Abstract

STEEL GT is a manufacturing company in Denpasar Bali. In August 2006 set up a branch in Jember and become a central plant that produces goods Kitchen Facility. Initial problems that arise in business company that is not doing promotion GT. STEEL online so that customers of this company only certain people are already known, or through friends of people who are already known. Besides recording and ordering data necessary control less effective and efficient, because the data is not centralized and done manually. Therefore GT STEEL need a system that can help resolve the problem. Abstract

Posyandu includes recording a baby's development and do still use the manuals that guide maternal and child health (KIA handbook) in general. Implementation and use of books Maternal and Child Health (KIA handbook) is only a small part of information obtained for both health care workers and users. This problem is the recording of the baby's condition is not good and is not documented. So the solution is carried out in activity is to design and create a Computer Application Monitoring Maternal and Child Health is devoted to data processing for KIA. Several stages in the implementation is (1) Analysis and Identification System, (2) Literature, (3) Program Design (4) Implementation/Programming, (5) Preparation Module, and (5) Evaluation and reporting. In the final stage of this activity is to operate a computer training program KIA, with modules that have been provided. However, due to the limited capabilities of each cadre Posyandu, it still requires continual assistance

Abstract

Geographic information system flood prone areas Jember district is a system that can provide information on flood-prone areas in each district where the vulnerable areas are obtained based on the calculation of fuzzy Tsukamoto accordance with the provisions that have been determined, in addition to providing information prone areas can also provide information the health facilities and the events that preceded the flood. This system is implemented in the form of digital map information with the aim to further facilitate the delivery of information. The data used was obtained from BPBDs (Regional Disaster Management Agency) and BPEKAP (District Development Planning Agency) Jember are then processed into a system suitable and appropriate. At the end result of this system will display information about flood-prone areas, health facilities, as well as data that precedes the events that are implemented in the form of digital maps for easier delivery.

Abstract

Indonesia is one country which has a wealth of natural resources in Asia's largest mine. Indonesian mining products are exported to many foreign countries and is able to produce a deficit for the country. So that natural resources mining Indonesia became one of the main commodities. The objectives of this study was to develop a geographic information system of the mining area is expected to provide an overview and information for stakeholders regarding mining areas in Indonesia. This system can provide convenience in data storage and geographic system application program can be accessed directly and can provide accurate data on the mining areas across Indonesia. The advantages of the system to be developed compared with the manual map is able t o update the information contained in it quickly and accurately as well as information in the form of digital maps. The development of geographic information system mapping mining areas is done by using Agyle Methodology. Results of this study include the design in the form of a global system in the form of Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Collaboration Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Statechart Diagram and a geographic information system application program created using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net and MySQL as the database.

Abstract

Implementasi Sistem informasi geografis daerah rawan banjir kabupaten jember merupakan tindak lanjut dari blue print penelitian yang terdahulu Desain Sistem Informasi Geografis Daerah Rawan Banjir Kabupaten Jember yang merupakan perancangan sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai daerah rawan banjir pada masing-masing kecamatan yang mana daerah rawan tersebut didapatkan berdasarkan perhitungan fuzzy tsukamoto. Sistem ini mengimplimentasikan informasi kedalam bentuk peta digital dengan tujuan lebih mempermudah penyampaian informasi. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari BPBD (Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah) dan BPEKAP (Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten) Jember yang kemudian diolah menjadi sebuah sistem yang sesuai dan tepat guna. Informasi daerah rawan banjir , sarana kesahatan, serta data kejadian yang mendahului merupakan keluaran dari sistem ini.

Abstract

Abstract— the community has the right to get quality and affordable health services. One effort to realize quality health services is the electronic medical record. The RME application is expected to be integrated between health services and has a function as a clinical decision support system. The purpose of this study is to implement the RME application in the educational clinic and evaluate the user's satisfaction about the RME application has been implemented. The method used for RME implementation was parallel implementation and evaluation of user satisfaction by the end user computing satisfaction method. Implementation of the RME application was carried out for 2 months in the educational clinic, from September to October 2019. The study involved 2 doctors, 1 registration officer, 2 nurses and 1 pharmacy officer. The results of RME application research can be implemented in educational clinic, RME applications with clinical decision support system in the form of blood pressure, risk of Diabetes Mellitus, risk of stroke, interaction of drug content with a history of allergies, as well as abnormal warnings of laboratory and radiological examination results.

