Abstract

ABSTRAKMasalah yang diteliti di dalam Skripsi ini adalah tentang “ Tindak Pidana Pengangkutan Dan Perniagaan Bahan Bakar Minyak Bumi (BBM) Yang Bersubsidi di Kabupaten Kutai Timur Sangatta  ( Kajian terhadap pasal 55 Undang Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2001 tentang minyak dan gas bumi ) ”.Maksud dan tujuan ialah menambah pengertian dan menerangkan kedudukan hukum tindak pidana penyalahgunaan (BBM) bersubsidi yang di lakukan pelansir-palansir ke perusahaan batu bara dan kelapa sawit yang telah di tangkap dan di proses oleh Reskrim Polres Kabupaten Kutai Timur sampai ke Pengadilan Negeri Sangatta.Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bersifat yuridis normatif dan yuridis sosiologis maka pengempulan data-datanya tidak saja dengan studi kepustakaan melainkan juga di lapangan dengan metode teknik analisa data dengan observasi non-partisipan dan wawancara berstruktur terhadap sejumlah responden.Dari hasil penelitian dengan metode dan teknik penelitian tersebut maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa tindak pidana penyalahgunaan bahan bakar minyak bumi (BBM) yang bersubsidi di Kabupaten Kutai Timur Sangatta masih banyak terjadi penyimpangan-penyimpangan dari Penegak Hukum  yang pada akhirnya tidak di limpahkan ke Peradilan Negeri dan tidak menimbulkan efek jerah. Kata Kunci:    Penyalahgunaan BBM, Pengangkutan, Subsidi, Sangatta, Undang Undang No.22 Tahun 2001, KUHP.

Abstract

Abstract:  The purpose of this research is to describe the values of gotong royong in Banjarese society in Andhika village that has “a bahaul” tradition. Thus, the values of gotong royong have significance to social studies education as the learning source. This research used the qualitative approach, which the data collection were through interview, observation, and document study. The data was analized by using data reduction, display the data and verification or conclusions. The data verification is through these following steps, namely, extended observation, triangulation, and discussion with the colleagues. The results of the study show the values of Gotong royong in bahaul tradition are seen in these activities; taturukan, pangayuan, pangawahan, and lalawatan. The activities have a significant impact in Social Studies Education. The significant impact could be seen on the values in “bahaul” such as solidarity, tolerance and caring to a society. Thus, this study is able to enrich the source of Social Studies Education in the school. Keywords:      Gotong royong, bahaul tradition, banjarese society, social studies education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai gotong royong dalam masyarakat Banjar di desa Andhika pada acara bahaul dan signifikansinya dalam pembelajaran IPS di sekolah sebagai sumber belajar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan  verifikasi/kesimpulan. Keabsahan data melalui perpanjangan waktu pengamatan,  triangulasi, dan cek-cek anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gotong royong dalam bahaul tampak pada aktivitas taturukan, pangayuan, pangawahan dan lalawatan. Aktivitas tersebut memiliki signifikansi dalam pendidikan IPS karena aktivitas bahaul memiliki nilai solidaritas, toleransi, dan peduli sosial sehingga memperkaya sumber belajar IPS di sekolah. Kata-kata Kunci: gotong royong, bahaul, masyarakat Banjar dan Pendidikan IPS

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam rangka mendukung kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengurangi penyebaran COVID-19, maka lembaga pendidikan diliburkan untuk proses pembelajaran secara langsung guna mendukung program social distancing. Salah satu mekanisme yang diterapkan adalah pembelajaran daring. Tujuan dari penelitian meta-analisis ini adalah menganalisis kembali hasil-hasil publikasi ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa selama pandemic COVID-19. Data dikumpulkan dari database pengindeks seperti Google Scholar, DOAJ, OneSearch, SINTA, dan Portal Garuda. Data yang difilter adalah hasil penelitian yang memuat nilai uji fisher (F), uji student (t), uji korelasi (r), dan jumlah peserta didik (N), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan meta-analisis melalui nilai effect size dan standart error untuk melihat summary effect size. Hasil simulasi menggunakan software JASP menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pembelajaran daring dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 55%. Nilai ini tentunya tidak terlalu tinggi, hal ini disebabkan dengan adanya beberapa factor kendala yang dihadapi selama proses pembelajaran daring baik oleh peserta didik, guru, maupun dosen. Abstract In order to support government policies to reduce the spread of COVID-19, educational institutions are disbursed for the learning process directly to support social distancing programs. One of the mechanisms implemented is online learning. The purpose of this meta-analysis research is to reanalyse the results of scientific publications related to students' motivation and learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data is collected from indexing databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, OneSearch, SINTA, and Garuda Portal. Filtered data is the results of research that contains fisher test values (F), student test (t), correlation test (r), and number of learners (N), then analyzed using meta-analysis through effect size and standart error values to see summary effect size. Simulation results using JASP software showed that there is a significant influence of online learning in increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of learners by 55%. This value is certainly not too high, this is due to several factors of obstacles faced during the online learning process by both students, teachers, and lecturers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of employees in providing academic services to students. The concept used in this study to examine determinants of employee performance based Theory Handoko namely Efficiency and Effectiveness. This study used a technique informants purposively selecting the number of informants set at 6 Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the performance in providing academic services to students Mathematics and Natural viewed from the aspect of efficiency include the understanding and control of the task is not yet fully understood, while the effectiveness seen aspects of the service provided is still not maximized evidenced by the presence of complaints from students due to the unfamiliarity of employees. While the factors inhibiting the performance of employees in academic services are; a culture which is reflected in the behavior of employees, measured from the internal side of employee work ethic, motivation, discipline and the level of dependence of employees on the leadership which is still very high and the external side of the employee interaction pattern that exists in providing services professional

