Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's strategy in classroom management. the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research results obtained show that the teacher's strategies in classroom management in learning such as: conventional formation, chevron formation, group formation, U-shape formation, conference formation, auditorium formation, circle formation. the differences in teacher strategies in classroom management in the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum, namely: the 2013 curriculum uses conventional seating positions, chevron formations, group formations, U-shape formations and conference formations, while the independent curriculum uses auditorium formations and circle formations. In the teacher's strategy in classroom management there are several obstacles and supports that are commonly felt by teachers such as where the lack of cohesiveness of students has limited learning resources and the physical condition of the class is not good, while for supporting classroom management namely good communication between teachers and students, the atmosphere of the room is neat and clean make students comfortable while carrying out learning, decorations and blackboards are well attached.

Abstract

This study aims to determine teacher strategies, impacts, obstacles in implementing P5 in the Independent Curriculum to shape the character of students at SD Inpres 3 Talise. Using descriptive methods quantitative approach. The results of the research obtained in the application of P5 were carried out in grades I and IV, teacher strategies in the application of P5 such as: planning the implementation of P5, planting concepts, collaborating with parents, implementing P5 and conducting evaluations. The impact that arises such as increasing critical thinking skills, can improve the school environment, increase motivation, increase creativity and improve social skills of students. And the obstacles are the constraints of learning facilities and the constraints of students who are less active. This research uses questionnaires to determine teacher activities in the application of P5, researchers analyze questionnaires that in grade I teacher activities in the application of P5 are not often carried out while in grade IV teacher activities often apply P5.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the world of education, so it has to adapt to doing virtual class (online) learning. Like learning yoga asanas at SMA Negeri 3 Palu, which must apply virtual class learning models with practical materials, they will find serious problems. The formulation of the problem is: 1. How is the virtual class model learning on yoga asanas at SMA Negeri 3 Palu? 2. How is the learning process through a virtual class model in learning yoga asanas at SMA Negeri 3 Palu? The method in this study is a qualitative descriptive method as an assessment of the problem in this study. The results are 1. In learning the virtual class model, the teacher uses online applications such as google meet, whatsapp group, and quizizz and is balanced with the provision of yoga asanas tutorial videos. 2. The learning process of the virtual class model consists of several stages, namely the planning or preparation stage and the implementation stage. The planning stage consists of the process of making lesson plans, Flyer invitations to enter learning, teaching materials or materials in the form of power points, and quizzz as the evaluation stage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics of parents in the learning process at SD Inpres Mantawa B. This study used a qualitative method, the primary data source was obtained from the fifth grade teacher and student guardians. The results of this study stated that the role of parents in the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic for grade V students at SD Inpres Mantawa B consisted of providing study guidance and providing motivation for children's learning. Obstacles faced by parents in helping the learning process of fifth grade students at SD Inpres Mantawa B include internet networks, learning facility constraints, parents' busyness constraints, parents' limited knowledge constraints and constraints regarding the lack of references or student learning resources. Efforts made by parents in helping the learning process of fifth grade students at SD Inpres Mantawa B are providing learning facilities and checking children's learning assignments.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in civic education subjects using the inquiry model in class IV SD Inpres Sritabaang. The method used in this study is a class action research method (PTK) through two cycles, where each cycle consists of planning, implementation of actions, observation and reflection. The data taken is quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data that is learning outcomes data obtained from the test results and qualitative data, namely data from observations obtained from observation of learning situations. The results of the first cycle of research were completed by 14 people and not completed by 8 people with a percentage of 71,59 classical absorption and 63,63% percentage classical completeness. learning outcomes in the second cycle obtained 20 people completed individually and not completed by 2 people with a percentage of 79,31% classical absorption and 90,91% percentage classical completeness. Thus it can be concluded that the use of inquiry learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class IV SD Inpres Sritabaang on subjects education civic.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the provision of rewards and punishment to students at SD Inpres 1 Balinggi. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research results obtained through interviews and also using an observation sheet guide show that there are several forms of reward and punishment applied at SD Inpres 1 Balinggi. Forms of reward include: verbal reward (reward in the form of speech) such as "smart", "good job", "correct". Non-verbal rewards such as through body gestures, objects, committee-free awards. The forms of punishment applied at SD Inpres 1 Balinggi include verbal punishment (giving a warning and getting angry only with words), non-verbal punishment (showing an angry face, getting additional assignments). Providing rewards and punishments can have both positive and negative impacts, apart from that it can also have psychological and physical impacts on students.

