Abstract

Background – There are pressures experienced by Islamic hospital employees in Indonesia who are exposed to negative workplace gossiping and toxic leadership has an effect on the performance of Islamic hospital employees in Indonesia. These problems can be minimized by applying an Islamic work ethics in order to improve the employees performance of Islamic hospital in Indonesia. Purpose – The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of employees at the Indonesian Islamic Hospital. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This study uses the COR basis in analyzing phenomena and research findings. The population of this study was medical staff throughout the Indonesian Islamic Hospital. The number of samples was determined using the Isaac equation table so that a total sample of 300 respondents was obtained. Retrieval of data using questionnaires that are distributed online. Measurement data uses answers Strongly Agree, Agree, Netral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree, with a rating scale of 1 to 5 Data processing uses the SMART PLS3 application. Findings – The findings of this study revealed that staff performance at the Indonesian Islamic Hospital is significantly impacted by toxic leadership negative workplace gossiping, and islamic work ethics. This can be seen from the results of the discriminate validity test and the final results of Smart PLS3 data processing. Conclusion – The study's findings are consistent with another study that found that Indonesian Islamic Hospital employees perform better when they adhere to islamic work ethics has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Meanwhile, toxic leadership and negative workplace gossiping significant negative effect on employee performance at the Islamic Hospital in Indonesian. Research Implication – The results of this study are expected to be input for managers in Islamic Hospitals in Indonesia, especially knowing the effect of Islamic work ethics, Toxic Leadership, Negative Gossip in the Workplace on employee performance as an intervening variable, becoming learning material and applying knowledge in the field of management, especially in the field of management of human resources and can be an additional reference for further research and as a consideration for Islamic Hospitals in Indonesia which are facing similar problems. Research Limitations – The results of this study can be an opportunity for further research development by focusing on more specific target respondents and adding variables that have a role in Islamic work ethics, toxic leadership, and negative workplace gossiping to improve employee performance at the Indonesian Islamic Hospital.

Abstract

Marketing management is the science of selecting target markets and achieving and retaining them by creating and delivering superior consumer value, thus creating purchasing decisions for consumers. This study aims to find out how the influence of Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, and Brand Positioning on the Purchase Decisions of Honda Brand Motorcycles in Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo Students partially or simultaneously. The sample is a consumer of a Honda brand motorbike at Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo students who make purchases; sampling uses an accidental sampling technique and a sample of 96 respondents. The testing stages used in this study were instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. This research produces a partial test (t) which is as follows Brand Trust (X1) = 0.004, Brand Awareness (X2) = 0.001, and Brand Positioning (X3) = 0.000, while the test results (F) show a significant level of 0.000. Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, and Brand Positioning partially or simultaneously positively and significantly influence the Purchase Decision of Honda Brand Motorcycles at Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo Students.

Abstract

Di era perkembangan teknologi serta persaingan dunia keuangan terutama perbankkan saat ini suatu perusahaan perbankkan juga harus memiliki sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang unggul dan berkompeten untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan sehingga dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya. Hal ini menuntut penyedia jasa perbankkan seperti PT. Bank Pembangunan daerah Jawa Timur (BANK JATIM) untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan yang lebih baik. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna mengetahui “Pengaruh Mutasi karyawan, Lingkungan kerja fisik, dan beban kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur (BANK JATIM) Cabang Ponorogo”. Sampel merupakan karyawan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur (BANK JATIM) Cabang Ponorogo. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik probability sampling dengan Simple random sampling. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 26. Penelitian ini menghasilkan uji parsial (t) adalah sebagai berikut Mutasi Karyawan (X1) = 0,32 Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X2) = 0,40, dan Beban Kerja (X3) = 0,17

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna mengetahui “Pengaruh Work Family Conflict, Beban Kerja, dan Burnout terhadap Kinerja Perawat Wanita di Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Muhammadiyah Ponorogo”. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat wanita di RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo, sedangkan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah perawat wanita yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Muhammadiyah Ponorogo yang sudah menikah atau sudah pernah menikah berjumlah 58 perawat wanita. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling method. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial work family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita, dan burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa work family conflict, beban kerja, dan burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan Kondisi mitra hampir sama dengan kebanyakan UKM yang ada di desa lain, yakni mengalami beberapa permasalahan sehingga sulit untuk bisa berkembang. Industry kuliner Jipang merupakan salah satu usaha milik BUMDes Desa Wonoketro, sedangkan desa Wonoketro itu sendiri memiliki hasil alam utama yakni padi, serta hasil tani berupa jagung dan kedelai. Sedangkan untuk bidang usaha mitra itu sendiri berupa jasa persewaan molen dan industry kuliner berupa Jipang. Berdasarkan informasi yang digali dari pengurus, permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra setidaknya ada empat hal, yakni: kurangnya analisa dan pengembangan potensi desa; belum kuatnya manajemen organisasi yang digunakan; lemahnya aspek administrasi dan manajemen keuangan; serta belum maksimalnya strategi pemasaran yang digunakan. Aspek modal yang selama ini menjadi salah satu masalah penting bagi sebuah badan usaha sebenarnya kurang berlaku bagi mitra, karena mitra mendapat dukungan modal yang cukup besar dari penyertaan modal dari desa maupun dari pemerintah Kabupaten. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan ini, kami berusaha memberikan solusi dengan membidik aspek Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). SDM menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam sebuah organisasi karena SDM itulah yang menjalankan aspek lain dari sebuah organisasi. Kami berusaha menguatkan SDM organisasi mitra dengan memberikan beberapa program seperti pemberian pelatihan manajemen usaha , pelatihan pemasaran usaha mitra industry kuliner Jipang demi menguatkan SDM dan marketing usaha industry Jipang milik BUMDes.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of social media marketing and consumer relationships on the decision-making process regarding enrollment in private universities, as well as to assess their influence on the brand perception of these institutions. Additionally, it seeks to analyze how the perceived brand image affects the decision to enroll in a private university. The study targeted new students entering private universities in Jember Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year, using proportional random sampling methods for data collection via questionnaires. Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using SEM-PLS methodology. Findings indicate that social media marketing significantly affects the decision to enroll in a private university, while consumer relationship factors do not. Moreover, both social media marketing and consumer relationships impact the brand image of private universities, which subsequently influences enrollment decisions. Indirect testing reveals that brand image serves as a mediating factor in the relationship between social media marketing, consumer relationships, and the decision to enroll in a private university.
