Abstract

demikian halnya dengan sektor industri.Salah satu bentuk hasil sektor industribudaya adalah kain tradisional Bali. Cempaka Butik merupakan salah satu usahaindustri di bidang kain tradisional Bali yang telah mengembangkan sektor industrifashion di Bali. Cempaka Butik mengikuti berbagai event untuk memasarkanproduk yang dihasilkannya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui manfaat berbagai event dalam pemasaran produk kain tenuntradisional Bali oleh Cempaka Butik.Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan teknikwawancara, observasi lapangan, serta studi kepustakaan sebagai teknikpengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah event dapat membangun image,tempat pertemuan langsung dengan pasar dalam jumlah besar dalam periodewaktu tertentu, mengetahui tren pasar yang ada, danmembangun awareness.Dengan seringnya event diikuti, dapat pula mendukung pelestarian budaya.Seringnya kain tenun Bali ditunjukan kepada pasar, minat pasar, permintaan,dan kecintaan akan produk budaya semakin meningkat, sehingga produksi daripara pengerajin juga meningkat.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the marketing promotion strategy of hotel products carried out by Aston Denpasar, Neo Denpasar, Quest Denpasar during the covid-19 pandemic, (2) to analyze the marketing distribution channel strategy carried out by Aston Denpasar, Neo Denpasar, Quest Denpasar during the covid-19 pandemic, (3) To determine the right promotion strategy and distribution channel strategy during the covid 19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative research. Data analysis uses SWOT analysis where SWOT analysis is a tool used to compile the company's strategic factors. The results of this study. (1) The strategy used three hotels is to carry out the same promotional mix, namely personal selling, advertising, sales promotion and publicity strategies. (2) The distribution channel strategy carried out by Aston Denpasar, Neo Denpasar and Quest Hotels is where the hotel determines the best distribution channel for its products to meet customer needs. Consumer needs used direct distribution and distribution through wholesale agents. (3) The marketing and distribution mix recommendation strategy through swot analysis is in a growth strategy through horizontal integration.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilakukan selama penelitian Politeknik Pariwisata Lombok di Desa Wisata Bonjeruk, Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Metode kualitatif dipergunakan dalam menganalisis dan mengolah data untuk menarik kesimpulan sebagai hasil penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara, observasi lapangan, studi dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Potensi alam yang dimiliki Desa Wisata Bonjeruk adalah keanekaragaman hasil alam seperti buah-buahan, kopi, bekicot dan keindahan alam desa dengan udara yang segar. Potensi budaya yang dimiliki Desa Wisata Bonjeruk adalah sebagai berikut: Bangunan Bersejarah” Gedeg Beleq Bonjeruk”.

Abstract

Tourist loyalty is very important for tourist destinations as it showing commitment and willingness to recommend to other so the business processes in destination can continue to grow. This research aims to analyze the role of satisfaction in the influence of destination image through attitudinal loyalty in Medana Village, Tanjung – North Lombok from tourist’s perspective. The data collection of this research was carried out by purposive sampling method through the distribution of questionnaires, observations, literature studies and secondary data, also interviews. Analysis of the data used is path analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with mediating effects and tested with AMOS and Sobel-test. The results stated that satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of destination image on attitude loyalty. However, there are still improvements needed to increase tourist satisfaction, such as develop a customer-centric strategy, formulate transformative services and gaining support from the association/industry.

Abstract

Cultural preservation is a very important thing to do so that the existence of a culture in the community will still be hereditary. All parties should contribute to the preservation of the culture. Moreover, Bali is a culture-based tourist destination in its development. So that culture is typical of Bali where tourists visiting Bali really admire it. One of the events best known by Balinese people isthe Bali Arts Festival. The Bali Arts Festival is a cultural event organized by the Provincial Government of Bali with the Bali Provincial Culture Office as the executor. In this study, we want to know whether the role of society in cultural preservation is carried out through an event called the Bali Arts Festival. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and simple quantitative questionnaires distributed to foreign tourists. The results obtained from this study are as follows: The role as an artist, audience, marketer for the Bali Arts Festival event, as parents who support and direct their children, as well as the role of children who love their mothers so that it can take place hereditary.

Abstract

Event MXGP Samota merupakan pagelaran internasional MXGP yang baru pertama kali diadakan di Pulau Sumbawa. Event ini diperkirakan akan mendatang wisatawan dalam jumlah besar yakni sekitar 50 ribu orang. Olehnya perlu kesiapan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten khusus dibidang akomodasi seperti hotel dan homestay untuk melayani tamu tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dibidang pelayanan akomodasi maka perlu dilakukan pelatihan bagi karyawan hotel dan pengelola homestay. Pelatihan ini dikhususkan untuk bidang yang dianggap vital seperti pada bidang pengolahan makanan dan minuman dan penyiapan kamar serta penerimaan tamu hotel atau homestay. Diharapkan ke depannya seluruh bidang ini bisa memiliki standar yang digunakan dan dipraktikkan oleh seluruh karyawan hotel dan pengelola homestay di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Tujuannya agar menjadi faktor penarik wisatawan untuk menyaksikan event MXGP Samota dan juga bisa menginap dalam waktu yang lama di akomodasi yang tersedia di Kabupaten Sumbawa.

