Abstract

ABSTRAKPangan merupakan kebutuhan utama dalam kehidupan manusia. Pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan baik dari segi jumlah, mutu, gizi maupun keamanan berkaitan dengan Sumberdaya Manusia (SDM). Kualitas konsumsi pangan dan gizi masyarakat menentukan SDM masyarakat tersebut. Agroindustri pangan lokal merupakan kegiatan yang memberdayakan sumberdaya lokal (indigenous resources). Seluruh potensi lokal dimanfaatkan untuk menguatkan agroindustri pangan lokal. Penduduk di kawasan wisata Rumah Dome belum mampu mengolah bahan pangan lokal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan membentuk kelompok usaha produktif Ibu-Ibu PKK di Rumah Dome untuk dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomis pangan lokal (ketela pohon). Hal yang dilakukan adalah memberikan pelatihan pengolahan ketela pohon menjadi ceriping singkong berbagai rasa, keripik belut daun singkong, membuat brownies berbahan tepung ketela, mengemas produk dengan brand Rumah Dome dan memberikan pelatihan pembukuan sederhana. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan akan tumbuh kelompok usaha produktif sehingga dapat mengangkat citra wisata Rumah Dome dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat di Rumah Dome.  Kata Kunci: kelompok usaha, brownies singkong, Rumah DomABSTRACTFood is a major necessity in human life. Food needs are important for human resource (HR) both in terms of quantity and quality. Quality of food consumption and nutrition communities determine the HR community. Local food agroindustry is an activity that empowers local resources (indigenous resources). The whole potential of local food used to strengthen local agroindustry. Residents in the tourist area of Dome House have not been able to process local food. This activity aims to establish productive business of woman group (PKK) in Dome House to increase the economic value of local food (cassava). The activities are training for production process, packaging with Dome House’s brand and simple accounting management. The cassava processing training are: (1) making variety flavors of cassava chips; (2) producing eel chips from cassava leaves and (3) making brownies from cassava flour. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor bauran pemasaran yang dipertimbangkan konsumen serta variabel yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam pembelian produk minuman kopi pada Banaran 9 Coffee and Tea Colomadu, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 22 variabel. Metode dasar penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan analitis. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel ditetapkan lima kali jumlah variabel. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini mengambil sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 110 orang Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 22 variabel dan tercakup dalam tujuh faktor utama yang membentuk keputusan pembelian. Faktor tersebut berdasarkan prioritasnya adalah faktor produk 24,042%; faktor promosi 10,507%; faktor proses  9,913; faktor orang 8,845%; faktor bukti fisik 5,815%; faktor tempat 5,815% dan faktor harga 4,916%. Sedangkan variabel yang paling dipertimbangkan dengan melihat nilai factor loading tertinggi yaitu variabel rasa dengan nilai factor loading 0,929.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola saluran pemasaran, besarnya biaya pemasaran, keuntungan pemasaran, marjin pemasaran dan farmer?s share dari pemasaran keripik ketela ungu di Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penentuan lokasi penelitian ini  dilakukan secara purposive. Pengambilan responde produsen dilakukan dengan cara sensus. Sedangkan untuk responden lembaga pemasaran dilakukan dengan metode snowballing sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima saluran pemasaran pada pemasaran keripik ketela ungu di Kecamatan Tawangmangu Kabupaten Karanganyar, yaitu (1) Produsen-konsumen, (2) Produsen-pedagang grosir-konsumen, (3) Produsen-pedagang grosir-pedagang pengecer-konsumen, (4) Produsen-pedagang pengecer-konsumen, (5) Produsen-pedagang diluar wilayah Karesidenan Surakarta-konsumen. Total biaya pemasaran saluran pemasaran I Rp 395, total keuntungan pemasaran Rp 1.788, dan total marjin pemasaran Rp 2.183. Total biaya pemasaran saluran pemasaran II Rp 1.107, total keuntungan pemasaran Rp 1.562, dan total marjin pemasaran Rp 2.669. Total biaya pemasaran saluran pemasaran III Rp 4.479, total keuntungan pemasaran Rp 9.368, dan total marjin pemasaran Rp 13.847. Total biaya pemasaran saluran pemasaran IV Rp 2.611, total keuntungan pemasaran Rp 5.509, dan total marjin pemasaran Rp 8.120. Farmer?s Share dari saluran pemasaran I, II, III dan IV secara berurutan adalah sebesar 85,44%, 82,05%, 6,86% dan 48,05%.

