<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the high independence of children, it is suspected a relationship with the cultivation of independence given to the child. The purpose of this study illustrates the cultivation of independence in children by parents in the family in Jorong Giri Maju Pasaman Barat Regency, through the cultivation of child self-confidence, planting the child's habituation, and planting communications with children. This research is quantitative descriptive research. Parents of children aged five to six years are the population and sample in this study. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and data collection tool is a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using percentage calculations. The results of the study found that the cultivation of independence through cultivation of self-confidence implemented by parents is categorized well, the cultivation of self-reliance through habituation conducted by parents is categorized very well, and the cultivation of self-reliance through the cultivation of communication with children by parents is categorized very well. These three aspects of research greatly affect the independence of children.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by low of participation student in follow pramuka activity in SMPN 12 Padang. This is caused because the less of interest student about pramuka activty in SMPN 12 Padang, purpose of research the are: (1) to describe of interest student about pramuka activity, (2) to describe of participation studend in followed pramuka activity, (3) to describe of corelation between interest student about pramuka activity with participation student followed pramuka activity in SMPN 12 Padang. This type the research of corelation set of quantitative. Population are 45 student. The research sampel is 75 % of population that are 34 student, the used tekhnik is stratified random sampling. The tekhnik of gathering data in quesioner. Tekhnik analysis data use persentase and product moment. The results showed that: (1) interest student of activty paramuka in SMPN 12 Padang is less categorized, (2) participation student in followed avtivity pramuka is less categorized. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low activeness of the training participants at the West Sumatra Agricultural Training and Extension Center, this is presumably because it has something to do with the low effectiveness of communication in learning. This study aims to: describe the effectiveness of communication in learning, describe the activeness of the training participants, and see the relationship between the effectiveness of communication in learning and the activeness of the training participants at the West Sumatra Agricultural Training and Extension Center. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive technique. The study population was all avocado training participants batch 1 and 2 at the West Sumatra Agricultural Training and Extension Center. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and product moment. The results showed that the effectiveness of communication in learning was categorized as low, the activeness of the training participants was categorized as low, and there was a significant relationship between the effectiveness of communication in learning and the activeness of the training participants at the Training and Agricultural Extension Center of West Sumatra. It is hoped that institutions and instructors will pay attention to the effectiveness of communication in learning because this is related to the learning activities of training participants, and it is suggested to other researchers to be able to look for other variables that affect the learning activities of training participants.Keywords: Activeness, communication effectiveness, training]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the high participation of students in TPQ in following the Iqra 'and Alquran learning. This is allegedly caused by the use of a group approach by educators. This study aims to describe the group approach by educators according to students at TPQ Al-Hikmah which includes: (1) increasing student participation, (2) arousing students 'interest in learning, (3) fostering students' cooperation. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were one hundred and forty students registered at the level of Iqra 'and the Qur'an. The research sample was selected by purposive random sampling and obtained thirty-five students as samples. Data was obtained through questionnaires, which were then analyzed using percentage calculations. The results of the study are (1) the use of group approaches can increase students 'participation, (2) the use of group approaches can generate interest in students' learning, (3) the use of group approaches can foster student cooperation.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of the training participants who participated in the 3 in 1 manual embroidery fashion decoration training at the Padang Industrial Training Center. This is presumably because the trainees have low motivation. The purpose of this study was to see (1) a description of the learning motivation of the training participants in participating in the 3 in 1 manual embroidery fashion decoration training. (2) description of the learning outcomes of participants in 3 in 1 manual embroidery fashion decoration training (3) the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of participants in 3 in 1 manual embroidery fashion decoration training at the Padang Industrial Training Center. This research is a correlational study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 70 training participants and the sample in this study was taken as much as 50% or consisted of 35 training participants using the stratified cluster random sampling method, data collection using questionaires and tools in the form of a list of statements. Analysis tecnique uses the percentage and product moment. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the description of the learning motivation of 3 in 1 training participants with manual embroidery decorations at the Padang industrial training center is low. (2) the learning outcomes of the 3 in 1 training participants in manual embroidery decoration at the Padang Industrial Training Center are low. (3) there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of 3 in 1 training participants in manual embroidery fashion decoration at the Padang Industrial Training Center. It is expected that the manager can provide facilities and interesting learning methods so as to increase the motivation of participants in training activities so that it can affect their learning outcomes. