Entering the third millennium, the development of intelligence in humans at least there has been a spectacular change. When the first term of intelligence as though only monopolized sense or reason (intellectual), but a series of the recent discovery in the field of modern psychology, legend IQ as the sole parameter intelligence fell. Currently, it is believed that the intelligence turned out to be complex (compound), which is referred to as Gardner's multiple intelligences.               If during intelligence interpreted as if reason or logic, though now encroaching upon the emotional and spiritual. Goleman has popularized the emotional intelligence as breakthrough new ways to measure the extent of human intelligence in controlling emotions, bring a sense of empathy, understand the feelings of self and others, as well as how to control him. But people are still faced with the problem of "spiritual problem" that is causing people to not only stutter live in a more meaningful, but also their own dark about themselves. Is the development of guidance and counseling services, one of the methods to help children discover they're own potential hidden. But in reality, many teachers and parents have not been able to optimize the potential of the spirituality owned subsidiary. The impact, the development of spiritual intelligence of the child to be blocked and the hidden potency he already has too precipitate. Herein lies the urgency of integrated education and guidance in order to develop the spirituality aspect and potential of children so that it can be done on an ongoing basis. In this case, the guidance is directed to develop the whole child's development capabilities that include physical-motor abilities, intelligence, social, emotional, and spiritual. Guidance is done on children's education needs to be oriented in all aspects of child development, not only focused on one aspect of development alone. Abstract

Background: Learning at the elementary school level plays an important role in forming children's cognitive foundations. One of the prominent theories in understanding children's cognitive development is Jean Piaget's theory. This theory emphasizes that learning must be adapted to the child's stage of cognitive development to achieve optimal results.Aim:  To analyze the implementation of learning according to Jean Piaget's theory in the context of cognitive development of elementary school children Method: Qualitative research method with library research type . The research objects are elementary school students, teaching and learning activities, and teaching materials. Data was collected via Google Scholar , Researchgate , Science Direct , and Semantics . Data analysis uses content analysis .Results: The cognitive abilities of elementary age children vary at each age level. Piaget in his theory that in elementary age children, children's cognitive development is divided into 2 stages, namely concrete operations which occur at the age of 7 years to 11 years, in this stage children are able to think about things that are logical, rational, scientific and objective at every thing that is real. The KBM process carried out must be contextualized in real life. The second is the formal operational stage, which occurs in children aged 11 to 12 years and over. In this stage, children begin to be able to think about things that will happen in the future and things that are imaginary or imagined. In the teaching and learning process, children can apply constructivist and inquiry learning models which in principle require high levels of reasoning and require students to actively think, think and draw meaning from empirical and abstract things. Conclusion: The application of Piaget's theory in elementary schools has a positive impact on children's cognitive development. Teachers who adapt learning methods according to students' cognitive development stages are able to help children understand the material better, improve critical thinking skills, and make the learning process more effective and enjoyable.

Abstract

The eradication of corruption in Indonesia is still not implemented optimally and still prioritizes prosecution/suppression of corruption cases that occur. The implementation of these efforts is less effective in eradicating corruption because corruption is ingrained in the legal culture of society. This research analyze the urgency of instilling anti-corruption values through education. One way that can be implemented in efforts to eradicate corruption is to prevent corruption which can be done by providing anti-corruption education, especially for students at the basic education level. Basic education is the focus of providing anti-corruption education because it is at this level that a person's character is formed, and anti-corruption education is actually character education. Discussions of eradicating corruption are often associated with providing the most severe criminal sanctions, often considered the most effective efforts. This view is in line with the use of criminal objectives developed in the classical school, namely absolute theory. The absolute theory was born in the classical school of criminal law. Based on this theory/school of thought, retaliation is the legitimacy of punishment. If related to this theory, eradicating corruption aims to take revenge against the perpetrators of corruption, and the form of retaliation is by imposing the most severe criminal sanctions on the corruptors.