Abstract

Halal tourism is a set of additional amenities, attractions and accessibility services aimed and provided to meet the experiences, needs and desires of Muslim tourists. In order to accommodate the need for halal drinks with local potential, there is a traditional sweet Tuak drink which, with proper processing, is a non-alcoholic drink. Sweet Tuak is a traditional drink made from palm nira taken from sugar palm trees. The extract of water droplets from sugar palm is called nira, with a very sweet taste. Natural preservatives such as vinegar are also added to it, which functions to soak up the alcohol content in palm wine. The purpose of this research is to develop a drink that was initially just a simple drink or a fairly traditional drink, then the author developed it into a modern drink called a mocktail drink. The drink is made from sweet tuak, ginger, lime, egg white and butterfly pea. The method used by the author in this study is qualitative by involving several people who are experts in the field of hospitality, especially bartenders and baristas to test the results of the development of the drinks that the author makes. The development of this Traditional Drink Made from Sweet Tuak with Ginger is served using a champagne saucer glass to beautify the appearance of the drink which is 8 cm in diameter and 9 cm / 133ml high Sweet Tuak becomes a mocktail drink with the mass of the sweet tuak remaining for 6 hours if it is not refrigerated then when it is not cooled for more than 6 hours the alcohol content in the nira in the tuak manis will increase and become cocktail.

Abstract

Event is one of tourist attraction that can invite more people to come in a destination. As Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) has Mandalika as one of Super Priority Tourism Development di Indonesia created two big event named World Superbike (WSBK) and Moto GP all tourism stakeholder should collaborate to ensure that the development will positively impactful for the society welfare. The governor of NTB create event as a tool for destination marketing. The aim of this research is to know how to develop an impactful event as attraction and bring positive impact to the society. Using qualitative method by interviewing the key informant and continuing with snowball than data triangulation this research has been given a recommendation to planning a creative event. Sewing Model in Event Creative Planning is a model to make an event became larger, gaining resources and giving more over impact to the stakeholder such as government, media, industry, society and education institution (Penta helix). To build the synergy things that all partners must have are: 1. Creative; 2. Have a good network; 3. Trustable; 4. Having permits for creating event; 5. Have a good communication skill; 6. Willingness for beneficial collaboration; 7. A win-win agreement. The collaborations will be successful if all the stakeholders get a positive impact. The organizer has to be ensured that the event created is a sustainable event that bring welfare to all stakeholder, such as support local industry, creative economy by bringing buyer to the event, involving the culinary industry, arts, and encouraging for the development of a sustainable tourism destination for the next generation of the society. Abstract

The development of tourist villages is a crucial strategy for boosting local economies while preserving culture and the environment. An example is the Kuta Mandalika Tourism Village in Central Lombok Regency, which has joined the Jadesta platform. To optimize the potential of this tourist village, Karang Taruna Pujut needs skill enhancement, particularly in tour package development, barista training, and entrepreneurship. This study aims to enhance the capacities of Karang Taruna Pujut members through a Technical Assistance program conducted by the Center for Research and Community Service (P3M) at Politeknik Pariwisata Lombok. The implementation method involves three stages: training, field visits, and action plan presentations. Over four days, participants were divided into three groups and received training and field visits in Bali. The results indicate an improvement in participants' skills and knowledge, with innovative action plans designed for the development of the tourist village. Abstract

Sports tourism is here to provide added value for the intrinsic and extrinsic elements of destinations in an area which has implications for increasing the number of visitors. In Indonesia, there are several regions that promote sports tourism to boost tourist visits and the regional economy, including NTB Province with Mandalika. Mandalika has now become a super priority destination in NTB Province and the center of attention in the development of sports tourism. To ensure this development runs well, it is necessary to understand the factors that influence the quality of service in this destination. Therefore, this research is needed to assess the quality of sport tourism services in Mandalika. The data collection technique uses scraping and crawling then creates a questionnaire and the results are analyzed using statistical tests. The results of the analysis show that event management has the most significant influence on the perception of service quality at sports event destinations with an influence of 97.7%. Besides that, the importance of event management in improving service quality, destination managers must utilize social media and online advertising as an effective marketing strategy and collaborate with sports influencers to increase tourist interest and participation.
