Abstract

Kerja lapangan yang saya kerjakan adalah pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk PKL. Software ini merupakan sistem pendataan berita jurnalis (ISKNEWS) Fungsi dari sistem ini antara lain form isian data jurnalis yang diinput oleh administrator dan data berita yang diinput. Dalam hal survey lapanganan, fungsi yang akan dikembangkan adalah sistem informasi input data online yang dilaksanakan oleh administrator sendiri. Metode sekuensial linier (air terjun) digunakan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Langkah pertama adalah rekayasa dan pemodelan sistem, yang mengklasifikasikan bagian-bagian yang digunakan sebagai bahan untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak, dengan mempertimbangkan hubungan perangkat keras, pengguna, dan basis data. Tahap kedua dari analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak menangkap persyaratan sistem, termasuk domain informasi, fitur, dan antarmuka yang diperlukan untuk kinerja. Tahap terakhir, implementasi sistem dan pengujian. Di akhir kerja lapanganan, kami berhasil mengembangkan perangkat lunak PKL dengan dokumen laporan. Hasil akhir juga dipresentasikan kepada perusahaan. Kesimpulan dari keseluruhan proses praktek kerja lapanganan adalah proses pembelajaran untuk langsung mengaplikasikan. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Sekunsial Linier (Waterfall), Berita

Abstract

This research aims to develop the “Smart Watch Tagihan Kos” application to facilitate the management and monitoring of boarding house bills. The application is designed to efficiently manage room data, resident data, and billing data, with a user-friendly interface. The software development method used is the waterfall method, involving stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, system testing, and maintenance. Testing is conducted using the black box approach to test various pages in the application. The results show that Cost Bill Smart Watch System providing an effective solution for boarding house management needs.

Abstract

The information systems success strategy contributes to understanding of digitalization. This research aims to evaluate user satisfaction with the e-learning system continuously. The research method is hybrid, combining constructs of a unified theory of acceptance and use of technology, the technology acceptance model, and service quality (SVQ). Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires targeting instructors. Data analysis utilized structural equation modeling with partial least squares. This method was used to test the measurement model with factor loadings and average variance extracted (AVE) above 0.5. Meanwhile, validity testing on cross-loading had indicator values for each variable higher than other variables, with composite reliability above 0.7. These results were supported by hypothesis testing, which indicated that website quality positively influences user satisfaction, leading to sustained intention. The original sample obtained a value of 0.633; mean of 0.624; standard deviation of 0.105, and a p-value below 0.01. Additionally, user subjective norms have a strong relationship between sustained intention and system appropriateness, of 0.763 in using e-learning.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology can lead to the neglect of traditional cultural and artistic aspects by humans. Nonetheless, technology has become integral in society's life. While technology facilitates humans in completing tasks, Negative impacts can also arise. One example of traditional art in Indonesia is shadow puppetry, often featuring stories of the Pandavas from the Mahabharata in puppetry performances. Characters in shadow puppetry are grouped based on character, era, and story, with similar shapes and contours. The similarity of these characters makes them difficult to distinguish and remember. Therefore, an application has been developed that can detect and classify Pandawa shadow puppet characters. The method used in this research is the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), an effective method in deep learning for classifying data based on informational context The hope is that this application will not only introduce Indonesian culture through Pandawa shadow puppet characters but also provide a high level of accuracy in its classification results. Through the conducted training procedure, the developed model showed an accuracy rate of 95.70%. Furthermore, result verification through the use of a confusion matrix confirmed an accuracy level reaching 88%.

Abstract

Abstract: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini unutk mengembangkan sistem aplikasi kasir dan pencatatan penjualan guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi transaksi serta pencatatan penjualan. Sistem ini mengelola transaksi dan laporan secara real-time dengan antarmuka intuitif. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dan framework Laravel versi 8, serta metode waterfall untuk memastikan pengembangan yang terstruktur. Metode pelaksanan kegiatan terdiri dari sosialisasi, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi, dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi Si Kasir.  Lokasi kegiatan di PT X bergerak dibidang kuliner. Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly impacted the healthcare sector, particularly in patient data management and medical administration. Klinik Bidan Eny Wijaya still relies on manual methods for recording patient data, which poses risks of data entry errors and data loss. This study aims to develop a web-based Clinic Management Information System to enhance efficiency in recording, storing, and managing medical records and patient administration. The development method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), consisting of five main stages: requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System testing was conducted using the Black Box method to ensure its functionality meets user needs. A case study was conducted at Klinik Bidan Eny Wijaya using interviews, observations, and literature studies to understand the challenges in clinic management. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of this study indicate that the developed system significantly improves efficiency in petient data recording, storage, and management of medical records and administration at Klinik Bidan Eny Wijaya.

