Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan konsep digital marketing kepada para peserta kaum Perempuan Muhammadiyah. Sebagian besar pesertanya adalah ibu-ibu Aisyiyah Kabupaten Banyumas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memperkuat bisnis UMKM dalam menyesuaikan era digital. Melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan sesi praktis, para peserta kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang media sosial, SEO, iklan online, dan strategi pemasaran digital lainnya. Selain itu, peran ChatGPT dalam memberikan informasi dan dukungan tambahan membantu para peserta dalam mengimplementasikan konsep-konsep ini. Hasilnya adalah peningkatan keterampilan praktis, pengetahuan digital, dan kemandirian bisnis yang dapat mendukung pertumbuhan usaha mereka. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat jaringan sosial dan kesadaran digital di komunitas ibu-ibu Aisyiyah, memberikan pondasi yang kokoh untuk bersaing dalam dunia digital yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how budgetary management and the features of regional financial reports affect the openness of government financial reports. Employees of the Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Office in Province who worked in Regency and City Offices were the study's respondents. Employees from three districts and three cities in one province in Indonesia made up the study's sample. Convenient sampling was used as the study's sampling technique, while multiple regression analysis was employed as the study's data processing technique. The findings indicated that budget control has an effect on government financial report transparency with a significant value of less than 0.05 and regional financial report characteristics have an effect on government financial report transparency, and budget control and regional financial report characteristics have an effect simultaneously.

Abstract

The creative economy has become a driving force for economic growth and cultural development in Indonesia, with the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy at the forefront of shaping policies and initiatives to support this sector. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative survey data and qualitative insights from in-depth interviews, to explore the Minister's role in encouraging innovation and entrepreneurial networks in the creative economy. The findings reveal a generally positive perception of the Minister's policies, with stakeholders acknowledging their effectiveness in promoting innovation and entrepreneurial networks. Networking and collaboration initiatives facilitated by the Minister are seen as instrumental in fostering connections within the sector. While challenges exist, including the need for enhanced funding accessibility and intellectual property protection, they present opportunities for policy improvement. The study contributes to a nuanced understanding of the Minister's impact and offers policy recommendations to further enhance the growth and sustainability of the creative economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

The problem of the quality of academic services for each faculty is different. The aim of this research is to describe the level of student satisfaction regarding the quality of academic services based on the Parasuraman dimensions. The assessment used a 5-point Likert scale of satisfaction with lecturers with the respondents being students from three study programs, namely the faculties of Economics and Business, Psychology and Law, with 192 students. The results of research on Tangible students feel satisfied with the faculties of Economics and Business, Psychology and Law. At Emphaty, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel less satisfied. Regarding Reliability, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel less satisfied. Regarding Responsiveness, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel dissatisfied. In Assurance, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel dissatisfied. This research is very useful for improving the quality of academic services.

Abstract

Demam berdarah tetap menjadi tantangan kesehatan utama di Indonesia, yang semakin diperburuk oleh iklim tropis dan urbanisasi, sehingga menciptakan kondisi ideal bagi perkembangbiakan nyamuk Aedes. Vaksinasi merupakan strategi pengendalian vektor yang efektif. Namun, faktor psikologis dan sosiokultural, termasuk sikap, keyakinan, dan religiositas, memengaruhi tingkat penerimaan vaksin. Studi ini meneliti faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat masyarakat Indonesia terhadap vaksinasi dengue serta hubungannya dengan kepercayaan, persepsi manfaat, kehadiran teknologi, religiositas, dan risiko. Survei potong lintang dilakukan terhadap 100 responden melalui metode snowball sampling secara daring. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah divalidasi mengenai risiko, manfaat, kepercayaan, religiositas, penerimaan teknologi, sikap, dan minat terhadap vaksinasi. Analisis Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) digunakan dengan metode bootstrap untuk pengujian signifikansi. Sikap, persepsi manfaat, dan kepercayaan muncul sebagai prediktor positif yang signifikan terhadap minat vaksinasi dengue, dengan sikap menunjukkan pengaruh terkuat. Persepsi risiko, teknologi, dan religiositas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat vaksinasi. Temuan ini menekankan peran sikap, kepercayaan, dan persepsi manfaat dalam mendorong minat vaksinasi. Hal ini mengimplikasikan perlunya strategi kesehatan masyarakat yang spesifik untuk meningkatkan penerimaan vaksin dengan membangun sikap positif, menonjolkan manfaat, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan publik.
