Abstract

Kurva karakteristik transistor memiliki informasi tentang hubungan antara tegangan collector-emitter dan arus collector terhadap arus basis, data ini dapat digunakan untuk menentukan spesifikasi penguatan transistor, area saturasi, dan area cutoff. Pengukuran kurva karakteristik transistor secara manual pada laboratorium membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama dikarenakan dikarenakan analis harus mengatur beberapa instrumen secara bersamaan sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah instrumen khusus untuk melakukan pengukuran tersebut secara otomatis dengan parameter uji yang dapat diatur dan visualisasi kurva karakteristik hasil pengujian. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas tentang bagaimana cara membuat curve tracer yang terdiri dari SMU (Source Measure Unit) dengan mikrokontroler dengan arsitektur ARM agar dapat melakukan kontrol keluaran dan akuisi data dengan cepat. Antarmuka pada curve tracer yang dibuat menggunakan aplikasi komputer LabVIEW yang digunakan untuk mengatur batas-batas parameter uji serta menampilkan visualisasi kurva hasil pengujian curve tracer. Dari source measure unit yang telah dibuat, didapatkan hasil performa akurasi keluaran tegangan sebesar 0.01% dan keluaran arus sebesar 0.35%. Sedangkan akurasi kurva karakteristik transistor dari curve tracer yang dibandingkan dengan curve tracer menggunakan osiloskop didapatkan hasil sebesar 1.54%.

Abstract

Pangan merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia. Pola makan seseorang yang buruk dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya junk food dan fast food yang tidak diketahui kandungan gizinya. Selain itu, kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang kebutuhan kalori turut menyebabkan sulitnya seseorang dalam menentukan pola makan yang sehat dan seimbang. Kalori dalam tubuh dikatakan seimbang jika kalori yang dikonsumsi sama dengan kalori yang dikeluarkan oleh tubuh. Kelebihan kalori dapat meningkatkan risiko hipertensi, obesitas, penyakit jantung, stroke, diabetes, dan masalah kesehatan lainnya. Laju metabolisme basal dapat digunakan untuk menghitung kebutuhan kalori tubuh untuk melakukan aktivitas dengan menggunakan rumus Harris Benedict. Aplikasi untuk menghitung kebutuhan kalori dan menghitung kalori dari makanan yang dikonsumsi dibuat untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam menghitung kebutuhan kalorinya. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan block programming pada website Kodular dan diuji menggunakan metode black box. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk menghitung kebutuhan kalori serta untuk merencanakan pola makan yang sehat dan seimbang.

Abstract

Healthcare telemonitoring has emerged as a promising approach to remotely monitor patients remotely, enabling timely intervention and personalized care. Internet of things (IoT) device-generated patient data necessitates innovative solutions for intelligent healthcare decision-making, as current methods struggle to provide timely, context-aware, and data-driven recommendations, resulting in suboptimal patient care. This study aims to develop an intelligent decision-making framework for healthcare telemonitoring by leveraging forward-backward chaining and IoT technology. The research focuses on a system using forward-backward chaining algorithms to analyze real-time patient data from IoT devices. It utilizes machine learning models to adapt to changing conditions and refine decision-making, demonstrating its ability to provide real-time context-aware recommendations. Temperature, blood pressure, oxygen level, and heart rate measurement errors are 2.01%, 1.74 to 2.13%, 0.61%, and 1.45%, respectively. The success rate of early disease diagnosis using an expert system is 81%, with an average application interface responsiveness time of 4.978 s. The integration of IoT data with intelligent decision-making algorithms in healthcare telemonitoring has the potential to revolutionize patient care. However, future work should focus on scalability and interoperability for diverse healthcare settings.

Abstract

Field-effect transistor (FET) biosensors are pivotal in diverse applications, from environmental monitoring to healthcare diagnostics. Current-voltage (I-V) curve tracing is a powerful method for evaluating FET biosensor behavior, enabling comprehensive analysis of their FET biosensor characteristics. Traditional I-V curve tracing methods often require complex and expensive equipment, limiting their accessibility and practicality for routine sensor assessment. This study aims to develop and demonstrate an integrated electronic system for assessing FET biosensors using I-V curve tracing. The integrated electronic system uses readily available components, including microcontrollers, analog circuitry, and user-friendly software. We developed a compact, low-cost device that generates I-V curves for the FET biosensor. The integrated electronic system successfully generated I-V curves for various FET biosensors. The system demonstrated consistent, reliable performance, portability, and ease of use, making it a practical solution for routine sensor assessment. The average error in measurements using bipolar junction transistors (BJT) and metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) results in 2.62%, and measurements at different pH levels have a sensitivity of 21.6 mV/pH and a linearity of 0.9892. This innovation contributes to the advancement of FET biosensor technology. In the future, the developments should focus on ensuring their accuracy and reliability in various sensor fields.