Abstract

Kudus is one of the districts on the north coast of Central Java which has a prominent entrepreneurial tradition. There are also many types of factories and MSME businesses. All of this gives Kudus Regency its own style as a city of industry and trade. One of the MSME industries that also promotes the local wisdom culture of the city of Kudus is the herbal ginger and parijoto syrup industry typical of the Muria mountains, namely the UMKM UD Yogas Delima and CV Seleksi Alam Muria. The aim of this service activity is to encourage the development of SMEs in increasing competitiveness and improving product quality with digital marketing-based information technology, handling aspects of production, human resources, management, administration and production, as well as improving the skills of entrepreneurs, improving quality and quantity, and management. good management. The implementation method prioritizes product improvements by exploring raw materials, product design, marketing, improving HR soft skills and marketing. Abstract

SLB Purwosari, Kudus district has levels for children with special needs with various disorders ranging from elementary school to high school. The special education curriculum for students with disabilities contains general programs, special programs and self-reliance programs which are developed to strengthen students with special needs for the provision of living economically independently, not depending on others. The problems faced by partners include (1) There are still many students with special needs who have completed their studies at SLB and have not been able to live independently, both independently in taking care of themselves and economically independent, (2) There is a need for additional variations / types of entrepreneurial skills which does not require a lot of thought and high concentration with minimal risk so that it can be followed by all students, (3) Inadequate infrastructure supporting entrepreneurial skills. The implementation method of this activity is the application of appropriate technology for onion chopper machines and cooking oil draining machines. Implementation of activities includes making tools, implementing tools, socializing activities by giving lectures on pre and post use of technological tools, procedures for making use of tools, mentoring, training and operating tools, as well as procedures for maintaining appropriate technology tools. The existence of this PKM activity has an impact on increasing knowledge and skills, as well as increasing the production of products produced by partners, namely students of SLB Purwosari Kudus.

Abstract

Pemerintah daerah pelu melakukan persiapan dalam rangka menghadapi Pasar ASEAN, masih banyak peluang UMKM untuk meraih pangsa pasar dan peluang investasi. Guna memanfaatkan peluang tersebut, maka tantangan yang terbesar bagi UMKM di Indonesia menghadapi pasar Bebas ASEAN adalah bagaimana mampu menentukan strategi yang tepat guna memenangkan persaingan. Salah satu solusinya adalah memunculkan produk unggulan dari industri kerajinan tradisional tanah liat yang sampai sekarang masih berkembang dan merupakan warisan budaya bangsa turun-temurun. Kerajinan ini memiliki kearifan lokal yang perlu dijaga kelestariannya. Semula jumlah objek produk penelitian umkm terbagi menjadi 4 jenis yaitu produk tas, pisau, batik, dan tanah liat, tetapi peneliti menemukan beberapa fakta bahwa produk kerajinan dari industri kerajinan tanah liat memiliki banyak jenis produk dan belum pernah masuk dalam kategori produk unggulan daerah di kabupaten kudus, karena itu produk dari tanah liat dijadikan objek  penelitian. Hasil yang diperoleh untuk menentukan prioritas produk kerajinan tanah liat digunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menerapkan metode Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Pemilihan   Dalam menentukan prioritas produk kerajinan digunakan lima (5) kriteria diantaranya : Jumlah Unit Usaha, Jumlah Tenaga Kerja, Nilai Produksi, Nilai Investasi, Nilai Kompetitif. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan rujukan atau bahan pertimbangan oleh dinas terkait dalam menentukan produk unggulan daerah, khususnya industri tanah liat yang dalam sejarahnya belum pernah menghasilkan salah satu produknya menjadi produk unggulan kabupaten Kudus.

Abstract

Di tengah meningkatnya kebutuhan akan digitalisasi proses bisnis, efektivitas sistem penjualan menjadi aspek krusial bagi pelaku usaha. Salah satu tantangan yang masih dihadapi adalah proses penjualan manual yang tidak terstruktur dan memiliki jangkauan yang terbatas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut dengan merancang dan membangun sistem e-commerce berbasis web yang mendukung model penjualan berbasis pesanan atau penjualan by order, sebagaimana diterapkan pada UMKM Utama Karya di Kabupaten Kudus. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan antarmuka, implementasi, pengujian menggunakan metode black-box testing, hingga tahap evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem dirancang menggunakan PHP Native dan dilengkapi dengan fitur katalog produk, pencarian, proses checkout, konfirmasi pembayaran, serta pelacakan pengiriman secara langsung. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 96,30%, yang menandakan bahwa sistem berjalan stabil dan fungsional. Sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi, memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pelanggan, serta mendukung pengelolaan data penjualan yang lebih terstruktur oleh admin. Sebagai tindak lanjut, sistem ini dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan menambahkan integrasi layanan pembayaran digital, fitur percakapan langsung, serta manajemen stok otomatis untuk mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM di era digital.
