Abstract

Abstract:Islamic education is a system consisting of several important components that are interconnected. Among the existing components is the method of education. This study aimed to determine the learning methods used in Islamic education. This research used library research with a qualitative approach. Data sources were derived from various works of literature, including books, articles, newspapers, and documents. The data analysis techniques used were content and descriptive analyses. The finding indicated that several teaching methods used in Islamic education, including; 1) Lecture method, 2) Discussion method, 3) Demonstration method, 4) Insertion method, 5) Wrapping method, and 6) Inquiry method. Therefore, teachers are required to choose and determine the right method so that the achievement of educational goals can be carried out effectively and efficiently.Abstrak:Pendidikan Islam merupakan suatu sistem yang terdiri dari beberapa komponen penting yang saling berhubungan. Diantara komponen yang ada adalah metode pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari berbagai karya kepustakaan, antara lain buku, artikel, surat kabar, dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa metode pengajaran yang digunakan dalam pendidikan Islam antara lain: 1) Metode Ceramah, 2) Metode Diskusi, 3) Metode Demonstrasi, 4) Metode Sisipan, 5) Metode Bungkus, dan 6) Metode Inquiry. Oleh karena itu, guru dituntut untuk memilih dan menentukan metode yang tepat agar pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dapat terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

AbstrakLingkungan merupakan salah satu faktor atau unsur pendidikan yang berpengaruh dalam penentuan corak pendidikan Islam. Pengaruh lingkungan tersebut dapat berupa pengaruh positif maupun negatif terhadap perkembangan anak. Permasalahan pokok dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implikasi lingkungan pendidikan terhadap perkembangan anak perspektif pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif berjenis library research. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan teologis normatif, pedagogis, dan psikologis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kutipan langsung dan tidak langsung yang diolah dan dianalisis dengan teknik data reduction, data display, dan content analysis, serta conclusion drawing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) lingkungan memberikan corak dan warna tersendiri terhadap perkembangan manusia. Oleh karena itu, dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan menjadi tanggung jawab tiga lingkungan yaitu lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan lingkungan masyarakat; (2) perkembangan yang dilalui oleh anak merupakan masa peralihan atau masa persiapan bagi masa selanjutnya; dan (3) dampak lingkungan pendidikan terhadap perkembangan anak dapat dilihat dari perkembangan bahasa, keagamaan, moral, sosial, intelegensi, kepribadian emosi, dan kemandirian. Abstract The environment is a factor or an element of education determining the diversity of Islamic education. The environment can give positive or negative influences on child development. The main problem of this research was how the implications of the educational environment for child development in Islamic educational perspective. The method used was descriptive qualitative research with library research. This research used normative theological, pedagogical, and psychological approaches. The data was collected using direct and indirect quotations which were analyzed through data reduction, data display, content analysis, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that; (1) the environment influenced the diversity of human development so that educational implementation became a responsibility of three environments, namely family, school, and community; (2) the child development was a transitional phase or preparation for the next period; and (3) the impact of educational environment on child development could be seen from the language, religion, moral, social, intelligence, emotional personality, and independence.

Abstract

This study will discuss stakeholder’s satisfaction with the performance of KI/MPI graduates at the Tarbiyah and Teaching Faculty of UIN Alauddin Makassar. Then try to find out the criteria that stakeholders want. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were MPI program graduates who were in the district. Jeneponto, Kab. Selayar, Kab. Pinrang, Makassar City, Kab. Barru, and the City of Parepare. The technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale instrument. The analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The criteria that the stakeholders want for graduates of the Islamic Education Management Study Program (MPI), Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Alauddin Makassar are: (1) responsibility; (2) productive; (3) target orientation or results; (4) high motivation; (5) patient and work hard; (6) think and act positively; and (7) maintain relationships with peers.

