Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist farmer groups who are members of the Lestari Gapoktan in preparing financial information. Knowledge and skills in compiling financial information require an understanding of accounting. The resulting output target is the acquisition of accounting knowledge and skills to collect financial information, both manually and computerized. The next target is the use of financial information to calculate MSME taxes by PP RI No.23 of 2018 and the interests of applying for credit to financial institutions, photos of activities, one article in electronic mass media. The implementation method of this service is carried out by capturing the needs of Gapoktan Lestari as MSMEs in terms of financial administration in the form of discussion and question and answer activities. Furthermore, following up the conditions obtained by carrying out accounting bookkeeping assistance in training. The results of this service activity are the delivery of accounting knowledge; simple bookkeeping excels soft program files, publications in mass media, and activity photo files.

Abstract

Penggunaan sistem informasi dalam suatu perusahaan menjadi sangat penting karena sistem informasi berkaitan dengan segala informasi dan keputusan yang akan dibuat sehingga dengan keputusan yang telah dibuat diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif untuk kelangsungan dan kelancaran aktivitas perusahaan. Keberadaan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembiayaan konsumen berperan penting bagi dunia usaha khususnya usaha jasa transportasi karena dengan adanya perusahaan ini akan mempermudah konsumen dalam mengajukan permohonan kredit/pembiayaan untuk dapat memiliki alat transportasinya. Dengan meningkatnya dunia usaha ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan negara, pendapatan masyarakat, dan mengurangi jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan menerapkan suatu aplikasi Sistem Informasi Customer Marketing untuk meningkatkan layanan kepada konsumen. Dengan sistem informasi ini akan membantu pihak perusahaan dalam pengambilan sebuah keputusan. Dalam rangka untuk mengukur dan mengevaluasi layanan yang ada pada perusahaan khususnya layanan dari sistem informasi yang dimilikinya, maka perlu dilakukan suatu pengukuran kualitas dari sistem informasi yang digunakan saat ini. Penggunaan metode Quality Function Deployment dalam mengukur kualitas layanan sistem informasi ini dilakukan agar pihak perusahaan mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan dari sistem informasi Customer Marketing yang digunakan sehingga dengan pengukuran kualitas sistem informasi ini dapat dilakukan pembenahan dan perbaikan terhadap sistem informasi perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of BUMDes Mandiri and the success factors for the performance of BUMDes Mandiri in Suci Village, Panti District, Jember Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The type of data needed is primary data with data collection techniques by observation, interviews with BUMDes Mandiri administrators and documentation. The results showed that the main business activity of BUMDes Mandiri was selling household goods with cash and credit payments with a marketing strategy that was by utilizing the existing village apparatus and routine recitation activities for mothers. There are still no competitors in the Suci village, making it easier for BUMDes Mandiri to carry out their business activities. Independent BUMDes employees still need assistance from the sub-district in completing BUMDes financial reports. BUMDes Mandiri in 2021 will only compile a bank subsidiary ledger, general cash book, and cash subsidiary ledger

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan Laboratorium di Program Studi Akuntansi Sektor Publik Politeknik Negeri Jember serta sebagai bahan evaluasi dalam memaksimalkan tujuan pembelajaran. Kedua laboratorium ini belum pernah dievaluasi pelayanannya sejak tahun berdirinya yaitu tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2022. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi D4 Akuntansi Sektor Publik Politeknik Negeri Jember yang menggunakan layanan laboratorium pada semester ganjil Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Penentuan jumlah responden adalah dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh 153 responden mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner tertutup melalui google form. Analisis data berupa uji validitas, reliabilitas, Importance Performane Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan di laboratorium adalah sangat puas dengan nilai sebesar 84,45%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, atribut yang perlu untuk segera diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kinerja layanan laboratorium adalah akses internet, fasilitas perangkat pembelajaran, kualitas hardware, dan kualitas software yang berada pada kuadran I.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Institutional Level Financial Application System (SAKTI) at the Semarang I State Treasury Service Office. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The selection of informants is based on certain criteria, namely by selecting KPPN employees who act as users or users of SAKTI. Selection is based on employee knowledge and understanding in using the SAKTI application. In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 171/PMK.05/2021 concerning Implementation of the SAKTI System. The results of the study indicate that the application of the SAKTI application at the Semarang I KPPN has been implemented well and has brought many positive influences and is very supportive of all activities, main tasks and functions of the KPPN.

