Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan biomassa talas dengan level yang berbeda dalam ransum itik lokal terhadap produksi dan berat telur. Penelitian pakan alternatif daun talas menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, P0 : 100% ransum tanpa penambahan talas, sebagai  kontrol P1 : 85% ransum basal + biomassatalas 15%, P2 : 80% ransum basal + biomassa talas 20 % P3 : 75% ransum basal + biomassa talas 25 %Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil produksi telur dan berat telur itik lokal (Anas domesticus) dengan penambahan biomassa talas pada ransum mengalami peningkatan, memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata. Rata-rata produksi telur tertinggi ke terendah yaitu P3 sebesar (12,86), P2 sebesar (12,46), P1 sebesar (12,06), dan P0 sebesar (11,60). Hasil Berat telur itik dari rendah ke tertinggi yaitu P2sebesar (26,04), P3 sebesar (29,13), P0 sebesar (29,14) dan P1 sebesar (29,42). Dari hasil penelitian maka diketahui bahwa perlakuan terbaik yang dapat direkomendasikan yaitu perlakuan P3 dengan (12,86) untuk produksi telur dan P1 (29,42) untuk berat telur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan ekstrak serai dan daun bawang terhadap pH dan nilai organoleptik telur itik atau telur asin, Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali  yaitu P0= Kontrol, P1= Penambahan ekstrak serai dan daun bawang 10%, P2= Penambahan ekstrak serai dan daun bawang 20%, dan P3= Penambahan ekstrak serai dan daun bawang 30%. Perlakuan penambahan serai dan daun bawang (Cymbopogon Citratus and Allium fistulosum) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap nilai organoleptik dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap nilai pH  telur itik asin, Nilai rata rata uji organoleptik telur itik asin yaitu aroma 2,18 – 4,20, rasa 2,19 – 4,27, kemasiran 2,51 – 3,43, dan hedonik 2,22 – 4,36 penambahan serai dan daun bawang terhadap nilai pH pada telur itik asin yaitu 6,23 – 6,47. Penambahan serai dan daun bawang 10% menghasilkan nilai pH yang terbaik.. Disarankan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk melakukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengetahui lama masa simpan telur asin untuk dikomersialkan pada masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk terhadap preferensi konsumen pada ubi jalar ungu di Desa Ajakkang Kecamatan Soppeng Riaja Kabupaten Barru. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dan dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja yaitu Desa Ajakkang, yang merupakan salah satu pemasaran ubi jalar di Desa Ajakkang. Responden ditentukan dengan metode accidental sampling yaitu 30 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis chisquare. Hasil analisis chisquer menunjukkan bahwa apakah terdapat pengaruh atribut produk terhadap preferensi konsumen pada ubi jalar ungu atau tidak terdapat pengaruh atribut produk terhadap preferensi konsumen pada ubi jalar ungu di Desa Ajakkang Kecamatan Soppeng Riaja Kabupaten Barru.Ubi jalar ungu yang menjadi preferensi konsumen di Desa Ajakkang adalah ubi jalar ungu yang mempunyai atribut: rasa manis, bentuk lonjong teratur, ukuran sedang, dan kebersihan kulit bersih.

Abstract

Sektor pertanian merupakan sektor yang sangat penting perananya dalam Perekonomian di sebagian besar negara-negara yang sedang berkembang. Komuditi padi lokal sangat berpengaruh pada perekonomian masyarakat karna komuditi ini merupakan sumber pendapatan .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan usahatani padi lokal di Desa Sanglepongan Kecamatan Curio Kabupaten Enrekang.Metode yang digunakandalam penelitian adalah metode Kuantitatif.Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder .Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Observasi,Interview dan dokumentas.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukka bahwa pendapatan rata rata usaha tani padi lokal di desa sanglepongankecamatan curio kabupaten enrekang sebesar Rp.4.780.000 dan usaha tani ter sebut menguntungkan dengan hasil B/C ratio sebesar 2,13.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat persepsi petani terhadap tanaman lada organik dan non organik di Desa Pasui Kecamatan Buntu Batu Kabupaten Enrekang. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif dilakukan dengan observas, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2021. Jumlah populasi di Desa Pasui sebanyak 676 kepala keluarga yang berpropesi sebangi petani lada baik organik maupun non organik. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 32 petani lada, 11 petani lada organik dan 21 petani non organik yang dipilih secara acak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian persepsi petani terhadap tanaman lada organik secara keseluruhan tergolong tinggi dengan persentase 67,2% hal ini disebabkan karena petani berpendapat secara ekonomi mutu dan kuliatas sudah bangus karna tidak memerlukan biaya yang banyak dan memiliki kulitas buah yang sehat karna mengunakan bahan-bahan organik namun di teknik dan sosial masi tergolong rendah dimana petani belum telalu memahami bangaiman cara pembudayaan lada organik aakah ada tehnik khusus yang berbeda dengan bidaya lada secara organik . Hal ini juga terjadi pada tanaman lada non organik yang juga tergolong tinggi dengan persentase 99,6% dari segi ekonomi memeng membutuhkan biaya tang cukup banyak namun hasil produksinya juga banyak sebanding dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan selain itu petani sudah lama menggunakan pertanian secara non organik dan tidak banyak mengalami kesulitan.