Abstract

Abstract: The Relationship between Teacher’s Competence, School Culture and Teacher’s Performance This article aims to prove the relationship between teacher’s competence, school culture, and teacher’s performance at State Senior High School 10 in Maros, South Sulawesi. This research is quantitative or research by using quantitative approach.  The population in this study was 24 teachers and 351 students. The sample was determined by using disproportionate random sampling so that a sample of 77 people was obtained, consisting of 24 teachers taken in total and 53 students taken as many as 15% of the population. The data techniques used were questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis is performed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics through correlation tests. The results of this study prove that there is a positive relationship between teacher’s competence, school culture, and teacher’s performance at State Senior High School 10 in Maros. Thus, teacher’s performance can be improved through the application of good competencies and the creation of a conducive school culture at schools. Abstrak: Hubungan antara Kompetensi Guru dan Budaya SekolahArtikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi guru dan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri 10 Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru yang berjumlah 24 orang dan peserta didik yang berjumlah 351 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan disproportionate random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 77 orang, terdiri dari 24 orang guru yang diambil secara keseluruhan dan 53 orang peserta didik yang diambil sebanyak 15% dari populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial melalui uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru dan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 10 Maros. Dengan demikian, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan kompetensi yang baik dan terciptanya budaya sekolah yang kondusif di sekolah.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the principal's leadership, teacher job satisfaction, and the influence of principal's leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 20 Bone. This study uses a type of field research with a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study found 30 teachers were taken as a whole with the consideration that only a few were relatively small. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire distributed to research respondents. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using statistics. The results of this study indicate that: the reality of the principal's leadership at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is in the high category with a percentage of 56.7%; the reality of teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is in the high category with a percentage of 53.3%; and principal leadership has a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is 27.5%. It should be noted that the level of influence generated is quite high. Therefore, the better the visionary leadership applied by the principal, the more it contributes to teacher job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was designed to examine and evaluate the influence of the principal leadership and the provision of compensation on teacher job satisfaction at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in the Sinjai Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with the ex-post facto method. One hundred twenty-three respondents in this study were madrasah (Islamic schools) teachers. The results indicated that headmaster leadership and the arrangement of compensation have a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Thus, the level of job satisfaction felt by teachers in an educational institution depends on the efficiency of the leadership applied and the provision of adequate compensation. Therefore, educational institutions must pay attention to implementing effective leadership and a good compensation system to create teacher job satisfaction. So, they are excited to perform their roles optimally.

ABSTRACTTitle                 : Moral Education Values in the Qur'an Recitation at the Bolo District, Bima Regency Marriage CeremonyThe objectives of this study were to 1) explain and analyze the role of moral education values in memorizing al-Qur'an recitations during wedding ceremonies in the Bolo community of Bima Regency. 2) to elaborate on the practice of memorizing Qur'an recitations during community wedding ceremonies. Bolo is located in the Bima Regency.This was a qualitative study that took a phenomenological approach through the use of interdisciplinary approaches such as pedagogical, psychological, and normative perspectives. These diverse approaches were capable of explaining the importance of moral education in memorizing the Qur'an recitations at the Bolo community's wedding ceremony, ranging from the importance of moral education, descriptions of memorizing recitations, etiquette in memorizing al-Qur'an recitations, fluency, to the relationship between memorizing and memorizing. recitation in conjunction with marriage.The study's findings indicated that while the reality of moral education values in memorizing al-Qur'an recitations was observed in the people of Bolo District, Bima Regency, particularly those related to memorizing al-Qur'an recitations, they needed to be improved and implemented optimally. As for the value of moral education in memorizing al-Qur'an recitations in the community of Bolo District, Bima Regency, it could be seen from the perspective of faith; exemplary could also be seen in the community's use of time; the community's empathy was quite good, even if some were found to be indifferent; however, sustainable development was required; however, when viewed from the perspective of responsibility, it was quite good, because it was quite v The description of memorizing the Qur'an recitations can be seen in two things that the community believes: To begin, memorizing served as a preventative measure against negative events, as it aided in the development and control of the community, requiring constant interaction and an understanding of the Qur'an's value. Second, as the source of Allah's mercy, as it contained an assembly of the Qur'an. Additionally, adab in recitations can be viewed from two perspectives: etiquette regarding reading and etiquette regarding dress in recitations. It was excellent in terms of fluency. The connection between memorizing recitations and marriage can be explained in three ways: first, it was believed to be a blessing; second, it was the hope of becoming a Qur'anic family; and third, it was the desire to become a Qur'anic family. Third, a social culture that had developed into a habit that necessitated activity.This research implied that various forms of Qur'an recitation activities that benefited moral education values and were carried out by the people of Bolo District, Bima Regency, should have been evaluated as efforts / constructive input in a memorizing activity. recitation of the Qur'an during the Bolo District's wedding ceremony. The evaluation included all stakeholders, including the government, parents, and society. Additionally, with various activities coupled with Qur'an recitations in the community of Bolo District, Bima Regency as indigenous wisdom and culture infused with religious values, the activities associated with weddings and other events should be developed and improved. in a variety of activities, both social and religious, which, of course, adds its value and unique style to moral values that are necessary throughout the ages. Keywords: Moral Education Value, Haflah Tilawah and Marriage.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) find out the theory of the arrival of Islam in the archipelago, (2) to find out the development of Islam in the archipelago, and (3) early centers of Islamic education in Southeast Asia. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection through literature review methods. The results of the study show that for the first time the arrival of Islam in the archipelago was based on several theories, including the Gujarati theory, Mecca theory, Persian theory, Chinese theory, and Egyptian theory. The development of Islam in the archipelago was influenced by trading activities, marriage processes, da'wah activities, and through education. Islamic education centers in the archipelago are carried out in Muslim places of worship (mosques). As for the Islamic kingdoms in the archipelago, namely the kingdom of Perlak, the kingdom of Samudra Pasai, and the Kingdom of Aceh Darussalam.