Abstract

Business Tortila Chips Insan Mandiri is a business that is engaged in theprocessing of corn. At one stage in the production process, i.e. the moldingstage tortilla chips, are still done manually so it takes a long time, shapes andsizes are not uniform. IbM program was implemented with the aim to increaseefficiency in the production process, especially in terms of shortening themolding and training partners to create a simple financial reports. Service activities using the dialog metode (FGD), introduction and applicationof technology, training, and assistance in an integrated manner. Technologythat introduced and applied to partners through this IbM activity is aTortila Chips display device to create rounded shapes, rectangles and hexagons.The training are simple financial bookkeeping trainings. Introduction to Tortilla Chips display device has been done and partnershave used these tools properly, so the shorter the time required, the productioncapacity can be increased, the product has a uniform shape and size so that thequantity and quality becomes better, which in turn will increase profits. Abstract

The internet has become an inseparable part of human life in today's era of technological development. Many of the current business players have utilized of this opportunity to promote their products online, especially through social media. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of promotion by looking at the impact of promotion on TikTok social media by AISAS model (attention, interest, search, action, share) and seeing the relationship between variables in it. The basic method of this study is quantitive descriptive method. The location determination method was purposive. The sample determination was carried out by purposive sampling with a total sample size of 120 respondents. A questionnaire was used to obtain the data. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study show that promotion on TikTok social media had a significant impact on attention, interest, search, action, and share. Attention has a significant impact on interest. Interest has a significant impact on search. Search has a significant impact on action. Action has a significant impact on share. TikTok is considered effective in promoting Strawdies Garden because it has a significant impact on all dimensions of the AISAS model. This can be used as a reference for Strawdies Garden to continue to utilize TikTok as a promotional platform to attract consumers.

Abstract

The plantation subsector is one of the main components in the agricultural sector. Tea is one of the leading commodities from this subsector. One of the fast-growing tea-based beverage businesses is Ginastel Tea, located in Surakarta City. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on purchasing decisions for Ginastel Tea in Surakarta. The research was conducted using quantitative analysis method, where the research location was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and recording using a questionnaire. Determination of the number of samples was also carried out by purposive sampling, involving 150 respondents. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach was used as data analysis. The results showed that product quality and price significantly influenced the purchase decision of Ginastel Tea, while service quality had no significant effect. In addition, consumer trust in Ginastel Tea is one of the factors that encourage consumers to prefer this product over other tea drinks. Consumers tend to consider product quality in purchasing decisions and assess that the price of Ginastel Tea is comparable to the quality offered, not much different from other tea brands.

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country that has a lot of fertile agricultural land, so the production of agricultural commodities is also high. Cassava is one of the food crop commodities in the tuber category that can be used as raw material for an agroindustrial product. Jarak towo cassava is used as a raw material for the gethuk industry in Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Gethuk Take Tawangmangu. Processing cassava into frozen gethuk is one of the applications of added value to cassava commodities because during the production process additional costs are incurred so that the selling price is formed higher. This study aims to determine the costs, revenues, profits, business efficiency and added value from the business of processing cassava into frozen gethuk. This research used descriptive analysis basic method which is supported by survey method. The result of research are, total cost to produce the frozen gethuk in December 2021 was Rp148.286.358. Total revenue was Rp257.035.000 and Gethuk Take profit was Rp108.748.642. The value of R/C ratio is 1,73. The value added resulting from processing cassava into original gethuk dough is Rp9.186 with value-added ratio 54,1%, while the value added resulting from processing original gethuk dough into frozen gethuk original is Rp7.852 with value-added ratio 31,1%, value added from processing frozen gethuk with flavors is Rp8.266 with value-added ratio 32,1%, and value added from processing frozen gethuk with filling is Rp12.715 with value-added ratio 39,9%.

Abstract

Paprika merupakan salah satu komoditi hortikultura yang berpotensi tinggi untuk dibudidayakan karena tingginya permintaan dalam negeri maupun internasional. Budidaya paprika di Kabupaten Boyolali hanya terdapat di Kecamatan Cepogo yang di kelola oleh Kelompok Tani Sri Rejeki. Paprika yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas yang baik, namun produksinya sangat terbatas. Keterbatasan modal dan pemanfaatan sarana prasarana penunjang kegiatan pertanian yang belum optimal menjadi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Kelompok Tani Sri Rejeki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan komoditi paprika pada Kelompok Tani Sri Rejeki. Merode yang digunakan dalam penenlitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT terdapat lima strategi yang dirumuskan yaitu : (1) Mempertahankan pasar yang sudah ada, (2) Mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia yang sudah ada, (3) Optimasi produksi, (4) Meningkatkan kualitas produk, (5) Pemberian sanksi tegas bagi petani. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa adanya optimasi produksi menjadi prioritas alternatif strategi pengembangan komoditi paprika di Kecamatan Cepogo, Kabupaten Boyolali.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the costs, receipts, business advantages, and business feasibility of food Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs).  The primary method used in this study is analytical descriptive with survey techniques. This research involved food SMEs entrepreneurs in Sukoharjo Regency with several 50 respondents. The sampling method uses a simple random sampling method. Data is obtained by interview and observation methods. The analytical techniques used are profit analysis, R/C ratio, liquidity analysis, solvency, business rentability, and risk analysis. The results showed that the RoA value was 12.102% so that the Food SMEs in Sukoharjo Regency showed possible outcomes to be developed. SMEs' solvency value represents a figure of 0.016%, based on creditors funding the business of 0.016% of the total assets held.
