Globalization is a phenomenon that cannot be separated from human life, where all international structures and orders change. Easy access to information, technology and the exchange of goods, services and ideology make globalization a very important part. Changing the structure and economic, political and social order at this time requires existing countries to adapt to all changes brought about by globalization. The birth of non-state actors in globalization then brought about its own changes, especially in the economic field. This study aims to explain how the impact of the Greek economic crisis on the European economic community. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the economic interdependence between European countries which has led to the birth of the European Economic Community (EEC) is very influential on one another. This can be seen from how the Greek crisis was able to change the economic policy order of member countries of the European Economic Community (EEC).

The husband's insufficient income, in fulfilling the needs of the family, makes women who are housewives in Bluto Village choose to play dual roles as housewives and as workers in helping support the family economy. This study aims to determine the factors underlying women in supporting the family economy and how women support the family economy. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling by determining key informants as many as 1 person, as many as 20 main informants, 2 supporting informants and using data collection techniques, including observation, interviews, documentation. The results showed that the pressure of economic needs, the husband's income was not sufficient to meet the needs of the family so that some housewives in Bluto Village chose to do double persn in supporting the family economy. The way they do to help support the family economy is by working as farm laborers and other laborers.

Product quality and service affect the progress of a restaurant. The rise of business competition requires businesses to continue to innovate so as not to compete. Restaurant business owners must always maintain and improve the quality of their products and services. The quality of products and services is a means to compete with competitors. Quality products and services will help restaurant business owners to get a strategic market position. This study aims to find out how the quality of Toby’s Fried Chicken products and services in Sumenep Regency. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Sampling by determining key informants as many as 1 person, 2 main informants, supporting informants as many as 5 people and using data collection techniques, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Toby’s Fried Chicken products in the latest Fried Chicken products are still undercooked, Toby’s Fried Chicken has not released a variety of new products with a steady innovation. The service of Toby’s Fried Chicken is quite good with the good attitude shown by the waiter, but for the arrangement of the place there is no attractive design to be enjoyed by customers. Toby’s Fried Chicken continues to maintain and improve its quality, both in terms of products and services to be able to compete with fast-food restaurants like Toby's.

The problem studied in this thesis is about the sales strategy of stacked tofu in increasing tofu production at the tofu factory in Lalangon Village, Manding District. With the aim of knowing the sales strategy of Tofu at the Tofu Factory, Lalangon Village, Manding District, Sumenep Regency. In determining the strategy, the researcher uses a SWOT analysis by knowing the internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) and the external environment (opportunities and threats). The type of research in this study is to use a qualitative research type with the informants of the Lalangon Village Tofu factory owner, the Production section, Traders, and consumers. The research instrument was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the analysis of the internal environment had the strength of its own capital, business experience in the field of tofu, good relations between entrepreneurs, short distribution lines, good quality of tofu, guaranteed production continuity. Meanwhile, the weaknesses are limited working capital, low education level, no product diversity, limited promotion, less hygienic management of tofu, not evaluating and monitoring properly, waste management is not optimal. In external conditions, the opportunities that are owned are the attention from the government, there is trust from consumers, the continuity of raw materials is guaranteed, traders help expand marketing. Meanwhile, the threats are a complicated process to get capital from the cooperative service, competition in the quality and quantity of tofu between tofu factories, fluctuations in raw materials, etc. Strategies that can be applied are maintaining product quality by utilizing technological developments to maintain consumer confidence, improving the quality of human resources through programs from the government, establishing partnerships to improve marketing efficiency and using simple SOPs for effectiveness and efficiency.

Key determinants of intention to visit halal tourism in Madura Nurita Andriani; Miftahul Jannah; Very Andrianingsih

The launch of halal tourism is based on the consideration that Indonesia is the largest Muslim majority country in the world, namely 207 million people. This study aims to analyse the potential of halal tourism in Madura with digital technology, access, value-added, and facilities mediated by e-marketing to see the intention to visit halal tourism. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample of this study was collected through a questionnaire from 187 tourists who were travelling in Madura halal tourism destination as respondents. The study results indicate that either directly or mediated by e-marketing, access significantly affects the intention to visit halal tourism. On the other hand, technology innovation and value-added have no significant effect. Meanwhile, facilities and e-marketing also directly affect the intention to visit halal tourism. Overall, to increase the potential for halal tourism visits in Madura, it needs easy access, good e-marketing and supporting facilities because the Madura area has many halal tourist destinations. The added value presented as an opportunity to see original regional merchandise, regional performances, and innovative technology has not become a priority for tourists to have halal tourism intention in Madura Island. This study provides research and practical implications for stakeholders related to halal tourism in Madura.