Abstract

The study aims 1) to determine the role of farm women the sugar palm production activities in Kassa Village, Batulappa District, Pinrang Regency. 2) to determine the income derived from the sugar palm production activities in Kassa Village, Batulappa District, Pinrang Regency. 3) to determine the income contribution of sugar palm production to total household income in Kassa Village, Batulappa District, Pinrang Regency. The type of data used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research starts from February to March 2019 in the Kassa Village, Batulappa District, Pinrang Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation and interview, the source of the data used is the primary and secondary data. The data analysis used on this research is quantitative description. The results showed that 1) the results of this study indicate that the level of the role of female farmers in the production of sugar palm in the Kassa Village, Batulappa District, Pinrang Regency in midle category with the persentage of 74%. 2) the average income that farmers earn in the Kassa Village, Batulappa District, Pinrang Regency production activities is Rp 1.712.505, per month. 3) The contributions of sugar palm income to household income is 45,96%.

Abstract

Farmers are the main actors in agricultural production activities and are part of the Indonesian people who need to improve their welfare and intelligence. With the extension, it is hoped that all agricultural information that develops can be absorbed and accepted by farmers, the more information that is used by farmers, the more effective the extension will be. This study aims to determine the level of the role of extension workers in the development of farmer groups in Lise Village, Panca Lautang District, Sidrap Regency and to find out whether there is a strong relationship between the role of agricultural extension workers in the development of farmer groups in Lise Village, Panca Lautang District, Sidrap Regency. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is analyzed using the Likert SkalaScale analysis technique. The results showed that the role of agricultural extension workers in the development of farmer groups in Lise Village, Panca Lautang District, Sidrap Regency was classified as high with a value of 75%. This is seen from the role of agricultural instructors in developing farmer groups as facilitators, motivators, and mediators, there is a significant relationship. This shows the high level of the role of agricultural extension workers in the development of farmer groups and there is a significant relationship between the role of agricultural extension workers in the development of farmer groups in Lise Village, Panca Lautang District, Sidrap Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the average income of tomato farmers, the amount of production produced by tomato farmers, and the feasibility of tomato farming. the method used in this research is a survey method that aims to obtain a representative picture of a regional situation and to obtain facts that occur in the field through observation, interviews, and documentation. So that the overall state of the area on the economic income of tomato farmers is obtained with data obtained directly from farmers. Based on the results of this study, the average amount earned by tomato farmers was Rp. 9.620.300 per farmer with the income of the respondent farmers being large enough to cover the economic needs of tomato farmers, and the average amount of production produced by tomato farmers was 59,533 per basket. Then the value of the R/C ratio is 3,4 which means that the average number of farmers’ income is greater than the production costs incurred so that the farm is feasible to run in accordance with the provisions of the R/C ratio >1, then the farm is feasible to run.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of land area, experience, age, income, production, and geography factors significantly or not on farmers' decisions in conducting corn farming in Tungka Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency. This research was conducted in Tungka Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency in June-August 2022. The research method used was a survey method. While the sampling method used is simple random sampling. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis. There were 48 samples in this study which were processed using the SPSS 21 application and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the results of the study, it is known: that the decision of farmers in cultivating corn farming is partially influenced by factors of age (X3), income (X4), and topography (X6) while simultaneously the six independent factors namely large area of ​​land, experience, age, income, production, and topography no real effect.

Abstract

Fungal plants in Indonesia still have the opportunity to be developed and managed properly. Oyster mushrooms in Indonesia are relatively good for cultivation, this is because the natural resources they have can be used as materials for the production of oyster mushrooms, for example sawdust as the main ingredient for making mushroom media. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the contribution of white oyster mushroom business to family income in Lancirang Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods, the data used are primary data and secondary data. There are 2 samples in this study, namely workers who work in the thumb mushroom business. Then processed using contribution data analysis. From the research results obtained: that the contribution of white oyster mushroom craftsmen to family income in Lancirang Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 35%. This shows that the contribution is classified as moderate.
