Abstract

Dalam jangka panjang fortifikasi garam dianggap cara yang paling tepat guna dan ekonomis untuk menanggulangi masalah kekurangan iodium. Dalam kaitan tersebut perlu diketahui kestabilan iodium dalam garam yang ditambahkan kedalam masakan dari berbagai tipe dan resep di tingkat lapangan. Sampel berupa masakan yang berasal dari 6 kota di 6 provinsi di Indonesia, banyak dikonsumsi dan dijual di tempat yang banyak dikunjungi orang. Penentuan sampel masakan dilakukan setelah pengujian garam yang digunakan dengan menggunakan pereaksi Iodinatest buatan Indofarma. Bila setelah penambahan pereaksi pada garam timbul warna ungu menandakan bahwa garam tersebut mengandung iodium, masakan ituu kemudian ditetapkan sebagai sampel. Jumlah garam yang ditambahkan diketahui dari wawancara dengan penjual makanan tersebut. Jumlah iodium dalam garam yang ditambahkan kedalam masakan diketahui setelah dilakukan analisis garam di laboratorium. Dari iodium yang tersisa dalam makanan dapat dihitung jumlah iodium yang hilang. Dibuat pula beberapa masakan serupa dengan menggunakan resep asli di laboratorium (simulasi). Pelepasan iodium dari makanan dilakukan melalui dua tahap yaitu digestasi kering lalu dilanjutkan dengan digestasi cara basah. Penetapan iodium dilakukan dengan reaksi "Sandell Kolthoff'. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah iodium yang tersisa pada umumnya amat rendab (dibawah 50 ug/100 gram masakan). Tiap jenis masakan bervariasi dalam keasaman, jenis dan jumlah bumbu yang ditambahkan. Iodium yang rusak/hilang dari masakan tipe asam yang dimasak atau tidak dimasak (contoh kuah empek-empek atau asinan) sekitar 60-85%, dari masakan bersantan tapi dimasak tidak lama (contoh soto santan) sekitar 40-50%, dari masakan bersantan dikeringkan (contoh rendang) sekitar 60-70%, dari masakan yang digoreng (contoh sambal hijau) sekitar 45-60%, dari masakan yang diolah tidak lama (contoh sayur tettu, rujak cingur) sekitar 40-50%, sedangkan dari masakan yang dimasak lebih dari 10 jam (contoh gudeg) sekitar 60-68%. Rata-rata iodium yang hilang dari beberapa masakan yang dibuat di laboratorium (simulasi) yaitu rendang, sambal cabe hijau, kuah empek-empek, gudeg, sayur asam dan asinan masing-masing adalah 75%, 62%, 68%, 70%, 61%, dan 80%.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang kolaborasi antara siswa SMP 7 Reudeup Kabupaten Aceh Barat dengan mahasiswa Program Studi Sosiologi Universitas Teuku Umar (UTU) dalam kegiatan penghijauan berupa aksi penanaman pohon. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian lingkungan, mempererat hubungan antar generasi muda, dan mendukung pelestarian alam secara nyata di tingkat lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif, dengan penanaman pohon sebagai media pendidikan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dari peserta dan adanya peningkatan pemahaman akan pentingnya menjaga ekosistem. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the scientific-based guided inquiry learning model on the critical thinking skills of class X students. In this study there are 2 variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable, the independent variable is the guided inquiry learning model (Guided Inquiry). the dependent variable is students' critical thinking ability. The population of this study were students of class X MIA at MA Al-Ishlahul Ittihad Jabon Tentan Bagu Village, Pringgarata District, Central Lombok Regency. The selected sample is class X MIA with a total of 20 students. This study applies a quantitative approach with the Quasi Experiment method with a one group pre-test post-test design. The instrument used in the study was a written test in the form of 10 essay questions for the Pre-test 5 test questions and Post-test 5 test questions. The test questions were used to measure students' critical thinking skills on earthworm material. Based on the data analysis, the average pre-test was 63.75 which was included in the non-critical category and the post-test average was 81.75 which was included in the critical category. The data analysis technique in this study used a paired t test with the help of SPSS. Based on the results of the t-test, it was found that there was a significant difference between the results of the Pre-test and the Post-test. The results of the calculation of students' critical thinking ability data show that the value of sig = 0.000 0.05 then the HO hypothesis is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the guided inquiry learning model on the critical thinking skills of class X MIA students at MA Al-Ishlahul Ittihad Jabon Tentan Bagu Village, Pringgarata District, Central Lombok Regency.