Abstract

Di Sulawesi Barat, khususnya di Kabupaten Mamuju keterampilan menulis siswa di tingkat SMP, SMA dan Perguruan Tinggi masih memerlukan perhatian yang besar dalam proses belajar mengajar, hal ini didasari oleh kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam membuat tulisan, khususnya dalam mengembangkan ide dalam menulis dan penggunaan struktur kalimat dan tata bahasa masih salah. Selain itu, penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang tidak tepat juga mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam mengembangkan tulisannya. Banyak siswa yang masih belum bisa membuat tulisan yang baik dan bermakna. Akibatnya, hasil pengajaran menulis di sekolah belum memuaskan. Dengan kata lain, kemampuan menulis siswa masih kurang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Tiwikrama Mamuju kelas X berdasarkan pengalaman, observasi dan wawancara dengan guru bahasa Inggris SMK Tiwikrama. Hal ini diperlukan untuk mengetahui keterampilan menulis deskriptif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan metode Think Talk Write (TTW) meningkatkan keterampilan menulis deskriptif siswa kelas X SMK Tiwikrama Mamuju.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari empat tahap dalam satu siklus yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Tiwikrama Mamuju. Banyaknya siswa adalah 30 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengetahui keterampilan menulis deskriptif siswa: lembar observasi dan tes. Observasi dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang kemampuan keterampilan menulis deskriptif siswa kelas X SMK Tiwikrama Mamuju. Penelitian ini merupakan informasi dan kontribusi yang besar dan berharga bagi para pembaca pada umumnya dan khususnya bagi guru bahasa Inggris dan siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam menulis dalam bahasa Inggris. Diharapkan juga dapat menjadi informasi yang berguna bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mendapatkan ide-ide tentang penelitian ini.

Abstract

Various efforts in improving the quality of life of public health carried out by local governments have not been effective. The quality of health services in the islands of Selayar Regency is constrained by problems of access, the number of health workers and health facilities. This research method consists of the design of this study using qualitative designs. Data collection was carried out by the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Informants included officials and employees of the health department, health workers at the puskesmas, and the community. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in accordance with the three elements of the strategy dimension, namely objectives, policies, and programs, it could be categorized that the strategy to improve the quality of basic health services in the Selayar regency islands identified was strategy as a plan. Because the strategy as a plan has two basic characteristics, namely to accelerate the actions they will implement to implement programs to improve the quality of basic health services through the Regional Health System policy. And, develop consciously and full of purpose. One of them is by increasing the number of human resources for medical, non-medical and support staff. In addition to improving the quality of health facilities at the primary level (Community Health centers) and trying to maintain the availability of medicines at the health facilities. The problem that is still difficult to overcome is the accessibility of referral health services for people living in the outer islands of Selayar Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the difference between students with high and low levels of mathematical self-efficacy regarding their interest in learning mathematics at the high school level (SMA). The research design employed is quantitative. Data analysis utilized an independent samples t-test conducted via IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The study involved distributing questionnaires to 51 high school students from grades X, XI, and XII. Data processing included preliminary tests such as normality and homogeneity tests, followed by the Independent Samples t-test with a significance level of 5%. The hypothesis testing results using the Independent Samples t-test indicated a significance value (2-tailed) for equal variances assumed of 0.787 > 0.05, suggesting a difference between students with high and low levels of mathematical self-efficacy concerning their interest in learning mathematics at the high school level.

Abstract

The low of student motivation and interest in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic continued to occur even when PTM (face-to-face learning) was held. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing a graded point system as an alternative to increasing learning interest in sociology. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative method with a naturalistic approach. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The population in this research was 150 class XI students at SMAN 5 Banjarmasin. The subjects in this research were 75 students. Data analysis was carried out using narrative and discourse analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that the application of a graded points system can encourage more active interaction between students and teachers. Students also show higher enthusiasm for learning with the implementation of a graded points system in learning. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the graded point system is quite effective as an alternative for increasing students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Purun Village is one of the climate villages formed by the government and represented by the Head of Palam, Agus Adrian on July 1, 2016. This study aims to determine the beginning of the establishment of Purun Village in Banjarbaru City and the development of the economic life of the community in Purun Village since 2010-2023. This study uses a historical method, which consists of four stages, namely the first heuristic, the second source criticism, the third interpretation, and the fourth historiography. The results of the study show that before the existence of Purun Village, the community there had been carrying out purun weaving activities even though only in the form of baskets and purun mats, after the formation of Purun Village in July 2016, more and more craftsmen participated in weaving purun. Purun Village has become a village that can support the economy of craftsmen with sales not only limited to the surrounding area but has spread internationally. The conclusion obtained is that over time, Purun Village has developed to foreign countries, thanks to the persistence of the female purun craftsmen and the encouragement from the Banjarbaru government which has greatly influenced the development of Purun Village, Palam Subdistrict.

Abstract

Communication has a role in building an organizational climate, which has an impact on organizational culture, namely the values ​​and beliefs that are the central point of the organization. The goal of communication in the organizational process is none other than to form mutual understanding (Mutual Undestanding). In short, so that there is equality in terms of reference and experience. Lecturer communication refers to patterns and forms of communication that occur in the context of organizational networks. This research aims to determine the communication patterns of lecturers in improving the interpersonal quality of students majoring in government science at Pancasakti University, Makassar. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and literature study. The analytical method used is qualitative analysis. The research results show that good communication between lecturers and students will certainly result in better quality students, one of which is marked by increased student academic achievement. On the other hand, poor communication between lecturers and students will actually have an impact on decreasing the student's academic achievement. The indicators for the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, namely openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitude, have worked well.
