quantitative methods and a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on SmartPLS software, this study involved 150 MSMEs in the food and beverage sector across Indonesia. The results show that creative communication strategies and brand personality have a significant influence on digital marketing engagement, which in turn encourages social media use and consumer participation in producing educational content. These findings confirm that the digitalization of financial literacy through digital platforms not only improves financial understanding but also strengthens MSME businesses position in a sustainable digital economy ecosystem. This study provides strategic implications for MSMEs, policymakers, and other stakeholders in developing social media-based financial literacy models relevant to the characteristics of the food and beverage sector.

Abstract

This study introduces an Inclusive AI Interaction Framework designed to enhance happiness, emotional well-being, and compassionate digital care through the integration of emotion-aware algorithms, adaptive conversational models, and accessibility-centered interface design. The framework prioritizes inclusivity by addressing diverse user abilities, cultural backgrounds, and emotional states, ensuring that AI interactions remain fair, empathetic, and supportive for broad user groups, including vulnerable populations. The study aims to examine how personalized and affectively responsive AI interactions influence emotional comfort, perceived empathy, trust, satisfaction, emotional stability, and sustained engagement among diverse users. A quantitative research design was employed, using structured questionnaires, multimodal sentiment-based rating scales, and standardized World Health Organization WHO-5 well-being measures to evaluate user well-being. SEM was applied to validate the relationships among core constructs and assess the impact of inclusive AI design on affective outcomes. The analysis revealed significant positive effects of inclusively designed, emotion-sensitive AI systems on affective outcomes, including trust, satisfaction, emotional stability, and overall emotional comfort. The findings demonstrate that inclusively designed, emotion-sensitive AI systems can meaningfully elevate user well-being. This research provides empirically grounded design principles and practical insights for developing emotionally supportive, ethically aligned, and universally accessible AI solutions that contribute to more humane digital experiences.

Abstract

This study investigates the nuanced influence of cultural factors on entrepreneurial behavior in the global business landscape, specifically examining how cultural dimensions shape decision-making processes and overall business strategies. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach that combines in-depth interviews and quantitative surveys across diverse cultural contexts, the research uncovers how dimensions such as individualism-collectivism and tolerance for uncertainty directly impact entrepreneurial practices. Key findings demonstrate that cultural values significantly modulate entrepreneurial behavior in critical domains, revealing that individualistic cultures tend to foster more independent and risk-taking decision-making, while collectivistic cultures prioritize consensus and group harmony. Additionally, the study shows that cultural orientation towards long-term or short-term perspectives substantially shapes innovation approaches, with long-term-oriented cultures more likely to invest in sustainable innovation. Furthermore, the research indicates that cultural tolerance for uncertainty correlates directly with entrepreneurs' willingness to experiment and adapt in volatile market environments. These insights provide valuable implications for entrepreneurs and policymakers, emphasizing the importance of culturally sensitive business strategies. By understanding how cultural factors systematically influence entrepreneurial behavior, organizations can develop more nuanced and context-specific approaches to international business development. Ultimately, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of how cultural contexts fundamentally shape entrepreneurial opportunities and challenges in today's interconnected global economy.
