Abstract

The influence of work ethics on employee performance is highly important. There has been indeed contradictive sight on some researches related to religious alliances. This research is aimed at analyzing the direct and indirect influence of Islamic work ethics on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. Data analysis is used path analysis.  The sample of the study consists of 70 respondents. The result shows that Islamic work ethics has direct and indirect influence on organizational commitment. The indirect influence of Islamic work ethics on organizational commitment is lower than the direct one. Islamic work ethics can increase organizational commitment indirectly through job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the total indirect influence of Islamic work ethic on organizational commitment is smaller than the direct one. The managerial implication of the current research is that the principal should conduct an ongoing assessment on the work satisfaction of the teachers and employees in order to enhance their organizational commitment.JEL Classification: I23, J28

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how transactional leadership affects employee performance using work satisfaction as a moderating variable. The methodologies used in this investigation are quantitative. The participants in this study were 100 employees of the Malang Regency's Kepanjen tax office. The sampling technique used a probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling approach. The sample used is 80 employees. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. Partially Least-Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) was utilized to analyze the data in this study. Transactional leadership has a good and significant effect on employee performance, according to the findings. Job satisfaction can moderate the impact of transactional leadership on employee performance at the Malang district tax service.

Abstract

Abstract: Impact of Self Management on Learning Achievement with Self-Motivation as Intervening VariableThis study was conducted to determine the effect of self-management on learning achievement, with self-motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, who had finished taking self-management courses in 2020. The population was 135 students. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and calculated using the Slovin formula, until a sample of 98 students was obtained. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that self-management has a significant effect on learning achievement, with self-motivation as an intervening variable. The implication of this research is that students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University, Malang, who have finished taking self-management courses, are mostly able to manage self-management due to the motivation that continues to be developed within each of them. This has an impact on student achievement. Abstrak: Dampak Manajemen Diri terhadap Prestasi Belajar dengan Motivasi Diri sebagai Variabel InterveningPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen diri terhadap prestasi belajar dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yang telah selesai menempuh mata kuliah manajemen diri Tahun 2020. Populasi sejumlah 135 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin, hingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 98 mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar dengan motivasi diri sebagai variabel intervening. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yang telah selesai menempuh mata kuliah manajemen diri, sebagian besar mampu mengelola manajemen diri dikarenakan adanya motivasi yang terus dikembangkan dalam diri masing-masing. Hal ini berdampak terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how the influence of Islamic Leadership, Organizational Culture and Motivation on Performance and the role of Motivation in mediating Islamic Leadership and Organizational Culture on Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The total population and sample in this study were 45 administrators of the Sabilul Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School in Mojokerto City using the saturated sample technique. The variables of this research are Islamic Leadership, Organizational Culture, Performance and Motivation. The test equipment used is Path Analysis, t test and mediation test with the help of SPSS software as a statistical test tool. The results of this study partially show that Islamic leadership has no significant effect on performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on performance while motivation does not have a significant effect on performance. The Path Anylysis test shows that Islamic Leadership and Organizational Culture on Performance through Motivation does not have a significant effect.Keywords: Islamic Leadership, Organizational Culture, Motivation, PerformanceAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Islamic Leadership, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja dan peran Motivasi dalam dalam memediasi Islamic Leadership dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan explanatory research. Jumlah  populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini  sebesar 45 pengurus Ponpes Sabilul Muttaqin Kota Mojokerto dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Variabel penelitian ini adalah Islamic Leadership, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja dan Motivasi. Alat uji yang digunakan menggunakan Analisis jalur (Path Analysis), Uji t dan Uji mediasi dengan bantuan software SPSS sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Islam tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja sedangkan Motivasi tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Untuk Uji Path Anylysis nya menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Islam  dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja melalui Motivasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Islam, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, Kinerja.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of employee performance on work-life balance, work environment, and job satisfaction, as well as to test and analyze work-life balance, and work environment on employee performance as a mediating role for job satisfaction. This study uses quantitative research methods with explanatory research. The sample is 41 employees of the Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Bojonegoro, with the path analysis method. The results show that: 1. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2. The work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, 3. Work-life balance has a positive and significant impact on employee performance when mediated by job satisfaction. , 4. work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance when mediated by job satisfaction, 5. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh antara kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja karyawan PDAM Giri Nawa Tirta Kabupaten Pasuruan, serta untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan kepemimpinan demokratis dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan explanatory research. Sampel adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PDAM Giri Nawa Tirta Kabupaten Pasuruan yaitu 33 orang, dengan metode analisis data analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) disiplin kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Giri Nawa Tirta Kabupaten Pasuruan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji serta menganalisis pengaruh antara beban kerja dan stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat Puskesmas Cemoro Donomulyo Malang, dan untuk menguji serta menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan beban kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research. Sampel merupakan seluruh perawat Puskesmas Cemoro Donomulyo Malang yang berjumlah 50 orang, dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap stres kerja, (3) stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) stres kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Puskesmas Cemoro Donomulyo Malang.

Abstract

Aset terbesar perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusianya. Ada banyak potensi di setiap sumber daya manusia. Untuk kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dalam jangka panjang, potensi tersebut harus selalu dikembangkan dan dipelihara. Sumber daya manusia yang mampu menunjukkan perilaku kerja yang mengarah pada pencapaian tujuan dan sasaran perusahaan dianggap sebagai sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja karyawan outsourcing di PT dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja dan stres kerja. Dengan Santoso Malang, lanjutkan. Explanatory research dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. 87 responden termasuk dalam sampel proporsional random sampling. Analisis regresi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam analisis. Variabel beban kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, menurut analisis data. Hasil pengujian beberapa beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, dengan tingkat signifikansi dibawah 0,05. Hipotesis ditolak, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh secara parsial variabel beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji parsial stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel, dan nilai signifikan lebih besar dari 0,05. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa f hitung lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja dan stres kerja karyawan PT MBS (Maju Bersama Santoso) yang tinggi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja. Abstract

This study investigates the determinant of customer decisions in Islamic banks' savings: motivation, promotion, and religiosity. Trust variable as a form of research novelty as a mediation. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. Using purposive sampling, the sample is 95 Islamic bank customers in Nganjuk City, East Java. Data are analyzed using structural equation modeling with Smartpls software. This research generally describes the factors that can improve customer decisions in opening savings at Islamic banks, such as motivation, promotion, and religiosity. These three factors in this study proved that only direct motivation could improve customer decisions. The result means that the other two factors need a mediating variable in the form of customer trust in Islamic banks regarding the safety of money stored and guarantees free from usury. These findings can be a suggestion for the management of Islamic banks to do promotions more often, meaning that what has been done now is still inferior to conventional banks in promotion.

Abstract

Research on organizational citizenship behaviour is intriguing because it is often seen as an important asset to bring new perspectives and ideas to improve organizational performance and culture. However, the factors affecting OCB still need more empirical evidence. This study aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee performance with OCB as a moderating variable at P.T. Magnum Attack Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey of 89 respondents. The data analysis method uses SEM-PLS. The results showed that job satisfaction had no significant effect on employee performance and OCB. Organizational culture does not affect employee performance but shows a significant effect on OCB. OCB did not mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance, as well as organizational culture and employee performance. The research suggests that P.T. Magnum Attack Indonesia should enhance the Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) of individual employees by fostering a culture of care for colleagues, discipline in work, mutual respect, and assistance among co-workers. Consistently practicing OCB can lead to the development of a positive organizational culture.