Abstract

Sistem persuasi dan kelayakan berbasis pergurasi untuk menggunakan terhadap pentingnya kewirausahaan sebagai pendorong ekonomi negara mencapai 3,47% pada tahun 2023 baru. Bisnis di Indonesia sedang mengalami perkembangan yang pesat. pemerintah Indonesia mendorong perguruan tinggi di wirausahawan. Hal ini karena sebelumnya pengelola menetapkan bahwa pengembalian modal/investasi akan terbayar hingga 1 tahun. Akan tetapi, berdasarkan perhitungan Payback diperoleh Period bahwa dengan jumalah keuntungan Rp 3.505.000 per bulan, maka modal/investasi akan kembali sebelum waktu yang ditetapkan yaitu 5 bulan, 7 hari. Berdasarkan perhitungan NPV diatas diperoleh bahwasannya dalam waktu dua bulan berjalan ini, usaha Kedai Barokah Mama Anis masih belum bisa menutupi modal yang telah dikeluarkan sehingga terjadi minus sebesar -Rp 13.837.800. Namun, pada praktiknya usaha Kedai Barokah Mama Anis ini sudah dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan atau layak. Hal ini disebabkan dengan rata-rata pendapatan per pesanaan per hari yang cukup besar dengan biaya yang relatif standar sehingga laba bersih yang diperoleh pada setiap pesanan cukup besar. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) diatas maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwasannya usaha Kedai Barokah Mama Anis sudah dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan..Dikarenakan nilai B/C Ratio bulan Januari dan Februari lebih dari 1 atau dapat dikatakan keuntungan dari usaha ini lebih besar dari pengeluarannya.

Abstract

The high demand for cigarettes yearly produces tobacco waste in the form of unused tobacco leaf stalks. Tobacco leaf stalks have high burning power and sufficient calorific value to produce heat energy, so that tobacco leaf stalks can be used as a mixture of cigarettes and as a substitute for cloves. The purpose of this study is to utilize tobacco waste, especially tobacco leaf stalks, as a mixture of cigarettes to analyze consumer diversification of tobacco waste and to improve consumer preferences for Hand-Rolled Cigarettes (SKT) with a mixture of tobacco leaf stalks—this research as conducted in March-August 2024 using a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling sample data source. The data sources for this study are secondary data and primary data. The total population of respondents is 25 people. This research is based on consumer preferences for the attributes of Taste, Flavor, strength, smoke texture, and taste. The data analysis method employed was multiple linear regression using software and the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The study revealed that tobacco waste affected taste, flavor, strength, smoke texture, and aftertaste. The results of the software analysis tool showed a significant joint influence of 0.423 on each attribute of consumer preferences. The attributes that have a significant partial effect are flavor and aftertaste attributes. Consumer preference assessment using QFD analysis can affect product quality attributes after taste, which need improvement to meet consumer preferences. Fulfillment of product quality attributes after taste that needs improvement are sweet and bitter attributes at the end.

Abstract

This service activity was carried out at Ilham Meubel Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) located in Bondowoso. Ilham Meubel is an MSME that operates in the furniture sector. The purpose of carrying out this service is to help Ilham Meubel in solving the problems he faces, namely related to marketing and finance. The marketing carried out by partners so far is still traditional marketing. Meanwhile, in the financial sector, partners have not recorded their finances. The methods of this service activity are field surveys, lectures, broadcasting, practice and discussion. The organizers of the activity consist of four lecturers and three students with expertise in the fields of economics, accounting, management and information technology who are able to solve partner problems in the fields of marketing and finance.This activity lasted for eight months and was divided into three stages, namely survey, preparation for creating Excel-based financial applications and websites and the final stage was training. This service is expected to have a real impact on partners regarding business. management

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the quality and competitiveness of honey soy milk products at "UD Sehat Sejahtera" Jember through packaging innovation. This activity is in line with the Jember State Polytechnic P3M program which focuses on strengthening agro-industry using local raw materials. In this activity, the service team identified that the plastic packaging currently used has many shortcomings, both in terms of durability and environmental impact. Therefore, innovation was carried out by changing the packaging to PET bottles which are more environmentally friendly and able to maintain product quality for longer. This activity includes design and development of new packaging, training for workers regarding the production process, as well as digital marketing strategies. The results of this activity are expected to increase the attractiveness of the product in the market, extend shelf life, and increase consumer satisfaction, thereby supporting the sustainability of the "UD Sehat Sejahtera" business in Jember.

Abstract

Gender equality is one of the main issues in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in the fifth goal which emphasizes the importance of women's empowerment and equal rights between men and women. This study aims to understand gender equality in Suci Village, Panti District, Jember Regency which has been realized in various aspects such as education, health, economy, and social participation. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that gender equality in Panti Suci Village has shown significant progress through the presence of the Women's Coalition, increased access to education and health, and the involvement of women in productive economic activities. However, patriarchal cultural challenges remain an obstacle that needs to be overcome to achieve more substantial equality.