Abstract

The research aims to determine prevention efforts and the implications of efforts to prevent bullying in elementary schools at SDN Model Terpadu Madani. The method used in the research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Determining informants using snowball sampling The principal is the key informant. The data analysis techniques in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are prevention of bullying carried out by the Principal and class teachers by instilling good character values, conducting outreach about bullying, taking approaches and providing motivation, creating a safe and comfortable school environment. The prevention is carried out by parents of students by teaching children positive things, instilling character values ​​and religious values. The Head of Elementary School Development prevents school bullying by forming a violence prevention and handling team that carries out outreach about bullying. The implication that occurs after carrying out prevention is that students understand and understand the meaning of bullying, the impact of bullying and the forms of bullying. Students have good character, are open to teachers and parents. Preventing bullying carried out by the school can result in minimal cases of bullying occurring at the Madani Integrated Model Elementary School so that it can be used as an example by other schools.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk melaksanakan bimbingan belajar pada siswa sekolah dasar di Desa Balanti Kecamatan Baras Kabupaten Pasangkayu Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Sasaran dari bimbingan belajar ini adalah seluruh siswa sekolah dasar yang beragama Hindu mulai dari kelas I sampai kelas VI dengan jumlah 32 orang. . Metode pembimbingan  yang  diterapkan yaitu pembimbingan secara intensif. Pembimbingan dilaksanakan mulai dari pekerjaan rumah yang dituntut dari sekolah siswa masing-masing, sampai  pada  pembimbingan bagian materi yang kurang dipahami siswa disekolah mulai dari persiapan kegiatan sampai pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar ini yaitu siswa mampu memahami dan menyerap materi pelajaran, siswa menjadi lebih fokus  belajar,  siswa banyak belajar hal baru, dan siswa mendapatkan pengetahuan yang  lebih  baik  dari sekolah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, motivasi belajar siswa, pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran, fokus belajar siswa serta siswa memiliki pengetahuan yang lebih khususnya berkaitan dengan materi pelajaran. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa yang dapat dilihat dari beberapa nilai siswa yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar mengalami peningkatan setelah mengerjakan dan mengumpulkan tugas serta sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan.Berdasarkan hasil tes diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 82 dengan selisih rata-rata adalah 14,76%. Analisis t-hitung diperoleh 8,571, dan t-tabel = 2,086 dari hasil analisis data tersebut bahwa t-hitung > dari t-tabel Implementation of Tutoring for Elementary School Students in Balanti Village Baras District Pasangkayu Regency West Sulawesi Province Tensive mentoring. Guidance is carried out starting from homework that is required from each student's school, to mentoring the part of the material that is not understood by students at school starting from the preparation of activities to the implementation of activities. The results of the implementation of this tutoring are that students are able to understand and absorb subject matter, students become more focused on learning, students learn a lot of  new things,  and  students  get better knowledge from school, so as to improve student learning outcomes, student learning motivation, student understanding on the subject matter, the focus of student learning and students have more knowledge, especially related to the subject matter. This can be proven by the increase in student learning outcomes which can be seen from some of the scores of students who follow tutoring have increased after doing and collecting assignments and in accordance with the expected goals. Based on the test result obtained an average learning result of 82 with an average difference of 14,76%. T-count analysis obtained 8,571 and T-table = 2,086 from the results of the data analysis that t-count > from t-table.