Abstract

a history where Indonesia was visited by one of the world figures named Pope Francis who is the highest leader of the world's Catholic church. He came with the aim of voicing a message of unity between religious communities towards a better humanity and living in harmony in differences. Althousgh in addition, he wanted to meet with the Catholic community in Indonesia and build cooperation between his country, namely the Vatican and Indonesia. The common thread in this study is to see what forms of religious moderation emerged with the arrival of Pope Francis to Indonesia, where the majority of Indonesian society is filled with Muslims. This study uses a qualitative approach with the library research method, in which case the researcher utilizes information obtained from scientific works, books, and reliable sources. The results of this study show that: first, the arrival of Pope Francis was greeted with joy by the majority of Indonesian people, second, Pope Francis' mission is to voice people to live in harmony within the framework of religious differences, third, Pope Francis kissed the hand of the Grand Imam of the Istiqlal Mosque and the Grand Imam of the Istiqlal Mosque kissed Pope Francis' head, fourth, security guards through the Police and TNI during Pope Francis' activities in Indonesia

Abstract

This paper is motivated by the rise of bullying among students in recent months that has appeared on social media and occurred in several national universities. This issue went viral because it happened not once or twice, but often surfaced which ultimately raised questions about the resolution of this bullying case. In this paper, the author will describe a series of several cases that occurred in 2025 and in previous years experienced by students at several national campuses and the resolution process that can be done from the scientific side of guidance and counseling and the role of BK study program lecturers in resolving the problem of bullying in higher education. The method used by the author in this research is library research, where the author searches and finds research materials through various sources, including books, journals and other accurate sources. The results of this study found that: first, bullying has occurred a lot in higher education, especially among students, second, bullying against students also involves lecturers, third, BK lecturers play a very important role in resolving the problem of bullying among students by utilizing services available in BK, such as individual counseling services, information services, consultation services, and group guidance services. It is hoped that this service can be utilized by all BK lecturers and the academic community to resolve bullying among students.

Abstract

Abstract Women’s participation in local government is a crucial indicator of inclusive and gender-equitable development. This study aims to analyze the roles and participation of women within the bureaucratic structure of Muara Enim Regency, as well as the enabling and constraining factors influencing their involvement in public policy decision-making. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using literature review, policy document analysis, questionnaires, and interviews with female civil servants in local government institutions. The findings reveal that women’s representation in strategic bureaucratic positions remains limited despite the presence of national and regional affirmative action policies. Structural constraints such as patriarchal culture, gender stereotypes, and restricted access to leadership training continue to impede women’s advancement. Conversely, affirmative regulations, increasing levels of women’s education, and strong social networks serve as key enabling factors. The study emphasizes the need to strengthen gender-responsive regional policies, expand leadership capacity-building for female civil servants, and cultivate an inclusive bureaucratic environment. These findings are expected to contribute as policy references for local governments and gender advocates in promoting women’s roles in equality-oriented development. Keywords: Women’s participation; Local Government; Gender Equality; Public Policy Abstrak Partisipasi perempuan dalam pemerintahan daerah merupakan indikator penting dalam mewujudkan pembangunan yang inklusif dan berkeadilan gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan tingkat keterlibatan perempuan dalam struktur birokrasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Muara Enim serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan penghambat yang memengaruhi partisipasi mereka dalam pengambilan keputusan kebijakan publik. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan melalui kajian literatur, analisis dokumen kebijakan daerah, kuesioner, dan wawancara dengan aparatur sipil negara (ASN) perempuan di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa representasi perempuan dalam posisi strategis masih terbatas meskipun telah tersedia kebijakan afirmatif di tingkat nasional dan daerah. Hambatan struktural seperti budaya patriarki, stereotip gender, dan akses terbatas terhadap pelatihan kepemimpinan menjadi tantangan utama. Sebaliknya, kebijakan afirmatif, peningkatan tingkat pendidikan perempuan, dan keberadaan jaringan sosial yang kuat menjadi faktor pendorong yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan regulasi daerah yang responsif gender, penyediaan pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi ASN perempuan, serta pembangunan ekosistem birokrasi yang lebih inklusif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan kebijakan bagi pemerintah daerah dan para pegiat gender dalam mendorong peran perempuan dalam pembangunan berbasis kesetaraan.
