Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Promosi dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada pembelian Kecap Bango ( Studi kasus pada masyarakat Kelurahan Harjosari I MedanAmplas). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah populasi 70 responden yang dimana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan daftar pernyataan kepada responden yaitu masyarakat Kelurahan Harjosari I Medan Amplas. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Analisis Linier Berganda, Uji t, Uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh Y = 7.178 + 0,268X1 + 0.360X2 . Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahawa promosi (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada pembelian Kecap Bango. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari thitung 2,266 > ttabel 1,994 dengan signifikan 0,027 < 0,05. Sementara untuk variabel kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada pembelian Kecap Bango. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung 3,948> ttabel1,994dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sementara hasil uji simultan (uji f) dari kedua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel promosi dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, hal tersebut dilihat dari nilai fhitung(20.052) > ftabel(3,13) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,374. Hal ini berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel X1 dan variabel X2 terhadap variabel Y sebesar 37,4 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the variables of work environment and organizational culture affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques used, namely multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). With a population of 358 respondents with a tolerance limit of 10% which is calculated by the Slovin formula, the number of samples obtained is 78 respondents by determining the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. From the results of multiple analysis, the equation Y = 4.945 + 0.418X1 + 0.465X2 + e. The results of the partial test (t-test) showed that the work environment (X1) had a positive effect on job satisfaction of PT. Indomarco Prismatama, it can be seen from the value of t test (3.436) > t table (1.66543) with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. Meanwhile for the organizational culture variable (X2), the results showed that organizational culture (X2) had a positive effect on job satisfaction of PT. Indomarco Prismatama, it can be seen from the value of t test (3.827) > t table (1.66543) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. While the results of the simultaneous test (F-test) of the two independent variables on the dependent variable, the results show that together the work environment and organizational culture variables have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Prismatama, it can be seen from the value of f test (89.640) > ftabel (3.12) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The value of the coefficient of determination reached 0.697, which means that the work environment and organizational culture variables affect employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Prismatama by 69.7%. While the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

Wages are one of the obligations given by the company to workers in return for their work. However, wages are still a problem in the workforce. In fact, the wage setting policy has been stipulated in government laws and regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of the minimum wage setting policy for workers, what stages were carried out and whether the minimum wage setting policy in Deli Serdang Regency was good. The research method used is descriptive research, the data source used is qualitative data from the results of documentation and quantitative data in the form of secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Deli Serdang Regency. From the research results, it is concluded that the determination of the minimum wage in Deli Serdang is influenced by economic and labor conditions, seen from the minimum wage which fluctuates every year due to the influence of increasing economic and labor conditions. The relationship between economic conditions and employment is very close, the workforce exists to support the economy and the district's minimum wage setting policy as a regulation to achieve the welfare of workers' lives.
