Abstract

The Department of Trade and Industry of Banjarmasin City has the authority to carry out the development of small and medium industries which is one of the programs of the Mayor of Banjarmasin in 2016-2021. The number of Small Medium Enterprises in the City of Trade and Industry Office of Banjarmasin City has increased dramatically in 2016 by 25, while in 2017 and 2018 there were 150. However, with this number increasing, the City of Trade and Industry Office of Banjarmasin City has not been able to carry out development strategies to the maximum, so research needs to be done to analyze the implementation strategy at the Department of Trade and Industry of Banjarmasin City. The strategies undertaken by the City of Banjarmasin Trade and Industry Office in developing small and medium industries, namely: facilitation, training, and promotion. The results showed that the position of Banjarmasin City's Office of Trade and Industry in developing small and medium industries is in quadrant I which means the Office of Trade and Industry of Banjarmasin City is in a strong internal position so that it can take advantage of opportunities properly.Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Banjarmasin memiliki wewenang untuk melaksanakan pengembangan industri kecil menengah yang merupakan salah satu program Walikota Banjarmasin Tahun 2016-2021. Jumlah Industri Kecil Menegah pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Banjarmasin mengalami peningkatan secara drastis pada tahun 2016 sejumlah 25, sedangkan pada tahun 2017 dan 2018 berjumlah 150. Akan tetapi dengan bertambahnya jumlah tersebut, Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Banjarmasin belum mampu melaksanakan strategi pengembangan dengan maksimal, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk menganalisis strategi implementasi pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Banjarmasin. Adapun strategi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Banjarmasin dalam mengembangkan industri kecil menengah, yaitu: fasilitasi, pelatihan, dan promosi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa posisi Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Banjarmasin dalam mengembangkan industri kecil menengah berada pada kuadran I yang berarti Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustian Kota Banjarmasin dalam posisi internal yang kuat sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang dengan baik.

Abstract

Craftsmen in the village of Pulantani, Kecamatan Haur Gading, Hulu Sungai Utara produces handicraft products derived from purun. The types produced are baskets, bags, mats (lampit) and hats. The product has been well produced, but there are problems related to its business continuity which still not optimal. This research examines the sustainability of purun craftsmen based on three aspects of sustainable development; environmental, economic, and social aspects. This research using a qualitative descriptive as an analysize method with primary data source and secondary data source which obtained by some interviews and observations. The research was analyzed using the theory of three sustainable pillars to look at environmental, social and economic factors. The results of the study based on analysis using the theory of three sustainable pillars then based on environmental factors proved by the absence of hazardous waste produced purun products. From the economic pillars it brings change to the economic income of the purun craftsmen community. As well as social factors, the craftsmen community, “Kelompok Usaha Berkat Ilahi” has been running for almost 2 years and will continue for the next few years. This proves that the existence of the craft purun activity can provide prosperity to the economy and the people of purun craftsmen community. Pengrajin di Desa Pulantani Kecamatan Haur Gading Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara memproduksi produk kerajinan turunan purun. Jenis yang diproduksi adalah bakul, tas, tikar (lampit) dan topi. Produk telah diproduksi dengan baik, tetapi permasalahan terkait berkelanjutan usahanya masih belum optimal. penelitian ini meneliti tentang keberlanjutan pengrajin purun yang dilihat berdasarkan tiga aspek pembangunan berkelanjutan yaitu aspek lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data primer dan data sekunder, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori tiga pilar berkelanjutan untuk melihat faktor lingkungan, sosial dan ekonominya. Hasil penelitian setelah analisis menggunakan teori tiga pilar berkelanjutan maka berdasarkan faktor lingkungan terbukti dengan tidak adanya limbah berbahaya yang dihasilkan produk purun. Dari pilar ekonomi membawa perubahan kepada pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat pengrajin purun. Serta dari faktor sosial, kelompok usaha maju bersama berkat ilahi ini sudah berjalan hampir 2 tahun dan akan berlanjut hingga beberapa tahun mendatang. Hal ini membuktikan bahwasanya adanya kerajinan purun ini dapat memberikan kesejahteraan bagi perekonomian masyarakat pengrajin purun.

Abstract

This study aims to describe theEffectiveness of Using Village Funds on Village Development in Salat BaruVillage and Babai Village in Karau Kuala District from 2017 budget year. This research method uses a qualitative research approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results founded that using of the Village Fund by the Salat  Baru village governments or Babai village governments was still quite effective for village society when viewed from the implementation and needs of the village society because all the development programs implemented are opinions or idea from the village society. But , its can said still less effective when viewed from the implementation of the Village Minister's Regulation on the priority of using the Village Fund because in determining the goals and objectives of the use of the Village Fund only focused on physical development or village infrastructure development

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and describe the supervision of the distribution of 3 kg lpj gas in sub-agents in Kelua District, Tabalong Regency and identify inhibiting and supporting factors in the process of supervising the distribution of 3 Kg LPG gas in sub-agents. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that the supervision carried out was still low, judging from the lack of supervision when setting implementation standards in distribution. Weak supervision when determining the measurement of the implementation of activities in gas distribution. At least supervisory activities are carried out to measure the implementation of lpg gas distribution activities. Low supervision in the comparison of the implementation of activities with the standards of implementation and evaluation of deviations in the distribution of 3 kg lpg gas to sub-agents. However, for the taking of corrective measures against sub-agents when the distribution of lpg gas by the disperindag is good. Influencing factors are inadequate human resources, lack of government coordination with society, public awareness. Supporting factors are adequate human resources, and coordination. The results of this study suggest that sub-agents exist in each village evenly, increase human resources, carry out regular and continued supervision, provide rewards to sub-agents and the community, give a stern warning when there is a violation.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is a form of corporate responsibility to stakeholders. PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Tarakan developed a mangrove conservation ecotourism program to avoid degradation in the area by involving the surrounding community. This study aims to find out whether CSR programs improve community satisfaction. The research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. The analysis used the Community satisfaction index (CSI) with 12 question indicators. The research sample comprised 30 community respondents in the Tanjung Batu area, Mamburungan Village, Tarakan City District. The results showed that the CSI value is 3.25, which after conversion got a value of 81.25, was in the range of 62.51-81.25 in the "GOOD" category with a quality value of "B". This result indicates that the community very welcomes the CSR program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence Tax Services Quality, Tax Sanction, Compliance Cost, E-filing, Tax Knowledge, and Tax Payers Trust on taxpayer compliance. The Independent variable is Tax Services Quality, Tax Sanction, Compliance Cost, E-filing, Tax Knowledge, and Tax Payers Trust. While the dependent variable is taxpayer compliance. This research is a quantitative research. The population as the object of research is all Corporate Taxpayers registered and required to report at KPP Madya Banjarmasin. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method and obtained 145 samples of Corporate taxpayers. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis and analyzed using SPSS 25. The result of this research showed that Tax Services Quality, Tax Sanction, E-filing, Tax Knowledge had an effect on the compliance of Corporate taxpayers registered with KPP Madya Banjarmasin, while the Compliance Cost and Taxpayers Trust had no effect on the compliance of Corporate taxpayers registered with KPP Madya Banjarmasin.
