Abstract

PT. Pancaran Semangat Jaya is a company that moves in the field of Javanese magazine publishing named “Panjebar Semangat” which first published in 1933 until now. Currently, the administration of staffing is done by a subdivision of administration and documentation noted manually and the result is edited using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications, and then printed and stored in storage. This leads to a process of data search and check, as well as making the report which is reducing the working hour for the employees.Based on the problem, a solution is offered in the form of staffing administration information system that would connect the employees in every division inside the companies by using a dna-based client server and a waterfall method. This method uses sistematically approach and a serial ranging from the level of the needs of the system and heading to the stage of analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. The result of this research shows that the staffing administration information system may help PT. Pancaran Semangat Jaya to record and processing data by quickly and correctly. Moreover, that information system is in line with the needs of the company which has been proven by the outcome of the trial that has been implemented into eleven usual employees, three chief divisions, and one documentation administrative subdivision with the results of 82,7 % and included in a very well category.

Abstract

Letter is an important document in Surabaya High Court because it supports the business process activities Surabaya High Court. Therefore, the data must be complete mailing, distribution and storage should be timely letter should be well ordered. The conditions at the Surabaya High Court incomplete data writing letters, distributing archives are often delayed because of the long groove applies a system or procedure is too complicated. To solve this problem, so the storage and recording of the letter needs to be converted into digital data and computerized. To meet these needs it is necessary to be made application mail handling incoming and outgoing mail at the Surabaya High Court. Stages of making this application begins with communication, planning, modeling, construction, and operation. Once tested, the application management of incoming and outgoing letter can handle the recording process incoming letter, handle the disposition of incoming letter, handle the process of making a number of outgoing letter as well as recording your outgoing letter so, can generate data incoming letter, the data disposition, the data outgoing letter, and several reports including archiving reports, statements disposition, disposition tracking reports, and reports of outgoing letter.

Abstract

Stikom Career Center is one part that is in Stikom Surabaya which serves to career development, which is under the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Alumni. Stikom Career Center officially have a website with the address scc.stikom.edu as a means to share information and act as a mediator between companies / institutions / industries job seekers and job seekers, especially those who come from the alumni Stikom Surabaya to seek employment information. During the service was implemented has not been done an evaluation of the quality of the website is based on the perception of the end user as feedback to party business website (Management) so that users become dissatisfied with the services of the website itself. The purpose of this study was to look into the matter by analyzing the relationship between the quality of the website (Website Quality) and user satisfaction (User Satisfaction) with 4.0 WebQual method that has Usability, Information quality and Service Interaction. Distributing questionnaires conducted obtained a sample of 75 respondents. Data from the questionnaire testing the variables with the validity and reliability, test assumptions to the multiple linear regression . The conclusion of the study is that there is the effect of variable Usability and Information Quality on User Satisfaction. This means that the increase can be carried out on each indicator variable that has the lowest average. Usability improvement for more emphasis on Display website, while for Information Quality improvement by managers can be emphasized at the complete information so that users become more satisfied.Keywords: Webqual 4.0, Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction, Multiple Linear Regression.

Abstract

BCA is the bank that provides  the best experience of its facitlity, one of their facility is mobile banking for their customers, it is called  m-BCA, stands for mobile BCA. There are many features on m-BCA, like m-Admin, m-Transfer, m-Payment, m-Commerce, m-Info, and cash withdrawl. Until 2011, the users of m-BCA reached 2.3 million users that take advanteges from it (detikFinance , 2011). The problem is m-BCA now has so many complaints from its users, like errors often occurred on the system and less user friendly. There are also users that encountered problem when it comes to try to login on m-BCA (detikFinance, 2014). Based on the problem and with analysing the successness of mobile banking m-BCA using DeLone and McLean model (2003), it composed by System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Usability, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefit. The Data used in this case is primary data that obtained from questionnaire which was filled by 125 respondents. Then the data is analysed with descriptive analysing to understand the successness of m-BCA and SEM analysing to understand the factors which are affected the successness of m-BCA. The results of this research show that the positive effect of variable Quality System against user satisfaction. System Quality variables have positive influence against the use of. The variable quality of the positive effect of the use of the service. To increase the success of m-BCA then it should improve the quality of Information on m-BCA that will have an impact on user satisfaction so as to achieve kebermanfaatan NET that can enhance the success of m-BCA. Recommendations for m-BCA, namely: 1) to the quality of the system should preferably be developed more flexibility the system so that it can be reached from anywhere, 2) to the quality of service should be improved security.

Abstract

The library is a vital part of an educational institution like university, especially for the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya. The availability of the final task collection became the main reason users to use library facilities. But handling in the search collections not implement the concept of Information Retrieval yet. Information retrieval used to produce information or documents which relevant to keyword from source by the amount that are numerous and is not structured as a collection of final task literatures .To solve these problems, the necessary repairs final task search facility by implementing the concept of Information Retrieval. The application of Information Retrieval on an abstract document is expected to produce a collection of  final task literatures which is relevant to the search. From the testing, the application capable of producing the collection of final tasks more than by search through query when given keywords with combination affix (prefix and  suffix).

