Abstract

Fotobioreaktor experiments with fluorescent light sources have been reported can increase the efficiency of photosynthesis in fitoplankton. The results of such experiments show that the density of the fitoplankton culture in fotobioreaktor in line with increasing the intensity of light . Chlorella vulgaris grown in fotobioreaktor with sea water and walne medium. The trial was done with treatment intensity variations  of  different  light  sources, namely  light  source  LED  1  X  3  watt  LED  2  X  3  Watts.  Fotobioreaktor placed in a box by a distance of 10 cm from a source of light. Fotobioreaktor used as a comparison with Neon light source 1 X 8 Watts and Neon 2 X 8 watts. Two-factor ANOVA analysis showed that (p> 0,05), it means there are no interaction effect a between the sides and the source of light . Fotobioreaktor led light source with 1 x 3 watts capable of producing Chlorella vulgaris density equal  to  fotobioreaktor  source  of  a  fluorescent  with  2  x  8  watts.  The  result  indicates  fotobioreaktor light source  with  power  3  watt more  efficient  in  the  use  of electrical  energy  to produce  a  density  of Chlorella  vulgaris.   This  provides  an  indication  that  fotobioreaktor  with  energy-efficient  LED  light source and are able to increase the density of Chlorella Vulgaris.Keyword: Chlorella Vulgaris, Led Emitting Diode, Economical Energ

Abstract

Pengiriman data melalui media elektronik semakin pesat. Banyak data yang gunakan transkasi internet adalah data rahasia. Salah satu data rahasia ialah data medis seorang pasien. Pada umumnya data medis pasien tidak hanya terdiri dari satu buah citra saja, melainkan data citra yang jumlahnya lebih dari satu. Sehingga diperlukan suatu mekanisme penyemebunyian (steganografi) data medis pasien yang jumlahnya lebih dari satu kedalam sebuah media pembawa, agar data ini dapat terlindungi dari pihak-pihak yang tidak berkepingan. Pada penelitian ini menerapkan discrete cosine transform dalam steganografi citra. Cover dan pesan rahasia steganografi yang digunakan berupa citra dengan ukuran 512px X 512px. Pada proses penyisipan data rahasia yang jumlahnya banyak diterapkan denagn multi- level menggunakan sekma multi-scale image sharing (MSIS). Dalam proses pengujian digunakan citra cover 24 bit. Pada citra cover 24 bit yang digunakan memiliki format .png. Proses parameter analisis pengujian menggunakan Peak Signal to Noise Ratio, Mean Squared Error, Normalized Cross Correlation, Average Difference, Structural Content, Maximum Difference, Normalized Absolute Error serta dari sisi size. Hasil Peak Signal to Noise Ratio pada penyisipan level 1 dan level 9 bernilai kurang lebih 40 db dan 24 db

Abstract

One of data grouping process method is k-harmonic clustering method (KHM) which has a relatively short and simple process. However, it has a weakness at cluster center point. Randomly formed cluster center point causes difficulty to converge solutions. One way to solve the problem at the cluster center point requires a method which has a global solution for KHM. The method is Improved artificial bee colony (IABC), improvement of artificial bee colony (ABC) method based on behavior patterns of honey bee colony in food searching process. Advantage of the IABC method is able to have more optimum global solution. This research proposes a new method of clustering using improved artificial bee colony and K-Harmonic means (IABC-KHM) to optimize the center point in clusters that lead to global solution. In this study, the IABC is functioned for finding the most optimum cluster center point for the data clustering process using KHM. Furthermore, the performance test of the IABC-KHM clustering method is compared with ABC and ABC-KHM methods on three different datasets. The result of mean value of best function of IABC-KHM method of Iris dataset is 152,87, Contraceptive Method Choice dataset is 918,54, and Wine dataset is 31,01. Moreover, the result of the average value of the best F-Measure method IABC-KHM Iris dataset is 0.90, the Contraceptive Method Choice dataset is 0.41, the Wine dataset is 0.95. To conclude, IABC-KHM method has successfully optimized the position of cluster center point that directs the cluster result which has global solution.

Abstract

Farming using hydroponic systems has emerged as an effective alternative to address the problem of limited agricultural land. However, hydroponic farming requires strict maintenance and control. In light of these challenges, the development of monitoring technology is necessary to assist in monitoring and controlling hydroponic systems. The development of a monitoring system is carried out to address the challenges of maintenance and control in hydroponic farming through the development of effective and accurate monitoring technology, thus enhancing the overall productivity and success of hydroponic plant cultivation. This study aims to develop a monitoring system using Arduino Mega 2560, Wemos D1 R2, E201 sensor, DHT22 sensor, HC-SR04 sensor, and BH1750 sensor. In this research, the fuzzy logic method was applied to generate outputs for the water pump actuator, pH up pump, and pH down pump. The HC-SR04 and E201 sensor data served as fuzzy inputs, while the Arduino Mega 2560 functioned as the fuzzy data processor, and the Wemos D1 R2 was responsible for sending data to the server via the internet. The data successfully stored in the server's database would be displayed on the monitoring dashboard. The HC-SR04 sensor testing results showed an average %error of 0% and an accuracy of 100%. The E201 sensor exhibited an average %error of 0.07% and an accuracy of 99.33%. The DHT22 sensor had an average %error of 0.05% and an accuracy of 99.49% for temperature data, while for humidity data, it had an average %error of 2.58% and an accuracy of 75.23%. The BH1750 sensor had an average %error of 0.13% and an accuracy of 99.66%. The results of this study demonstrate that the hydroponic plant monitoring system using the described devices and methods can be implemented successfully.