Abstract

Di masa depan, Pendidikan Islam Indonesia diyakini memiliki peluang besar dalam mengenalkan wajah Islam yang moderat. Moderatisme dan toleransi hingga kini tetap menjadi salah satu perhatian utama dalam konteks kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Amanah untuk memperkuat dan mengambangkan moderatisme dalam pendidikan tersebut tentu merupakan sebuah peluang penting bagi Pendidikan Islam. Nilai-nilai washatiyah dan Islam rahmatan lil alamin sudah inheren dalam pandangan pendidikan Islam. Konflik di berbagai daerah sering terjadi disebabkan oleh perbedaan kelompok masyarakat, atau bahkan agama, misalnya saja ada yang mengatasnamakan agama dan kepercayaan membakar rumah ibadah, tokoh agama menjadi sasaran kekejaman tangan – tangan tidak bertanggungjawab, bom bunuh diri, radikalisme, diskriminasi atas nama isu sara seringkali terjadi. Moderasi beragama dalam pendidikan islam merupakan konsep nilai yang ada dalam paham Islam moderat untuk diintegrasikan ke dalam tujuan pendidikan, sehingga menghasilkan pendidikan Islam moderat. Dalam dunia pendidikan, nilai-nilai moderasi akan banyak di laksanakan pada pendidikan karakter. Nilai-nilai moderasi Islam dalam hal ini adalah nilai nilai moderasi yang terkandung dalam proses belajar mengajar dan materi pembelajaran yang integrasikan pada pendidikan karakter. Islam merupakan agama yang mempunyai semangat toleransi yang tinggi, maka nilai karakter yang tepat untuk menggambarkan nilai Islam moderat adalah religius, toleransi, peduli sosial, demokratis dan cintai damai. Implementasi nilai moderasi beragama dalam pendidikan agama Islam termanifestasi dalam penerapan prinsip kejujuran dan keterbukaan. Bila prinsip ini diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, maka akan membuat peserta didik lebih leluasa dalam membangun pengetahuan sesuai dengan bakat, minat, serta potensi yang dimilikinya. Secara umum dari berbagai metode pembelajaran moderasi beragama dalam materi pendidikan agama Islam dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk berdiskusi serta menghubungkan dengan masalah sehari-hari seorang pendidik telah mengimplementasikan prinsip dari moderasi, yaitu keluwesan dan keterbukaan.

Abstract

Kajian ini menjelaskan bagaimana hubungan antara filsafat dengan pendidikan. Pendidikan berkepentingan untuk membangun filsafat hidup, untuk dijadikan pedoman dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari agar selalu dalam keteraturan. Kemudian filsafat memberikan sumbangan berupa kesadaran menyeluruh asal-mula, eksistensi dan tujuan kehidupan. Filsafat merupakan wacana teoritis dalam mengkaji setiap permasalahan dengan tujuan mencari kebenaran rasional. Filsafat sebagai fondasi berbagai ilmu pengetahuan, akan membentuk nilai-nilai dasar setiap bangunan ilmu pengetahuan. Filsafat membentuk kerangka pikir yang orisinil dan terarah, mencari sumber secara radikal dan menelaah objek kajian secara universal dan komprehensif, sehingga tampak kebenaran sejati walaupun bersifat relatif. Jadi, pendidikan membutuhkan konsep yang jelas dan benar, dan tentunya dari filsafat, dan filsafat membutuhkan pengembangan pencarian kebenaran, yang tentunya bagian dari kerja pendidikan. Filsafat dan ilmu pengetahuan saling terkait satu sama lain, keduanya tumbuh dari sikap refleksi, ingin tahu, dan dilandasi kecintaan pada kebenaran. Ilmu pengetahuan memiliki banyak fungsi, tergantung bagaimana manusia menggunakannya. ilmu alam berfungsi sebagai dasar bagi pembentukan dan pengembangan teknologi, penjelasan atas segala hal yang terjadi, penerang atau nur bagi kehidupan manusia, pondasi yang akan menyangga benteng peradaban sekarang ini sekaligus merupakan alat untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia.