Abstract

Abstract: Regional Employment Board or BKD is owned by the government agency in charge of implementing the preparation and implementation of regional policies in the field of employment, and can be assigned to carry out the implementation of the authority delegated by the Government to as Representative of the Government in the framework of deconcentration. BKD East Java is an agency that specialized personnel in the area of East Java. To improve the quality of human resources, then carried out the assessment process, the assessment in question is the performance appraisal.Nowadays, the assessment using assessment form East Java BKD submitted in each city and distributed to agencies that have employees JFT. Long process of distributing a form of assessment, and the assessment results. In addition, BKD also need to collect data on JFT employees recommended for promotion. From each of the above problems, the biggest impact is employee development apparatus JFT will be hampered because the time is not in accordance with the schedule recommended training for employees. From the above problems made JFT employee performance evaluation application that can provide a good recommendation and report to the BKD East Java and related institutions with a quick and precise.Keywords: Application, Performance Appraisal, Human Resources

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Tarbiyatut Tholabah an equal school to high school. this MA provides library facilities. Visiting hours students are very limited so most members of the library borrow a book at hour break. To be able to borrow books, students should look for a collection to be borrowed on a bookshelf therefore causes the lending collections to be crowded at the end of hour break. Crowded lending at the end of an hour break cause officers overwhelmed serving members of the library and affect the return book. Late return of books disturb other members of the library, because they can’t borrow books that overdue returned. When a member of the library has been fined resulted in many member of the library who decided not to return a book that is not subject to penalties. This causes the loss of the school. Based on this problem, then the application is built on the MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah library to help members of the library order the book at any time. Moreover, it can overcome the problem of delay in collection of checks, collections search, booking a collection that can be accessed from anywhere, and create reports. The results showed that the application of the library can assist members in providing information delay lending collection, information books owned by the library and can reserve books. Moreover, it can help the library to find out information reports.

Abstract

Library of the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya already use digital library system to improve the standard repository system to create an application that is named sir.stikom.edu. Ranked by webometric the repository fields, SIR is ranked 32 in Indonesia. The libraries want that SIR Stikom Surabaya entered the top 10 in webometric so as to improve the image of Stikom Surabaya. But now the library does not have a benchmark to evaluate the level of reception SIR to improve the ranking webometric. Based on these issues, libraries need a benchmark to determine the extent to which the level of acceptance of the implementation of applications that have been done. This research can determine what factors that influence the acceptance of information technology among students Stikom Surabaya using UTAUT models. Based on the survey results revealed several factors for the receipt of applications SIR based models UTAUT ie, Behavioral Intention has a strong influence on the Use Behavior. Moderating variable has not been proven to have a strong influence on the relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables.

CV. LanggengJaya is a commercial enterprise engaged in the sale of bottled cooking oil with the brand "Iga Mas". The process of recording the price and the item code is manual. Such actions require recording process repeated thus inhibiting in the sales process receivable collection procedures. CV. Often there is a delay in collecting receivables to customers who have matured because of the difficulty in finding the data customer receivables. Based on these problems, it is built Design Edible Oil Sales Application at CV. Langgeng Jaya. This application consists of sales, accounts receivable reporting, sales reporting, calculating the cost of goods sold. The results showed that the Design Build Oil Sales Application at CV. Langgeng Jaya can be used to record, merekap sales data and generates nine major reports and the manager can use three invoices printed by part of the sales staff. There is a collection of accounts receivable reminder function that can be used by part of the sales staff to help deal with collection of accounts receivable. Abstract

Pengelolaan data rekrutmen karyawan pada PT Anugrah Karya Trisakti masih menggunakan metode manual dan komputer dengan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Data yang dikelola berupa data pribadi data pelamar, data hasil seleksi, dan data karayawan baru yang sudah lulus seleksi. Dalam pengelolaan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel memakan cukup banyak waktu, karena dalam memasukkan data tidak otomatis atau tidak saling terkait. Jadi dalam memasukkan data harus dilakukan satu persatu dari data manual ke aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Dalam memasukkan data karyawan baru harus memasukkan data dari manual ke Microsoft Excel dan tidak otomatis dari hasil seleksi masuk kedalam data karyawan baru, karena tidak adanya saling keterkaitan. Dalam pencarian data pun lebih memakan cukup banyak waktu karena tidak dapat mencari berdasarkan karakter yang dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pengembangan sistem informasi yang dapat lebih memudahkan karyawan personalia dalam memasukkan data maupun mencari data rekrutmen karyawan supaya lebih cepat, lebih menghemat waktu dan pembuatan laporan lebih tepat waktu. Dalam penyusunan penelitian ini, ada beberapa metode yang digunakan diantaranya yaitu berdasarkan jenis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, berdasarkan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sedangkan berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari Penelitian ini adalah membuat pengelolaan data rekrutmen karyawan pada PT Anugrah Karya Trisakti menggunakan Microsoft Access. Dengan aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah pemasukan data dan pencarian data rekrutmen karyawan, serta penyajian data kepada Kepala Personalia
