Abstract

In order to retain excellent health, people should make eating nutritious meals a habit.A healthy alternative to eating is fruit salad. Even more, it can both prevent and treat a variety of illnesses. The firm runs the danger of having low-quality or broken ingredients since they are not durable, which would have an influence on the items' quality and lead to fewer people buying fruit salad. The continuing Covid-19 outbreak has marginally slowed the food industry's expansion. Due to limitations on community activities during the pandemic, many SMEs have gone out of business or closed, which has an impact on income, namely a decline in company turnover. This product's marketing strategy includes both direct marketing and the use of social media to spread awareness among consumers and the general public. In order to identify and assess the degree of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that business actors may encounter in operating their businesses, SWOT analysis is crucial in the development and management of company operations. On the other side, business owners might benefit from these chances by using digital marketing or online sales. Utilizing internet sales can considerably assist MSME players in overcoming a variety of difficulties during the Covid epidemic.

Abstract

In this study, experts aimed to identify variables influencing organizational performance, focusing on the size of the audit committee and the composition of the board of commissioners as two indicators of corporate governance (GCG). These variables are crucial for achieving organizational goals and implementing effective GCG practices. The Board of Commissioners, working closely with the organization, oversees internal operations, with the Audit Committee assisting in fulfilling its responsibilities. The Audit Committee is responsible for financial reporting, internal auditing, and ensuring GCG compliance. Company size and performance are closely linked, with larger organizations often performing better in operational activities. This study investigates the impact of company size, the board of commissioners, and the audit committee on business performance. Utilizing data from annual financial reports of the food and beverage subsector for the years 2020-2022, sourced from the official IDX website, the study analyzed 99 samples using multiple regression analyses. The findings shed light on how organizational performance is influenced by company size, the audit committee's composition, and the board of commissioners.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of interest rates and credit procedures on MSMEs' decisions to take loans from commercial banks. Using regression analysis, the research tests hypotheses with a sample of 100 MSMEs in Bali, selected from a population of 15,332 MSMEs using the Slovin method. Data was collected through a survey of MSMEs that had applied for or considered commercial bank loans in 2023. Results show that credit procedures have a positive and significant influence on MSMEs' loan decisions, while interest rates do not significantly affect their choices. These findings indicate that MSMEs prioritize the efficiency and ease of credit processes over interest rate considerations. The study highlights the importance of streamlining credit procedures to enhance financing access for MSMEs and recommends further research into other factors that may influence MSMEs' credit decisions. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of MSME financing in the context of Bali's economic landscape.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of social media innovation on the business sustainability of MSMEs, taking digital literacy as a moderating variable. This research was conducted in Bali Province using a quantitative approach with data sources sampled from owners of MSMEs. A structured questionnaire was used. The data analysis used PLS-SEM, a technique of robust statistics that is appropriate for studying a complex relationship between variables. The research findings indicated that social media innovation significantly contributed to the sustainability of businesses within the MSME sector. It means that when MSMEs adopt and implement innovative social media strategies effectively, it leads to their overall sustainability and hence improves business outcomes. In fact, it was established in this study that the relationship can be moderated by digital literacy, meaning that MSMEs with higher levels of digital literacy are better positioned to leverage social media innovation for increased business sustainability. The results raise the need to incorporate social media innovation with digital literacy to promote sustainable practices among MSMEs. In doing this, businesses can keep up with the rapidly changing landscape of new technologies in ways that improve their competitive advantage. The paper, therefore, concludes with managerial implications: Owners of MSMEs need targeted training and resources to improve their digital literacy level so as to fully tap into the potential of social media innovations toward long-term sustainability.