This research is motivated by the level of compliance of taxpayers who are not fully in accordance with reporting their taxes. Of course this is caused by several psychological factors and one of them, where these psychological factors include subjective norms, attitudes and behavioral control. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of tax understanding moderation on the effect of the theory of planned behavior on taxpayer compliance. The object of this research is Pamekasan SMEs registered at the Pamekasan Tax Office. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between the independent variables on taxpayer compliance but for the behavioral control variable the effect was not significant positive and for tax understanding showed insignificant results as a moderator between the relationship between subjective norms and attitudes towards taxpayer compliance but significant as a moderator between the control relationship behavior towards taxpayer compliance

Pengelolaan keuangan yang masih kurang baik masih banyak terjadi di lingkungan kita. Ibu rumah tangga biasanya mengelola keuangan rumah tangganya sebatas membelanjakan pendapatannya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-harinya saja. Bahkan mereka ada yang tidak mempunyai dana cadangan untuk keperluan tidak terduga. Pada saat mereka mengalami kekurangan dalam keuangan maka hal yang paling mudah untuk dilakukan yaitu pinjam uang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam KWT Sejahtra Desa Kalianget Timur. Kelompok ini selain berkegiatan mengenai pertanian, ada juga kegiatan pengelolaan keuangannya. Pengelolaan keuangan yangd ilakukan masih sederhana. Sehingga alokasi keuangan yang dipinjam akan memengaruhi pada keuangan di rumah tangganya. Sehingga perlu dilakukan edukasi mengenai literasi keuangan. Kegiatan ini akan bermanfaat kepada pengelolaan keuangannya. Edukasi ini akan memberitahukan manfaat dari lembaga jasa keuangan yang dapat diikuiti oleh peserta. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan akan membantu pengelolaan keuangan peserta. Sehingga keuangan yang mereka kelola akan menjadi lebih baik. Dalam jangka panjang edukasi ini akan mensejahterakan masyarakat melalui kegiatan pemahaman literasi keuangan pada jasa keuangan.

Dalam mengelola dan mengoptimalisasikan keuangan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa siswa tingkat SMA banyak yang masih belum memperhatikan pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik dan bijak. Siswa masih banyak yang melakukan pemborosan, misalnya seperti gaya hidup, pembelian pulsa dan lain-lain. Jadi dengan gaya yang berlebihan sangat mempengaruhi manajemen keuangan banyak orang khususnya pada siswa tingkat SMA, bukan kebiasaan dan gaya hidup seseorang saja yang berubah tetapi cara mengatur keuangan pribadi juga ikut berubah mengikuti tatanan hidup baru/ new normal. Mulai dari melalukan penghematan sampai dengan menyiapkan lebih banyak dana darurat yang bisa dipakai setiap waktu. Jadi mengoptimalisasikan uang saku dapat dilakukan dengan membuat catatan daftar kebutuhan, guna menyusun buget dan mengatur prioritas keuangan sehingga dapat diperoleh banyak manfaat. Hal ini dapat memiliki manfaat untuk memperbaiki pengelolaan keuangan agar menjadi lebih baik. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema optimalisasi uang saku pada siswa SMK Nurul Huda V di Desa Gingging Kecamatan Bluto Kabupaten Sumenep yaitu tercukupinya kebutuhan yang lebih baik, tidak akan merasa kekurangan, dapat melath kemandirian, hidup hemat dan teraratur. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan akan menambah kemampuan siswa dalam mengoptimalkan uang saku.

New problems have emerged in the agricultural sector related to fertilizer. Fertilizer prices have now increased to twice the previous price. Apart from that, the limited supply of non-subsidized fertilizer is a concern for farmers to continue their farming. Many farmers' land in Palongan Village is starting to be abandoned. The increase in fertilizer prices causes fertilizer to be given at the wrong time, due to the limited capital that farmers have. The impact of this problem is a decrease in tobacco productivity. This can also affect farmer income. The aim of this research is to examine further the impact of increasing fertilizer prices on tobacco productivity and its effect on farmers' income in Palongan Village. Apart from that, to analysis whether there is a difference in the productivity of tobacco farmers before the increase in fertilizer prices and after the increase in fertilizer prices. The method used in this research is the test method paired sample t-test and path analysis. The hypothesis test used is the t-test. Test results paired sample t-test stated that there was a difference in tobacco productivity before and after the increase in fertilizer prices. Test results path analysis stated that the increase in fertilizer prices directly affected tobacco productivity. Meanwhile, indirectly the increase in fertilizer prices through tobacco productivity does not have a significant effect on the income of tobacco farmers.

Indonesia is one of the countries that are still pro and contra towards cigarettes. Cigarettes are considered one of the dangerous products for public health and safety, but on the other hand the cigarette industry is the largest contributor to tax revenue in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the company's financial performance and to determine the potential for bankruptcy using the Altman z-score method at PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. The type of research is descriptive quantitative while the population is all financial reports published by companies and the sample is financial statements for 2017-2021. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation. The data analysis technique used the modified Altman z-score method. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the modified altman z-score, it can be concluded that the company's financial condition for the 2017-2021 period is in good or healthy condition because the Z-score value is > 2.6. Even though in 2021 the z-score will decrease slightly, it is not at risk of going bankrupt. Suggestions for companies, in order to maintain financial performance every year in order to stay in good health