Abstract

Microsoft office training in an orphanage is very beneficial both for the students of the orphanage and the administrators of the orphanage. Knowledge of Microsoft Office can be used as a basic asset for typing services at the orphanage so that it can increase income for the orphanage. Al-Kaaf Orphanage, which is located in Jabung, Malang Regency, wants to open a typing service business but is still constrained by the lack of knowledge about basic Microsoft Office. In this service activity, Microsoft Office training will be given at the Al-Kaaf Orphanage. Students of the Al-Kaaf Orphanage will be introduced to MS.Office namely Word, Excel, and Power Point. With this application from MS.Office, it will increase knowledge for students of the Al-Kaaf Orphanage, so that it can be used as the basis for opening a typing service business.

Abstract

The implementation of counseling about the importance of health protocols during the pandemic was carried out at the Al-Kaaf Jabung Orphanage, Malang Regency. The equipment used is a laptop, hand sanitizer, masks, and soap for washing hands. The method of this counseling is the tutorial through the zoom meeting application, followed by the students and orphanage administrators, because it is still in the pandemic period. The speakers in this activity are the teaching staff of the Electrical Engineering Department, State Polytechnic of Malang who in this case are members of this PkM activity and are assisted by students of State Polytechnic of Malang. The results of this dedication, it is hoped that the participants apply 5M in their daily life so that they can break the chain of the spread of COVID-19.

Abstract

The use of running text as a promotional media is considered very effective and can bring many benefits to a business. In Duwet Village, there is a UMK that produce several superior products, including corn rice (gerit), cassava crackers and bamboo crafts (besek). UMK in Duwet village require media that can be used for marketing media. This underlies the PkM team to conduct training in making running texts. The target in this training is the youth group of Duwet Village. The results of this dedication, it is hoped to be able to socialize and market superior products when guests or foreigner visits Duwet Village.

Abstract

The use of interactive learning media in the pandemic period is deemed necessary to be developed better, besides being able to increase the desire to learn from students who already feel bored just doing learning at home, interactive modules are considered more effective in delivering material. However, there are still many kindergarten teachers who are not optimal in applying interactive modules. This is because there is still rarely counseling or training in making interactive modules. So, it is necessary for counseling to be carried out by lecturers from Electronic Engineering who in the process will be assisted by students to introduce and teach the process of making to the application of augmented reality modules that can be used as interactive learning media for early childhood. It is hoped that after the counseling is held, learning media using augmented reality can be applied to subjects that require 3D visuals in delivering material.

Abstract

Mencuci pakaian adalah proses membersihkan kotoran, noda, dan bau yang menempel pada pakaian dengan menggunakan air dan deterjen atau sabun pencuci pakaian. Setelah mencuci, pakaian harus dikeringkan secara tepat agar tidak rusak atau menimbulkan bau tak sedap, dan disimpan dengan benar agar tetap bersih dan terawat. Untuk mengeringkan pakaian tersebut biasanya pakaian akan dijemur dibawah sinar matahari, jika mendung maka pakain kering nya akan lama bahkan jika kena hujan maka baju akan basah kembali dan lama kelamaan akan berbau tidak sedap, agar dapat mengeringkan pada saat mendung ataupun hujan maka dibuatlah Lemari Pengering Pakaian ini. Lemari ini dapat digunakan di mana saja tanpa menggunakan sinar matahari karena telah menggunakan pemanas sebagai pengering dan kipas sebagai pemerata panas didalamnya, pakaian tersebut akan digantung menggunakan gantungan baju. Pada sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontroller Arduino Uno dan Kontrolnya menggunakan Fuzzy. Sensor yang digunakan yaitu DHT22. Agar pakaian tidak rusak maka pakaian dipanaskan pada suhu 35-〖40〗^0C yang dikontrol menggunakan kontrol Fuzzy, pakaian akan dianggap kering jika sudah melewati 45% atau berada dibawah 45%.
