Abstract

E-commerce Furniture Sales Information System at Aisyah Meubel Jati Ukir Bandar Lampung is a research that aims to design and implement an e-commerce-based furniture sales information system that allows Aisyah Meubel Jati Ukir to expand market reach and increase efficiency in managing product sales their furniture. This research uses a software development method with stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation and testing. This information system allows customers to browse the furniture product catalogue, place orders online, and make payments via a secure e-commerce platform. Additionally, store owners can easily manage product stock, manage customer orders, and track sales in real-time. The results of this research show that the implementation of an E-commerce Based Furniture Sales Information System at Aisyah Meubel Jati Ukir Bandar Lampung provides significant benefits, such as increasing customer access and efficiency in the sales process. The tests that have been carried out for the experimental side of ISO 25010 obtained a score of 100% in the functional suitability test which went as expected. Meanwhile, usability testing in the case study achieved a score of 92% and usability for students was 92.5% based on the Strongly Agree criteria.

Abstract

Inventory of goods is a number of materials or products stored by a company to support its business operations. This inventory can be in the form of raw materials, semi-finished goods, or finished goods that are ready to be sold to customers. Too much inventory can lead to high storage costs and the risk of goods becoming obsolete, while too little inventory can lead to production disruptions or lost sales opportunities. This research aims to optimize the inventory management system to achieve efficient stock control by applying the FIFO method, this research is expected to contribute to improving better inventory management, reducing losses, and supporting smarter decision-making in controlling stock of goods. The results of the test conducted using the Delone and McLean model, the Inventory Management System Optimization system with the FIFO Method obtained an excellent overall score. The 100% results for the System Quality, Usage, and Net Impact dimensions, show that this system is very effective, efficient, and has a positive impact on inventory management. However, there are areas that can be improved in Information Quality, Service Quality, and User Satisfaction, with scores of 80% each. This shows that while the tests show positive results, there is still some room for improvement in the presentation of information, technical support, and user interface to improve the overall experience.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT. XYZ yaitu sulitnya mengolah data accounting, admin, dan jenis pengeluaran dikarenakan jumlah transaksi yang semakin padat, belum adanya aplikasi untuk mengolah data pengisian dan pengeluaran kas kecil, sehingga perhitungannya tidak akurat, serta sulitnya menyajikan laporan pencairan dan laporan pengeluaran kas kecil dengan waktu yang singkat. Aplikasi sistem informasi data kas kecil pada PT. XYZ dapat mempermudah pencatatan data permintaan, pengisian, pengeluaran secara mudah dan cepat. Dalam hal sistem informasi data kas kecil pada PT. XYZ dapat memperoleh laporan secara realtime. Hasil pengujian mendapatkan hasil yaitu 100% sesuai dengan pengujian fungsionalitas sistem menggunakan blackbox testing. Hasil pengujian menggunakan ISO 25010 aspek Performance Efficiency, Aspek Operability, dan Aspek Functional Efficiency maka didapatkan skor total yaitu 85,47%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka ISO 25010 prototype Sangat Baik untuk aplikasi pengelolaan kas kecil.

Abstract

Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is the cost incurred by the company to produce or acquire goods which are then sold to customers. The main components in COGS include raw material costs, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs required to produce goods. One of the problems in determining the cost of goods sold is the difficulty in estimating production costs accurately, which can result in selling prices that are not in accordance with the expected profit margin. In addition, another problem in determining the cost of goods sold is the lack of accurate data or information about costs related to product production and distribution, thus making the pricing process less efficient and less precise. The application of the moving average method in determining the cost of goods sold (COGS) of web-based goods offers an efficient and integrated solution for companies in managing their production costs. Using a web-based application, users can easily access and utilize moving average analysis features to even out fluctuations in raw material or production prices in real-time. The test results using blackbox testing by 100% show that all test scenarios that have been designed have been successfully passed by the application without any failures or malfunctions. A 100% test result gives the development team additional confidence that the app is ready to launch and is widely used by users.
