Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen serta bentuk-bentuk kewirausahaan koperasi pada Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wusqaa di Kelurahan Benteng Kabupaten Sidrap. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan empiris, dimana dihasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis ataupun lisan dari individu-individu dan perilaku yang diamati. Pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqaa di Kabupaten Sidrap secara umum masih belum berjalan sesuai dengan aturan perkoperasian. Fungsi perencanaan telah dilakukan namun masih terbatas pada perencanaan pengembangan bangunan toko. Fungsi pengorganisasian masih sangat lemah, Rapat Anggota Tahunan dan Pembagian Sisa Hasil Usaha tidak dilakukan, simpanan wajib sudah tidak pernah dipungut, struktur kepengurusan dan keanggotaan tidak pernah dilakukan pembaharuan. Fungsi Penggerakan (motivating), fungsi pengawasan (controlling) dan fungsi penilaian (evaluating) masih terbatas pada usaha pertokoan saja, sedangkan pada usaha-usaha lainnya tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Bentuk-bentuk kewirausahaan koperasi yang pernah ada antara lain usaha pertokoan santri putra dan santri putri, usaha mesin jahit, dan usaha simpan pinjam dan usaha catering. Namun demikian saat ini usaha simpan pinjam dan usaha mesin jahit sudah tidak berjalan. Alasan tidak berjalannya usaha simpan pinjam karena sudah tidak pernah dilakukan setoran simpanan wajib sehinga modal koperasi terbatas dan tidak dapat dikelola pada usaha simpan pinjam. Sedangkan alasan tidak berjalannya usaha mesin jahit dikarenakan mesin jahit tersebut telah rusak dan tidak produktif lagi.

Abstract

The information era and modernity reconstruct attitudes and behaviours of comsumer mass media, especially TV, generations are bad morally because of media exposure that is so strong, so the writer tried to lift the title above to reconstruct the nation's morality, makes the ethics of broadcasting and movies that didn’t forbidden by islam as solution. The method used in this paper is a descriptive with theory of agenda setting and CDA.

Abstract

Dalam upaya merekonstruksi kebangkitan suatu masyarakat, negara, bahkan peradaban umat manusia, keberadaan ideologi merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang menentukan kebangkitan dan pembentukan peradaban tersebut. Saat ini kehidupan kaum muslimin di berbagai negeri tengah didera oleh ideologi kapitalisme maupun sosialisme-komunisme, tidak terkecuali dengan Indonesia.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the services of the Ministry of Religion of Pinrang Regency in increasing the satisfaction of pilgrims. This type of research is qualitative. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) The Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pinrang Regency has provided forms of congregational services, namely administrative services such as registration of prospective pilgrims for Hajj and cancellation of Hajj, guidance for Hajj rituals, transportation services, accommodation services, consumption services, and health services. (2) The satisfaction of prospective pilgrims with services at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pinrang Regency, namely the community is very satisfied with the services provided to prospective pilgrims who come to the office to register prospective pilgrims and so on. Employees at the Pinrang Regency Ministry of Religion in serving the community are also friendly and polite in speaking. The facilities and infrastructure at the Pinrang Regency Ministry of Religion are quite good

Abstract

This study focuses on the management of the modern rahmatul asri Islamic boarding school in instilling discipline in students. The purpose of this study was to determine the management system applied at the Rahmatul Asri Modern Islamic Boarding School in instilling discipline in students. This study uses a descriptive field research that is to reveal and identify the phenomena that occur. The approach taken is a qualitative approach with the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The results showed that the level of discipline of students regarding obedience and compliance with all rules and regulations, was classified as good and the management applied in instilling discipline in students was in accordance with the concept of management. The students at the Rahmatul Asri Modern Islamic Boarding School have a friendly attitude, smile, polite, humble and understand mutual respect and respect for others. All kinds of directions that are conveyed, both written and unwritten, they are carried out on the basis of seriousness and full responsibility

Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze the implementation of Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) or Islamic Education teaching modules in shaping the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Negeri 2 Majene. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of the PAI teaching module at SMP Negeri 2 Majene has been effective in shaping the profile of Pancasila students. This teaching module integrates Pancasila values into the learning material, aiding students in understanding and practicing these values in their daily lives. Key factors supporting the successful implementation of the PAI teaching module include strong school support, high-quality teaching modules, and the commitment of teachers to teach and instill Pancasila values. However, some challenges were identified, such as limited instructional time and insufficient parental involvement in the value education process. The study concludes that the PAI teaching module significantly contributes to shaping the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Negeri 2 Majene. Recommendations include enhancing the quality of training for PAI teachers, strengthening collaboration between schools and parents, and developing more interactive and contextually relevant teaching modules that align with contemporary developments.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the use of Al-Qur'an The Fantastic Adventure in enhancing the learning motivation of Al-Qur'an among students at Rahmatul Asri Islamic Boarding School. This research aims to understand the concept of the storytelling approach in Rahmatul Asri Islamic Boarding School and examine the influence of using Al-Qur'an The Fantastic Adventure on students' learning motivation at Rahmatul Asri Islamic Boarding School. The study employed a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 34 female students from Grade VII of MTs Rahmatul Asri. Data were collected through a concept comprehension test and a learning motivation questionnaire administered before and after the treatment. The findings of the study showed a significant improvement in students' concept comprehension and learning motivation. The average Primary Motivation of the students increased from the "fair" category (55.89%) to the "very high" category (80.51%) after the treatment. The Secondary Motivation also increased from the "fair" category (53.57%) to the "very high" category (84.89%). Data analysis using the t-test indicated that this improvement was significant, with a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the difference did not occur by chance. The conclusion of this study is that using Al-Qur'an Kisah The Fantastic Adventure is effective in enhancing students' learning motivation. Interactive and engaging learning media can create a more active and enjoyable learning environment. It is recommended that this method be widely implemented in other pesantren, and teachers be trained to optimize the use of interactive media in teaching.