Abstract

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the global economic crisis did not affect the existence of Small and Medium Industries and even experienced relatively stable growth. Small and Medium Industries in the manufacturing sector were able to realize an investment value of up to IDR 72.3 trillion in the third quarter of 2020. In the context of creating competitive Small and Medium Industries, strengthening the national industrial structure, alleviating poverty, expanding job opportunities, and producing industrial goods and/or services for export purposes, the strategic role of Small and Medium Industries needs to be increased through the digitization of Small and Medium Industries. This study uses Fuzzy Tsukamoto's logic calculations in making the membership function of the distribution area of ​​Small and Medium Industries in Bondowoso Regency. From the Fuzzy Logic model obtained, an information system design for the distribution of Small and Medium Industries can be made in the form of context diagrams and interface designs. From this design, it will be easier for the Bondowoso Regency Cooperatives and Industry Office to develop a web and mobile-based application in the context of the process of digitizing Small and Medium Industries. The existence of this information system will provide benefits for the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade as well as Small and Medium Industry players in Bondowoso Regency, not only being able to visualize the distribution of Small and Medium Industries but also being able to provide an overview of Small and Medium Industry parameter data that can be used as decision makers. decisions for existing stakeholders.

Abstract

Hydroponics is the cultivation of plants without using soil. Hydroponic flowers, herbs and vegetables are grown in a moist growing medium and supplied with a solution rich in nutrients, oxygen and water. In the application of hydroponics, nutrition is a need that must always be met for plant development where each plant requires different nutrients. Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) is a technique that is often used in hydroponic cultivation. Because in this method the circulation of nutrients contained in the water will always flow through the plant at any time. So that plant growth is faster, because plants get oxygen and nutrients all the time. The NFT technique is said to be an energy-intensive technique, because the water pump will run continuously and still use human power. From these problems, a technological innovation is needed to help overcome the existing problems. Advances and developments in IoT technology can facilitate various kinds of work, including controlling hydroponic systems, so that plant care can be carried out remotely and at any time. Information system is a technology that can be used as remote plant monitoring. Information will be obtained through monitoring devices that will be sent to the information system. The method used in this research activity is linear regression method. This method can determine the nutritional valve opening the next day, so that nutrition can be monitored using the system.

Abstract

Hospital is a health-care institution that provides in-country, alternative health care, and emergency care. Good service must be sustained by sufficient means and infrastructure for each unit including a medical record. Medical records unit are still not up to standard resulting in disruption of employee’s effectiveness. A narrow room and files that stack up on the floor, filling room that's stuffy and narrow and filling that lack nighttime exposure becomes a constrained in the medical record unit. This research was aimed to redesign room of medical records in Hospital of Citra Husada Jember that according to the guidelines. The method is qualitative research with data collection technique observation, interview and brainwriting. The result of this research is redesign room of medical records based of the guidelines to realized ideal facilities and infrastructure for comfort the worked. Also manufactured augmented reality that useful for helped user to simulated room design previously form 2 dimensions pictures to 3 dimensions pictures. The improvement is a design which matches the anthropometrics units to the working facilities and menu programmed on augmented reality application.

Abstract

The existing problem that related to workload of medical records officer in Primary Health Care of Ambulu there are never done the analysis and evaluation, more over since 2018 medical record unit and registration unit splinted into two unit to be on one’s own. This research that intend to do the analysis workload of medical record officers therfore be discovered the level of workload of officer with WISN (workload indicator staff need) methode. If ther is already known the workload of medical record officers the next is an analysis of causative factors of workload was carried out with  fishbone methode with approach of  5M (man, money, methode, material, mechine) and then the next with FGD (focus group discusion) to determine the main priority that caused workload so that improvements of workload can be made. The type of this research is a qualitative with collecting data tecnic in the form of observation, interview, documentation, and FGD. The subject of this research are 3 medical record officer, there are 1 medical recorder and 2 medical recorder helper. The based on this research workload analysis the job description is well done because in the job description there is no division of tasks according to posisition so completion of the task have done together. The result of the calculation of workload is knowing the amount of officer needs the results obtined ideal number of officers there are 4,85 there for be rounded to 5 so the conclusion is the workload in the unit medical record is high with rhe total 0,6. The efforts to improve the workload including addition of human resources and the held of training thus increasing the knowledge and skills of officers.