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low level of learning interest of inmates in participating in skill activities at the Andam Dewi Solok Women's Social Workers' Organization (PSKW). This study aims to: 1) to describe learning motivation in sewing skills for inmates in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok, 2) to describe the learning interest in sewing skills for inmates in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok, 3) to see the relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning inmates following sewing skills in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok. This research includes correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were 40 people. The stratified random sampling technique was taken as many as 75% of the inmates. The number of samples in this study were 30 inmates. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools use questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use percentages and product moments. From the results of the study, it can be seen that (1) the learning motivation of inmates in sewing skills activities is categorized as low, (2) learning interest of inmates in participating in sewing skills is categorized as low, and (3) there significant relationship between learning motivation and learning interest of inmates in participating in sewing skills activities. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the high level of juvenile delinquency in Jorong Koto Ronah Nagari Koto Alam Subdistrict of Pangkalan, Lima Puluh Kota District. The author suspects the cause is due to lack of family harmony. Therefore this study aims to describe family harmony, describe juvenile delinquency and see the relationship between family harmony with juvenile delinquency in Jorong Koto Ronah Nagari Koto Alam Subdistrict of Pangkalan, Lima Puluh Kota District. This research is a quantitative research with correlational type. The population was all 41 male teenagers with a total sample of 31 people. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires with questionnaire data collection tools. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula and product moment. The results showed that (1) family harmony in Jorong Koto Ronah can be classified in the category of less harmonious, (2) the level of juvenile delinquency can be classified in the naughty category (3) there is a significant negative correlation between family harmony with juvenile delinquency Suggestions that the author can giving is expected to adolescent parents to maintain, improve family harmony, and supervise children so as not to do mischief, It is expected that all teenagers in Jorong Koto Ronah can be more careful of negative relationships outside the family environment, so they can avoid form juvenile delinquency, it is hoped that future researchers will be able to see several other factors which have not been examined in this study.Keywords: Family Harmony, Juvenile Delinquency]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of the participants in the bread and cake making training which was assumed by the learning media used by the instructor to be less attractive. The objectives of this study were (1) To see the description of the instructional media in the training of making bread and cakes at BLK Batusangkar. (2) Looking at the description of the learning motivation of the participants in the bread and cake making training at BLK Batusangkar. (3) Knowing the relationship between the learning media and the learning motivation of the participants in the training of making bread and cakes at BLK Batusangkar.This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study were 32 learning citizens and 75% of the sample was taken or consisted of 24 learning citizens using the cluster proportional random sampling method, techniques in data collection using questionnaires, and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and rank order. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The instructional media in the training of making bread and cakes are categorized as poor. (2) The learning motivation of the citizens to learn in the bread and cake making training is categorized low. (3) There is a significant relationship between the learning media and the learning motivation of the learning community in the bread and cake-making training at BLK Batusangkar. <![CDATA[This research is based on the low learning outcomes of students online in English courses at the English Tutorial Center Padang, it is suspected that there is something to do with students' readiness to learn. The purpose of this study is to reveal: (1) a description of students' readiness to learn online, (2) student learning outcomes in English courses at the English Tutorial Center Padang, and (3) reveal the relationship between students' readiness to learn online and learning outcomes in the English course at the English Tutorial Center Padang. This type of research is descriptive correlational research through a quantitative approach. The population of this research is English course students for the period of July - August 2020, totaling 35 people and a sample of 70%, namely 24 people with cluster random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire and the tool used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the spearman rho formula.The results of this study indicate that: 1) students' online learning readiness in English courses at the English Tutorial Center Padang is low; 2) student learning outcomes in English courses at the English Tutorial Center Padang are low; 3) there is a significant relationship between students' readiness to learn online and their learning outcomes in English courses at the English Tutorial Center Padang. The suggestion of this research is that the manager of the English course at the English Tutorial Center Padang should provide facilities that will be used during learning so that it can foster enthusiasm and readiness to learn students. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the increase in divorce rates in District X of Koto Singkarak in the last three years, namely in 2017 there were 72 divorce cases, 2018 there were 76 divorce cases, and in 2019 there were 114 cases. The increase in divorce rates is due to the lack of good behavior of married couples, while the married couples have joined the pre-marital course program. This is allegedly due to the low understanding of married couples towards the pre-marital course topic. This study aims to look at the description of the understanding of married couples on pre-marital course topics, see the behavior of married couples in families, and see the relationship between the two. This type of research is correlational with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 200 married couples who had received pre-marital courses and were still domiciled in District X of Koto Singkarak. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling type Convenient Sampling. Samples were taken as many as 40 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique with a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques the percentage formula. The results showed that: (1) The understanding of married couples about pre-marital course material is very high; (2) The behavior of married couples in married life is classified as bad; (3) There is no relationship between the understanding of husband and wife to pre-marital course topic with behavior in the family.Keywords: Retention of Topic, Pre-Marital Course, Family Behavior]]>