Abstract

Sistem penggajian umumnya merupakan proses penggajian dari awal sampai gaji itu dibayarkan sesuai dengan hak masing-masing karyawan dapat dilakukan atau dilaksanakan dengan sistematis dan diharapkan tidak akan terdapat kesalahan dalam prosedur penggajian. Pada PT. Bumi Sawindo Permai (BSP) sebagai perusahaan pengolahan kelapa sawit yang menjadi tempat penelitian memiliki 3 unit bisnis yang ditunjang oleh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, meliputi: perangkat lunak Enterprise Resource Planning ASCEND, dan Standart Operational Procedure (SOP) ASCEND, serta SOP Sistem Menejemen Integrasi (SMI). Proses bisnis produksi dan operasional tidak didefinisikan pada semua komponen tersebut. BSP memberlakukan sistem penggajian secara sistematis sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku, akan tetapi prosedur ini tidak tercantum dengan jelas kedalam sebuah blueprint. Ditemukan ketidakselarasan dari ketiga komponen tersebut pada implementasinya. Hal ini mereduksi indeks kinerja perusahaan khususnya pada proses penggajian karyawan yang dilakukan oleh bagian Human Capital Management (HCM) di 3 unit bisnis BSP. Dengan demikian perlu dilakukan eliminasi bottleneck pada proses bisnis berjalan. Pemodelan proses bisnis dengan Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) dilakukan sebagai langkah strategis pengembangan SOP sebagai standar baku mutu untuk peningkatan efisiensi perusahaan dalam hal pengelolaan sistem pembayaran gaji karyawan yang lebih terukur.

Abstract

Every company and agency has facilities and infrastructure that play an important role in supporting operational activities. Similar to other institutions, the Kalimantan Institute of Technology also has facilities and infrastructure that need to be managed. The Kalimantan Institute of Technology has not fully implemented the Inventory management process properly, where data on facilities and infrastructure have not been stored into the database and in the loan process they still use Microsoft Excel as storage media which makes it difficult to manage facilities and infrastructure from the Kalimantan Institute of Technology. The method used in this research is the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method which consists of several stages, namely requirements, planning, iteration initialization, design, implementation (unit testing, code, refactor), system testing, retrospective. Development of an Inventory Management Information System using framework and developed several features such as facilities and infrastructure management, loan management, and other supporting features. The development of an Inventory Management Information System is expected to provide convenience to the Kalimantan Institute of Technology in managing facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

As one of State ‘s Higher Education Institutions, the Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK) must perform the education and teaching function as mandated by the tri dharma perguruan tinggi, then the function is regulated in academic regulations and implemented in business processes of attendance. Currently, the attendances data are recapitulated manually at week 15 by Academic Staff. The attendance process that has been running has several problems, namely prone to violations of the actual meeting realization and attendance count, recapitulation time that takes a long time, risk of data input errors and loss of presence sheet. Based on these problems, the attendance information system is developed (SIAP ITK). This research was conducted with the agile software development methodology with the scrum framework. The results of this research is an android  application following the business processes of attendance in ITK. Based on the testing result which was carried out during this research, SIAP ITK is considered capable of optimizing the attendance process that has been running at ITK.

Abstract

The Health Service has main task to assist the Governor in carrying out mandatory authority of the Government in the field of health submitted to the Regional Government in accordance with Government Regulation No. 38/2007. In Government Regulation No. 7/2007, City Health Office must carry out deconcentration and co-administration tasks in health section that have been delegated by the Governor in accordance with tasks related to the health sector. In carrying out these tasks, the Health Servicehas several functions, one of which is to provide guidance, service, supervision, control, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of health management. From this function, the Health Service has authority in supply and management of drug stocks, medical tools and vaccines. In process of supply and management, there are several obstacles experienced by the City Health Office, including immunization data, stock of drugs, vaccines and medical devices that have no system-based bookkeeping. So the process of recording and reporting experiencing difficulties including data that must be searched manually and high risk of data loss or damage. Therefore, in this study the development of a recording and reporting  system in the Balikpapan City Health Office aims to assist the process of recording and reporting so that the process of providing and managing is easy and minimizing the occurrence of errors. The Information System for Recording and Reporting of School Children Immunization Months was developed using the Code Igniter framework with the concept of Model, View and Controller (MVC) architecture. Development of Information System for Recording and Reporting the Month of Immunization for School Children using a MySQL database.  The method used is the waterfall method. The steps taken are requirements, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. The results obtained from this study are information systems for recording and reporting months of immunization of school children.
