Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan pengawasan kerja terhada knowledge sharing dan kinerja karyawan, dan juga pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank BPR Di Jawa Tengah , responden yang digunakan sebanyak 150 karyawan. Data diolahdengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan programAnalysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) versi 18.0.Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan  pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengawasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing. Pengawasan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan  serta knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan .

Abstract

Karyawan adalah aset perusahaan yang sangat penting untuk tetap dikelola dengan baik. Pengelolaan karyawan yang baik akan memaksimalkan produktivitas. Produktivitas tinggi ditimbulkan karena adanya kondisi fisik dan mental karyawan ditempat kerja yang sangat baik. Kondisi ini rentan sekali dengan beberapa masalah yaitu masalah peran dalam pekerjaan atau role overload. Akhirnya hal inilah yang membuat karyawan menjadi kelelahan kerja (burnout). Burnout mampu menyebabkan karyawan melakukan perbuatan yang diluar pada tugas yang menjadi tanggung jawab pekerjaannya. Salah satunya adalah perbuatan cyberloafing atau menggunakan akses internet berlebihan dari tanggung jawab pekerjaannya yang semestinya. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan BPR BKK di Kota Semarang. Desain pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara purposive sampling dengan hasil sampel adalah 150 orang. Analisis data ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui program AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konflik peran dan role overload berpengaruh positif terhadap burnout pegawai, konflik peran dan burnout berpengaruh positif terhadap cyberloafing, dan role overload tidak berpengaruh terhadap cyberloafing.

Abstract

Mempelajari kesalahan dan kesuksesan generasi-generasi sebelumnya menjadi penting untuk mengurangi permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi tempat kerja serta dapat dijadikan cara pencapaian tujuan organisasi secara lebih efisien. Dalam Angeline (2011) yang mengadaptasi penelitian Dries et al. (2008) dan Zemke et al. (2000) generasi Z dinilai sebagai generasi yang bekerja dalam tim secara lebih baik, lebih kooperatif, dan lebih optimis pada masa depan dibandingkan dengan generasi X dan generasi Y. Mereka tidak suka prosedur pengawasan yang ketat dan jadwal kerja yang kaku. Millenial akan lebih lama bertahan dalam pekerjaan atau perusahaan yang telah menggunakan teknologi canggih, pekerjaan yang menantang dan yang mereka anggap menyenangkan. Sikap yang dimiliki oleh generasi Z inilah yang akhirnya menimbulkan pertanyaan apakah sesuai dengan kaidah yang diajarkan dalam islamic work value yang berasal dari Al-Quran dan Hadist yang menekankan untuk menjalin kerjasama dan selalu bekerja keras yang merupakan salah satu cara untuk menghapus dosa (Ali & Al‐Owaihan, 2008). Selain itu, adanya keyakinan bahwa Tuhan tidak menguji hamba-Nya melebihi kemampuan dan percaya bahwa Tuhan memberi hal yang kita butuhkan bukan hal yang kita inginkan sehingga melalui kepercayaan tersebut dapat memperkuat dan memperlemah komitmen organisasi menjadi sikap perilaku yang mengarah pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior yang memposisikan islamic work value sebagai variabel intervening atau penghubung pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan religiusitas terhadap komitmen organisasi dan sikap kinerja yang mengarah pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation equity and development opportunities as well as psychological meaningfulness on employee engagement. The study was conducted on 150 generation Z employees in Central Java. Analysis using SEM (AMOS) shows several findings: compensation fairness affects psychological meaningfulness; fairness compensation has no effect on employee engagement; career opportunities for psychological meaningfullness; Career opportunities have no effect on employee engagement; Psychological meaningfullness affects employee engagement ..

Abstract

Generational gap cannot be avoided in the world of work. Each generation has different characteristics. Cultural differences in Indonesia and western countries also cause differences in habits, behavior, and perspectives. This can cause differences in how to manage employees. This study aims to understand the view of Y generation in Indonesia on motivation, values, leadership, organizational culture, work-life balance, communication, and know what needs to be done to be able to understand and manage Y gene effectively. This research is a qualitative research. The data collected by interview 7 people who work in banking sector. Y generation assume that motivations can comes from external (compensation, insight, experience, career path, incentives) and internal (commitment, humanity, self-impulse). Values consider as respecting promises and rights, doing things in a simple way. Leadership prefered in the form of mentoring and coaching but still given to do the task independently. Organizational culture preferred in the form of technological advancement, casual in dressing and communicating. Work and life is not balanced when measured in terms of time, but satisfaction is obtained from slipping personal life in the middle of work. Communication preferred flexible and not rigid. Based on these perspective, to understand and manage Y generation in Indonesia effectively it should be done from mutual understanding and want to learn from each other's desires and opinions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationships between knowledge diversity, knowledge creation, innovativeness, and sustainable competitive advantage. The respondents of this study were 200 employees from SMEs in Central Java - Indonesia. Data were obtained using the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed by applying structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 20 software. The results revealed that knowledge diversity and knowledge creation had a relation with innovativeness and sustainable competitive advantage. Abstract

