Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has driven the growth of digital marketing applications as a marketing tool in various aspects of the industry and at scale, including in the SME-sized restaurant industry. One of the promotional activities that are currently viral that affect consumer purchasing decisions is through the TikTok platform. The TikTok application is the latest viral platform that is an effective means of business promotion in Indonesia. Therefore, the involvement of TikTok as a social media platform has become an important promotion tool for Sakura SP restaurants. It helps Sakura SP restaurant to find customers. Creating a giveaway strategy increase the followers of its TikTok account. Some videos uploaded via Youtube is helpful to exist on social media. This activity encourages MSMEs to develop promotional strategies for the latest trends through digital platforms for the culinary business by using TikTok and Youtube on Sakura SP. This activity has helped Sakura SP to be more effective in promoting via many social media, especially TikTok.

Abstract

Iklan media sosial adalah iklan yang disajikan kepada pengguna di platform media sosial. Jejaring sosial memanfaatkan informasi pengguna untuk menyajikan iklan yang sangat relevan berdasarkan interaksi dalam platform tertentu. Sebagai salah satu aplikasi dengan pertumbuhan tercepat di dunia, Instagram telah membedakan dirinya dari platform media sosial lainnya. Sebagai platform visual, Instagram mengedepankan kreativitas, ekspresi, dan inovasi bagi penggunanya. Penggunaan Instagram Ads pada Vany salon bertujuan untuk menargetkan audiens dengan tepat dan menumbuhkan kasadaran akan jasa yang disediakan Vany Salon yang dapat dilihat pada insight dan engagement. Hasil dari implementasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dari permasalahan pemasaran yang dihadapi oleh Vany Salon.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is the core of business sustainability. In the disruptive era of digital business, it is important for the conventional retail business industry to focus on some determining factors that influence customer loyalty. This study finds that physical aspects and problem-solving are considered giving a significant contribution to building customer loyalty in the Retail Industry in Indonesia. The physical aspect that creates positive moods and security is expected by every potential customer especially in conventional business retail. The ability to solve the problem of the customers is building a positive relationship with the customers and could be the driver of positive mood and it strengthens future customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of innovation capability, export marketing strategy, and export market orientation on the export performance of furniture SMEs in Jepara Regency after the Covid-19 pandemic. The background of this research is the significant impact of the pandemic on the furniture sector, highlighting the need to enhance export performance through innovation, marketing strategies, and market orientation. The study involved 35 furniture SME owners who engaged in export activities in 2024, with the number of respondents determined using a census method. The research employs a quantitative approach to explain the relationships between variables, using questionnaire data for analysis and Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis via Smart-PLS to examine the inter-variable relationships. The findings reveal that innovation capability, export marketing strategy, and export market orientation each have a positive and significant impact on export performance, both individually and simultaneously. In conclusion, these three variables are crucial for improving the export performance of furniture SMEs in Jepara to compete in the global market. These findings offer practical implications for SMEs to focus more on innovation and marketing strategies tailored to export market needs. It is hoped that this study will contribute positively to the development of furniture SMEs, enhance the country’s foreign exchange earnings, and provide valuable insights for readers.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work-life balance on job satisfaction among employees in the city of Semarang. It seeks to identify key factors that enhance job satisfaction, especially among young and productive-age workers in an urban context. Methodology/approach: Using a quantitative approach, this research surveyed 160 respondents in Semarang through structured questionnaires employing a Likert scale. The respondents were selected via purposive sampling and represented diverse backgrounds in age, gender, and education. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS software to determine the significance and strength of the relationships between variables. Results/findings: The study reveals that both the work environment and work-life balance have a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. A supportive and comfortable work environment boosts motivation and loyalty among employees. Meanwhile, a well-maintained work-life balance helps reduce work-related stress and improves employee retention. Most respondents are from the productive age group and have secondary-level education, influencing their perception of satisfaction levels. Conclusion: Work environment and work-life balance significantly influence job satisfaction. Enhancing these two aspects can lead to more motivated, loyal, and satisfied employees. Limitations: The study is geographically limited to Semarang and does not consider other variables such as leadership style or organizational culture, which may also affect job satisfaction. Contribution: This study contributes to the field of human resource management by offering insights into factors influencing job satisfaction in urban Indonesian settings. It is relevant for HR professionals, managers, and policymakers focused on improving employee engagement and organizational performance.

