Abstract

Defending the State of Indonesia is the attitude and behavior of Indonesian citizens who are imbued with their love for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Socialization of defending the State is an effort to embed the values of defending the State towards the individuals of the Indonesian society. This socialization activity to embed the awareness of defending the State is directly aimed to the school-aged children to embed the importance of defending the State since early age. The socialization that has been carried out through online and offline methods is expected to be one of the key steps aimed at making the next generations love their own nation since early age, so they become individuals who love NKRI when they grow up in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan melihat apakah kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan PT.XYZ. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek pada studi ini adalah karyawan produksi PT.XYZ yang berjumlah 63 responden. Responden dipilih dengan sampel jenuh dan perolehan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner telah di uji validitas dan relibilitasnya. Pada uji t dan uji f, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

As freshmen, first semester of university life can be really challenging, being away from family and adapt to completely new environment. However if student can prevent stress, transition can be so much easier. The purpose of this study is to examine The Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Adaptation, and Homesickness toward the Stress Level of President University freshmen. This is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. For the data collection this research used questionnaire. The samples collected in this study consisted of 113 freshmen. The result of this study showed that Emotional Intelligence has a negative significant influence toward Stress Level, Adaptation also has a negative significant influence toward Stress Level, and Homesickness has a positive significant influence toward Stress Level. This study suggested that by improving the Emotional Intelligence of a student, it will help adaptation process of freshmen, and reduce homesickness, President University student stress level can decrease significantly which will lead to boost of performance in academic and social.

Abstract

In the coming years, there will be a generation that dominates workplaces around the world, called millennial. This research was conducted to find out how intrinsic work values, extrinsic work values and organizational culture as independent variables can affect employee engagement of millennial workers. The sample of this study was 110 workers in Cikarang. This research uses a quantitative design using multiple linear regression methodology. The analysis shows that organizational culture and extrinsic work value have a significant influence on employee engagement. intrinsic work values provide insignificant influence on employee engagement in millennial workers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The activity was carried out in the form of a webinar and aimed to increase awareness of Generation Z regarding climate change, more specifically climate emergency activities and their handling by reducing carbon involving mangrove plants. The method used for this activity is the implementation using Zoom Meeting. The results of this webinar are proven by conducting a qualitative survey with the webinar participants via Google Form. The activity results showed that the participants of this webinar were satisfied with the existence of the webinar on climate change and mangroves because it opened the minds of the participants. However, there are also drawbacks to the webinars that have been carried out, namely the hosts are less interactive, and the question and answer session is too short. In addition, the participants also felt quite satisfied because the speaker explained the material very clearly, and there’s a game session   ABSTRAK Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk webinar dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran generasi Z mengenai perubahan iklim, lebih spesifiknya adalah darurat kegiatan iklim serta penanganannya dengan cara mengurangi karbon yang melibatkan tanaman mangrove. Metode yang dilakukan untuk kegiatan ini adalah dengan menggunakan Zoom Meeting dan hasil dari webinar ini dibuktikan dengan melakukan survey secara kualitatif dengan para peserta webinar melalui Google Form. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta webinar ini cukup puas dengan adanya webinar mengenai perubahan iklim dan mangrove karena membuka pikiran para peserta. para peserta juga merasa cukup puas karena pembicara menjelaskan materinya dengan sangat jelas ditambah dengan adanya sesi permainan

Abstract

This research was conducted at Special Crime Directorate of the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit with the title Effect of Work-Family Conflict and Work Stress on Investigator Performance through Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The formulations of the problems are: (1) how do work-family conflict and work stress affect the motivation of investigators; (2) how do work-family conflict and work stress affect the performance of investigators; (3) how do work motivation affect the performance of investigators; and (4) how do work-family conflict and work stress affect the performance of investigators. This research is a quantitative research, carried out in a cross-sectional manner, using the method of causality by conducting hypothesis testing. The data used are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to 139 respondents. Data analysis uses a structural equation model or Structural Equation Model (SEM) with data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3. This analysis is used to determine how much influence the independent variables are Work Family-Conflict and Job Stress on the dependent variable are Investigator Performance and Work Motivation. The results showed that: (1) work-family conflict and work stress have a negative and significant effect on the motivation of investigators; (2) work-family conflict and work stress have a negative and significant effect on the performance of investigators; (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the investigators; and (4) work-family conflict and work stress have a negative and significant effect on the performance of investigators through work motivation.Keywords: Work-Family Conflict, Job Stress, Motivation, Investigator Performance.

Abstract

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the literatures on the relationship between quality of work life (QWL) and organizational commitment (OC). QWL has become crucial issue and popular topic nowadays since it is considered that it could build employees’ organizational commitment and performance. The implementation of good QWL is not considered to have good impacts to OC only but also to productivity and efficiency of the organizations. The organizations or companies should consider these two variables to be determinants for the organizations or companies in achieving their goals. Abstract

This Study aims to investigate the effect of retention, commitment competence on lecturer performance through job satisfaction as moderating variable. Furthermore, The design of this research was survey research with a web-based cross-sectional data type. The research focuses on lecturers at one of the private university in Jakarta and the 136 sample was taken using the purposive sampling method. Data processing and hypothesis testing using the Multivariate Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique. The Research indicates that retention and competence have a positive but not significant influence on job satisfaction, while commitment has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction and competence has a significant positive influence on performance. In particular, the moderating influence of job satisfaction does not have a significant influence on the relationship between retention, commitment, and competence on lecturer performance The Conclusion of this study  that retention, competence have positive effect but not significant on job satisfaction, competence has positive significant on Lecturer Performance and lecturer commitment has positive significant on job satisfaction but doesn’t have significant effect to Lecturer performance
