Abstract

Kecamatan Sumberrejo memiliki potensi besar dalam peternakan sapi potong, namun minat peternak bervariasi karena berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat peternak, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya, serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan partisipasi peternak. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode purposive sampling, penelitian melibatkan 60 responden yang telah beternak minimal satu tahun. Hasil menunjukkan mayoritas peternak adalah laki-laki berusia di atas 50 tahun, berpendidikan dasar, dan berprofesi utama sebagai petani. Secara parsial, variabel umur, pendidikan, pengalaman beternak, dan jenis sapi tidak signifikan memengaruhi minat beternak. Namun, peran pemerintah daerah dan daya beli pasar memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beternak. Penelitian merekomendasikan peningkatan dukungan pemerintah dan fasilitasi peternak untuk mengoptimalkan potensi ekonomi lokal melalui pengembangan peternakan sapi potong.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the cayenne chilli pepper demand, to know its elasticity and to forecast its demand for 2019 up to 2023. Findings: By using time series data of 1993-2017, this study applies multiple regresiion analysis. Methods: The method used for demand foreasting analysis is Least Squares Method and for the error estimator is used Mean Average Deviation. Conclusion: The results show that cayenne chilli pepper price, red chilli pepper price, onion price, the population and income per influence the cayenne chilli pepper demand in Surakarta City. The price elasticity of demand is inelastic and the pruduct categorized as normal goods. Cross elasticity indicates that cayenne chilli pepper subsituted with red chilli with the value of cross elasticity 0,137 and complementered with onion which the value of cross elasticity is -0,094. The result of cayenne chilli pepper demand forecasting for 2019 up to 2023 shows that the potential demand will always increas every year. The value of demand forecast on 2019 is 852.350,24 kg; the value of demand forecast on 2020 is 854.291,99 kg; the value of demand forecast on 2021 is 856.233,74 kg; the value of demand forecast on 2022 is 858.175,49 kg and the value of demand forecast on 2023 is 860. 117,24 kg with the value of error estimator is 0,0048 kg.

Abstract

The internet has become an inseparable part of human life in today's era of technological development. Many of the current business players have utilized of this opportunity to promote their products online, especially through social media. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of promotion by looking at the impact of promotion on TikTok social media by AISAS model (attention, interest, search, action, share) and seeing the relationship between variables in it. The basic method of this study is quantitive descriptive method. The location determination method was purposive. The sample determination was carried out by purposive sampling with a total sample size of 120 respondents. A questionnaire was used to obtain the data. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study show that promotion on TikTok social media had a significant impact on attention, interest, search, action, and share. Attention has a significant impact on interest. Interest has a significant impact on search. Search has a significant impact on action. Action has a significant impact on share. TikTok is considered effective in promoting Strawdies Garden because it has a significant impact on all dimensions of the AISAS model. This can be used as a reference for Strawdies Garden to continue to utilize TikTok as a promotional platform to attract consumers.

Abstract

Most of the waste produced by rural households is organic waste, which must be disposed of immediately because it rots quickly, emits an unpleasant odor, and can be a source of disease. Implementing a community-based circular economy at the village level can solve the accumulation of organic waste in rural areas. This circular economy model encourages downstream waste processing, thereby generating economic value. A circular economy that delivers significant financial benefits will make waste processing sustainable. Senden Village, located in Mungkid District, Magelang Regency, is one such village that has a local waste collection site (TPS). Its primary issue is the lack of techniques for processing waste, particularly organic waste, into quality products that are useful and have market value. Therefore, this Research Group Service initiative aims to develop the application of a circular economy for managing organic waste by producing organic fertilizers enriched with biological agents. The organic fertilizers produced will be highly quality and competitive in the market, thereby providing an alternative productive economic activity for the people of Senden Village. Organic waste processing into commercial products can be sustainable if it offers financial incentives for the community. This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically goals 2, 3, and 12.

Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia continue to grow and support the economy, including in Jepara Regency. MSMEs making wooden handicrafts have begun to develop amidst the sluggish furniture industry due to tight competition. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the profits of MSMEs making wooden handicrafts in Jepara Regency. Using a descriptive quantitative approach method with purposive and snowball sampling techniques for 30 respondents. Observation, interviews, and documentation are data collection techniques. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. The results show that selling price, sales volume, raw material costs, labor costs, length of business, and online marketing simultaneously affect profits. Individually, each independent variable has a positive and significant effect on profits. MSME actors are advised to implement a value-based pricing, optimize offline and online marketing, utilize wood waste, increase workforce productivity through training, and make promotions more effective to attract consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan berapa nilai tambah, profitabilitas, efisiensi dan keuntungan yang didapatkan dari usaha mengolah kopi robusta menjadi kopi bubuk robusta oleh UMKM Kopi Mukidi di Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian ii menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive (sengaja) di UMKM Kopi Mukidi. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekuder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara secara langsung dengan responden, observasi dan pencatatan data dari dinas terkait. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis biaya, analisis penerimaan, analisis keuntungan, analisis efisiensi, analisis profitabilitas dan analisis nilai tambah metode Hayami. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengolahan biji kopi robusta menjadi kopi bubuk pada UMKM Kopi Mukidi mampu menghasilkan nilai tambah sebesar Rp 38.766 tiap kg dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 40,39%. Keuntungan yang didapatkan oleh UMKM Kopi Mukidi pada bulan Maret 2021 adalah sebesar Rp 2.647.478,-. Nilai profitabilitas yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM Kopi Mukidi adalah 52,81% dan efisiensi usaha UMKM Kopi Mukidi pada bulan Maret 2021 adalah 1,53.Kata Kunci : Analisis Nilai Tambah, Analisis Keuntungan, Metode Hayami, Kopi Robusta