Abstract

Di Solo Raya, UMKM menjadi penggerak utama ekonomi lokal dengan kehadirannya yang merata di berbagai sektor seperti kerajinan tangan, kuliner, tekstil, dan industri kreatif. UMKM tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi ekonomi, tetapi juga memainkan peran penting dalam pelestarian budaya lokal melalui produk-produk khas yang mereka hasilkan. Digitalisasi menjadi strategi utama dari program Onboarding UMKM melalui integrasi UMKM ke platform e-commerce. Bank Indonesia terus memperkuat kebijakan pengembangan UMKM dengan melakukan transformasi berbasis digital pada UMKM. Adanya trasformasi berbasis digital ini akan mendukung akselerasi pengembangan sektor UMKM. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, variabel kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, serta variabel keunggulan bersaing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran atau hasil ini juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa keunggulan bersaing mampu memediasi kualitas produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program edukasi Cinta Bangga Paham (CBP) Rupiah yang dilaksanakan oleh Bank Indonesia dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan perilaku masyarakat Kota Surakarta terhadap uang Rupiah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, didukung oleh teknik analisis kesenjangan (gap analysis) dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 14 responden yang terdiri dari masyarakat (pelajar, mahasiswa, guru, pedagang, ibu rumah tangga, pekerja swasta, ojek daring) serta internal Bank Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden telah mengetahui ciri keaslian Rupiah melalui metode 3D (dilihat, diraba, diterawang), namun pemahaman terhadap makna simbol – simbol budaya dan pahlawan pada Rupiah masih rendah. Perilaku masyarakat dalam merawat Rupiah belum sesuai harapan, dengan kecenderungan masih sering melipat, menyelipkan, atau merusak uang. Partisipasi dalam program CBP relatif terbatas, lebih banyak menjangkau kalangan pelajar dan institusi pendidikan dibanding komunitas akar rumput seperti pedagang pasar, ojek daring, dan ibu rumah tangga. Analisis kesenjangan menunjukkan adanya gap signifikan antara kondisi ideal yang diharapkan Bank Indonesia dengan realitas di lapangan, terutama dalam aspek pemahaman simbol dan perilaku merawat Rupiah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pemberian kewenangan yang cukup luas dengan pemberian hak dan kewajiban menyelenggarakan otonomi desa dalam kesatuan sistem penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Dimana pemerintah desa harus memiliki kemampuan mengelola sumber daya manusia yang tersedia di Desa masing-masing dan khususnya di kecamatan Pringapus kabupaten semarang.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja, dukungan rekan kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia di Kecamatan Pringapus Kabupaten Semarang melalui stress kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel 98 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan cara mengirimkan kuesioner kepada para perangkat desa di Kecamatan Pringapus. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan sampel total/sensus. Alat analisis penelitian ini menggunakan software SmartPLS V3.29.Hasil penelitian ini, menyatakan bahwa beban kerja dan kompetensi dapat mempengaruhi stress kerja. Namun dukungan rekan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap stress kerja. Selanjutnya, menyatakan bahwa beban kerja, dukungan rekan kerja kompetensi dan stress kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Pringapus Kabupaten Semarang. Pada uji pengaruh mediasi dalam penelitian ini menyatakan stress kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara beban kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Pringapus Kabupaten Semarang. Namun dalam penelitian ini stress kerja tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara dukungan rekan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Keterbatasan pada penelitian ini nilai adjusted r-square pada variabel mediasi stress kerja masih menyisakan nilai sebesar 20,1%. Agenda penelitian mendatang dapat mengeksplorasi variabel lain yang berpotensi mempengaruhi stress kerja sebagai mediasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.
