Abstract

This paper is generally aimed at generating an innovative multicultural-based learning model that meets the basic educational goals that can be used in schools and madrasah. Multicultural-based learning model in the form of preschool children's reading models, traditional literature, fiction, biography and autobiography, science, poetry and poetry. Reading is based on local wisdom is a reading about the cultural life of the surrounding community or area of education location. Writing a local-based story is an open story of local cultural themes. Local-based education is education that utilizes local and global advantages in economic, arts and cultural aspects, human resources, language, information and communication technology, ecology, etc. into the school curriculum which ultimately benefits the development of competencies of learners that can be utilized for competition global. Local wisdom sources are human potential, religious potential, cultural potential. While the purpose of local wisdom-based education or the advantage of providing knowledge, skills and behavior to learners so that they have a solid insight about the state of the environment and the needs of the community in accordance with the values / rules prevailing in the region and support regional development and national development. While the specific purpose of local wisdom-based education is so that students more familiar with and become more familiar with the natural environment, social, and cultural. Students have the provision of skills and knowledge and knowledge about the area that is useful for themselves as well as the community in general. Students have attitudes and behaviors that are in harmony with the values / rules that apply in the area and preserve and develop the noble values of local culture in order to support regional development and national development.

Abstract

In everyday life, someone's language competence is very necessary. Language competence is one's mastery of the content contained in the language learned. Without language competence a person becomes irregular in language. The purpose of this study is to explain and find out about language competence or language skills and communicative competencies or one's appearance in interacting in language. Communicative competence concerns the social and cultural knowledge that speakers have to help them use and interpret linguistic forms. The problems that will be answered in this study use library research, which will answer what are the components and language competencies. Data collected from various references; both primary, secondary and supporting data. The results of the study show that there are five language competencies according to Canale and Swain namely linguistics, socio-linguistics, speech acts (speech acts), speech sets, strategies. In language competence one must master language skills, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning using media zoom cloud meetings on student learning outcomes. With a quantitative method approach and pre-experimental research design. The pre-experimental form used was the one-group pretest-posttest design. The use of pretest and posttest is expected to be more accurate during the study because it can compare with the situation before being treated. To obtain correct and accurate data, questionnaires and test questions were used as data collection tools. The data were tested using a two-way ANOVA with the help of the SPSS-23 application. The results showed that online learning using zoom cloud meeting media was effective in student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstraction: This Study copes to open Big Outline implementations of Program Instruction (GBPP) Indonesian Subject at Set Mount Curriculum Of Education (KTSP), Elementary School (SDN) in school activity (KBM) in the class. The purpose of this Study is to: (1) knowing whether teacher fulfill instruction procedure " fairly", (2) compiling planning and execute instruction in class as according to time which is allocated, and also ( 3) using method correctly. The result of class observation and interview to teachers of 9 classes of V SD in various Town in Pekanbaru Riau region indicate that time allocation provided in GBPP Indonesian assessed by having adequate but, some teacher is not exploited yet the time efficiently and effectively. The teacher generally is not owned yet a good ability in the plan and KBM execution. Packet Book is pledged as reference of teaching than the planning reference which they should compile. The purpose of Ianguage Instruction is in order that the student is able to read, correct in reading, writing, and listening, has not obtained yet the proporsional attention.

Abstract

Anak adalah manusia kecil yang memiliki potensi yang masih harus dikembangkan. Ia memiliki kharakteristik yang khas yang tidak sama dengan orang dewasa, yang ritme perkembangan bersifat individual. Oleh sebab itu, proses pengajaran mestilah memperhatikan kharakteristik yang dimiliki setiap anak. Dengan tujuan mengembangkan semua potensi yang dimiliki anak, apakah bahasanya, emosionalnya atau sosialnya, maupun intektualnya. Hal ini akan dicapai bila sekolah terutama pendidikan taman kanak-kanak yang menyediakan kebutuhan anak dalam bentuk rencana pengajaran yang disusun berdasarkan kebutuhan anak dalam hal ini Kurikulum sekolah terutama untuk meningkatkan kemamupuan kognitif dan kemampuan berbahasanya. Sebab, jenjang pendidikan ini merupakan proses fundamental bagi perkembangan anak selanjutnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis QR-Code pada materi ide pokok paragraf di kelas V sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) dengan metode Research and Development (R&D). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik dan guru bahasa Indonesia di empat daerah berbeda di Provinsi Riau yaitu Kota Pekanbaru, Kabupaten Kampar, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, dan Kabupaten Pelalawan yang bertotal 196 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi yaitu observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. LKPD yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat validitas 90,6% (kategori sangat valid), tingkat kepraktisan 93,3% (kategori sangat praktis), dan tingkat keefektifan 95,8% (kategori sangat efektif). Produk ini mampu meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia secara signifikan. Selain mendukung peningkatan kemampuan literasi siswa, penelitian ini membantu menciptakan materi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang sesuai dengan tuntutan abad ke-21.