With the announcement of the regional quarantine status by President Jokowi for the increasing outbreak of the corona virus, it will indirectly have an overall impact on the economy, especially for the middle and lower class. In this case the regulation stipulated by the Government in the Health Quarantine Law states that during the area quarantine, the basic necessities of life of people living in the quarantine area are the responsibility of the Government. The social welfare of the community here is related to health, household economic conditions, a sense of security, and a good quality of life. So that people who are faced with the Covid-19 pandemic can still fulfill their basic needs and carry out their social functions. However, under these circumstances, the performance of UKM is very slow and some even collapsed. This is what made researchers investigate more deeply about the performance of SMEs during the Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning on the quality of strategic assets, and also the influence of strategic asset quality on business performance. This research was conducted on SME snacks in Semarang City, the respondents used were 150 respondents. The data are processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 23.0 program. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the quality of strategic assets shows a CR value of -0.338 and with a probability of 0.735, testing the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance shows a CR value of 2.499 and with a probability of 0.012, testing organizational learning on the quality of strategic assets shows a value CR is 4.881 and with a probability of 0.001., Testing the effect of organizational learning on business performance shows a CR value of 1.351 and with a probability of 0.177, the effect of strategic asset quality on business performance shows a CR value of 2.067 and with a probability of 0.039. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of family work conflict, work stress, work load and work performance. The study was conducted at women workers in the acquired garment. Data is processed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) which assisted by application program of Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 18.0. According to the analysis, it is concluded as the followings: family work conflict has a positive effect on work stress (CR =6,061); work load has a positive effect on work stres (CR = 2,793); family work conflict has a not effect on work performances (CR = -0.899); work load has a negative effect on work performances (CR =-3,123) and work stres has a negative effect on work performances(CR =-3,908) Keyword : Work Conflict, Work Stres, Work Load, Work Performances

Abstract

Money waqf is one of the instruments of Islamic philanthropy that plays a role in empowering the economy for the benefit of society. However, not many people have received education about cash waqf and its management. Especially the people in Central Java Province. Based on the results of a survey conducted by the STIE Bank BPD Central Java community service team randomly by conducting interviews with the community and MSMEs, it was found that there were still few people who understood waqf and its derivative types such as cash waqf. Even if they know, it is only limited to waqf for mosques, schools and graveyards. Therefore, STIE Bank BPD Central Java's internal community service was created with the aim of providing alternative solutions for community and MSME empowerment in Central Java province during the COVID-19 pandemic, by creating fintech for the management of cash waqf for community empowerment and MSMEs. The cash waqf management model is carried out by creating a crowdfunding platform-based organization with a waqf contract. The collected cash waqf funds are used for community empowerment andMSMEs in Central Java who have been affected by the COVID19 pandemic with a profit-sharing agreement. Profit sharing from the community and MSMEs is used for fintech operations, crowdfunding of waqf and equitable distribution of income to people in need. Meanwhile, the waqf funds returned from the profit-sharing contract are used for repeated empowerment of the community and MSMEs in rotation

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are the business groups that are most able to survive in the event of an economic crisis. The development of the number of small and medium business units that continues to increase, this will certainly open up large employment opportunities so that the number of unemployed people decreases. The presence of SMEs in terms of managerial level and ability is still low, there are still a few of our SME entrepreneurs with Bachelor degrees. The fact shows that the quality of SMEs resources is still low, especially in the fields of management, organization, mastery of technology and marketing. The low level of education of small and medium entrepreneurs was apparently not matched by capacity building efforts through training, education and programmatic comparative studies. HR has an important role in achieving success, because sophisticated and complete facilities are not yet a guarantee of the success of an organization without being balanced by the quality of human resources who will utilize the facility. This study seeks to examine strategies that can be used by SMEs in an effort to improve HR capacity by covering the determination of samples using purposive sampling method, which then data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.
