'This study aims to determine the learning outcomes and student activities in learning fractions in class IV SD by applying the Two Stay Two Stray model. The research model is classroom action research with two cycles which have stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The results of students pretest classical absorption in cycle I was 64.7% and the posttest was 69.2%. While the results of students pretest classical absorption in cycle II were 71.6% and posttest were 79%. The percentage increase in the results of the classical pretest absorption was 4.5% while the increase in the posttest classical absorption was 7.4%. The percentage of observation results of teacher activities in cycle 1 was 76%, and the percentage of observation results of student activities was 77%, while in cycle II the percentage of teacher activity results was 78% and the results of observation of student activities was 78%. Increasing the percentage of observations of teacher activities by 5% and increasing the percentage of observations of student activities by 10%. Based on this analysis, learning using the two stay two stray model on fractional material is declared successful.

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of using diagram board media on the learning outcomes of statistics material for fourth grade students at SD Inpres Tipo and to find out students' responses to the use of diagram board media in statistics material. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with a sample size of 30 students. The instruments used in this research were multiple choice questions and student response questionnaires, and were validated by validating content, language and constructs as well as documentation. The method used is quantitative with a pre-experimental design research type with data analysis techniques used, namely normality and homogeneity tests of questions and hypothesis testing. The research results obtained show that learning before using diagram board media obtained an average learning outcome of 58.33% and learning after using diagram board media obtained an average learning outcome of 76.33% and the average difference was 18% with tcount is 8.464 and ttable is 1.699, so tcount is > from ttable so that ho is rejected and h1 is accepted, so there is an influence of the use of diagram board media on learning outcomes in statistics material in class IV SD Inpres Tipo. Based on the questionnaire, students obtained a good category with a score of 79.6.

Abstract: The research aims to know the achievement of learning outcomes and the factors that influence it. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were 223 students of grade VI SD at Palu city. Data collection techniques were carried out are tests and interviews. The results obtained from the research that has been done are that of the 223 students who took the test, only 52 students (23%) correctly answered the short answer questions and only 7 students (3%) were able to answer the essay questions about the circumference of plane materials. The learning outcomes of Palu City Elementary School students are in the poor category. From the results of interviews with students, teachers, and school principals, information was obtained that the factors causing low learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic were the decreased level of student discipline, the difficulty of controlling students and teachers, BDR for a long time caused students to easily forget, absorb low online face-to-face material, excessive public concern about COVID-19, support from parents and the unequal economy of parents. Background: Pelatihan untuk menyelesaikan masalah Olimpiade sangat diperlukan oleh calon guru maupun guru matematika, karena merupakan agenda rutin Pusat Prestasi Nasional (Puspresnas), Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia. Penyelesaian masalah olimpiade matematika membutuhkan pembiasaan dan strategi khusus dalam mencari solusinya. Meningkatkan kemampuan penyelesaian masalah olimpiade matematika bagi guru dan mahasiswa calon guru matematika yang membutuhkan pembiasaan dan strategi khusus dalam mencari solusinya. Metode: Metode ServiceLearning yang terdiri dari 1) Perencanaan PkM, 2) In Service Training 1, 3) On The Job Training 4) In Service Training 2. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata hasil pre-test dan post-test dari 27.92 menjadi 65.83 (skala 0-100). Peningkatan ini didukung oleh penyedian modul yang dapat dipelajari oleh peserta baik saat ToT maupun setelah pelatihan. Penggunaan pendekatan blended learning pada pelaksaan ToT juga memberikan fleksibilitas kepada peserta untuk meningkatan kemampuannya tanpa dibatasi oleh tempat pelatihan. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan TOT olimpiade Matematika secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan capaian hasil pelatihan mahasiswa calon guru/guru matematika.

The research aims to determine prevention efforts and the implications of efforts to prevent bullying in elementary schools at SDN Model Terpadu Madani. The method used in the research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Determining informants using snowball sampling The principal is the key informant. The data analysis techniques in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are prevention of bullying carried out by the Principal and class teachers by instilling good character values, conducting outreach about bullying, taking approaches and providing motivation, creating a safe and comfortable school environment. The prevention is carried out by parents of students by teaching children positive things, instilling character values and religious values. The Head of Elementary School Development prevents school bullying by forming a violence prevention and handling team that carries out outreach about bullying. The implication that occurs after carrying out prevention is that students understand and understand the meaning of bullying, the impact of bullying and the forms of bullying. Students have good character, are open to teachers and parents. Preventing bullying carried out by the school can result in minimal cases of bullying occurring at the Madani Integrated Model Elementary School so that it can be used as an example by other schools.

Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara di SD BK Lekatu Kelurahan Tipo Kecamatan Ulujadi Palu Barat bersama dengan para guru dan kepala sekolah bahwa guru-guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas pembelajaran seiring dengan berkembangnya IPTEK. Tujuan PKM ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan tentang peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran kepada guru SD BK Lekatu dalam menghadapi era society 5.0. Alur pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM terbagi atas 3 tahapan yaitu: tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi yang dilakukan pada tanggal 03 mei 2024 antara lain: 1) persiapan dengan melakukan izin kepada pihak sekolah untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dalam menghadapi era society 5.0, 2) melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan dengan beberapa materi yaitu: pelatihan numerasi matematika tingkat guru Sekolah Dasar dalam menghadapi pembelajaran era society 5.0, pelatihan alat permainan edukatif (APE) sebagai media alternatif dalam pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar, dan desain pembelajaran berbasis games Sekolah Dasar, 3) melakukan evaluasi dengan membagikan angket kepuasan terhadap kegiatan PKM. Hasil respon dari peserta PKM menunjukkan rata-rata persentase jawaban dari pernyataan di atas 85%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa tingkat kepuasan dari peserta setelah mengikuti kegiatan PKM berada dalam kategori sangat puas.

The study aims 1) to analyze the teacher's perception of the tree's media usage on Indonesian learning, 2) to analyze students' perceptions of the tree's media use to English study, 3) to analyze the underlying factors and the tree's media barrier to English learning. Sampling an informer with an impressive. sample. Methods used: observation, interview, documentation, and angket. The object of this study is the process of using the literacy tree media at class ii school at bk school Tipo Kelurahan. Research indicates that teachers are helped in increasing student involvement and understanding, and students state that this use of the literal literal literal tree makes learning more interesting and easier to understand the material. This is based on student response ratings, 64% of the lowest and 100% highest scores for an "yes" answer on the use of tree media in Indonesian studies. Contributing factors in the use of numeric tree media are the teacher's educational background and work experience that make teachers adept at using learning media, enthusiastic students, and comfortable classrooms. The inhibitors to the use of the literal literal tree media, the lack of sufficient time or hours of study, the cost limitations and parents who undersupport student educational needs.

This study aims to analyze and identify teacher problems, strengths and weaknesses, teacher understanding and readiness in implementing the independent curriculum at Purwosari State Elementary School. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. the problems experienced include: lack of understanding of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, problems in implementing P5, lack of teacher ability in using technology, lack of supporting infrastructure in learning and filling out report cards which are quite complicated. In its implementation, the Independent Curriculum has advantages such as the existence of PMM, the existence of P5 learning, teachers and students are given freedom in the teaching and learning process. While the disadvantages of the independent curriculum include: a lot of administration, lack of references, and more time consuming. Regarding understanding and readiness, teachers have sufficient understanding of the concept of the Independent Curriculum but are lacking in its implementation and for teacher readiness it shows that teachers are not fully ready to implement the Independent Curriculum.

Reinforcement related to numeracy is currently very much needed by Indonesian students. This study aims to determine the effect of numeracy learning on students' ability to solve mathematical story problems in class V SDN 1 Palu. Using a quantitative pre-experimental method of one group pretest-posttest design. Determination of the sample using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling type. The sample used in data processing was 26 students from a total initial sample of 33 students. The research instruments included teaching modules, test questions, validation sheets, interview guidelines, and documentation. Data analysis used prerequisite tests and hypothesis tests. The test results using the paired sample T-Test showed a significance value of 0.000 (sig. 2 tailed < 0.05) meaning that was accepted and was rejected. This proves that there is a significant effect of numeracy learning on students' ability to solve mathematical story problems in class V SDN 1 Palu. The obstacles for students in solving mathematical story problems lie in the difficulty of understanding concepts, calculation accuracy, and process skills. However, students' responses to numeracy learning were very positive. Students expressed their enjoyment of the applied numeracy learning and the increase in abilities they felt.

The results of observations when conducting initial observations in three public elementary schools, researchers saw that the teachers in the three schools had good competence, especially in the learning process in the classroom, several teachers the three schools were driving teachers. This is because there is a good leadership strategy carried out by the principal in carrying out his duties at school. Based on this, the researcher was interested in conducting research in 15 public elementary schools with the aim of determining the principal's leadership strategy in improving teacher performance in accredited A Public Elementary Schools Palu City. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study showed that the principal of the Accredited A Public Elementary School Palu City has strategies used to improve teacher performance, namely: implementing discipline, conducting assessments on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), conducting evaluations, holding supervision programs, holding training (workshops) and implementing a joint leadership system. Some of the obstacles faced by principals in improving teacher performance are: teachers who are not disciplined in carrying out their duties at school, a changing system of rules, limited budget and teachers who feel they are in a comfort zone.
