Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest in student learning, this is thought to be caused by a less conducive learning environment. This study aims to (1) describe the conditions of the learning environment (2) describe students' learning interests (3) describe the relationship between the learning environment and students' learning interests at LKP Prima Data Padang City. approach with a correlational type. The population of this study were all students registered at LKP Prima Data Padang City for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 38 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling and 50% of the population, totaling 19 people, was taken. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use percentages and rank order. The results of this study indicate that (1) the condition of the learning environment at LKP Prima Data is categorized as unfavorable. (2) students' interest in LKP Prima Data is low. (3) The results of data processing show that there is a significant relationship between the conditions of the learning environment and the interest in learning at LKP Prima Data Padang City

Abstract

This research is motivated by using the low subject of college students at Surau Tahfidz Al Jihad Jorong Salimpek. Allegedly because of the low pedagogic competence of educators. The aims of this study were to: (1) see the outline of the pedagogical competence of educators at Surau Tahfidz Al Jihad (2), see the outline of pupil subject at Surau Tahfidz Al Jihad and (3) discover the connection between the pedagogical competence of educators and the subject of students at Surau Tahfidz Al Jihad. This form of studies is descriptive correlational with a quantitative technique. The populace of this take a look at was fifty six humans and a sample of 28 humans with stratified random sampling technique. The data series method is a questionnaire and the tool used is a questionnaire. The information analysis approach used the proportion formulation and the spearman rho formula. Abstract

The research of the study was the lack of interest in children's learning in TPQ Aisyiyah, Bagan Hulu Village, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Regency. This is presumably due to poor learning strategies. was purpose to see: 1) Description of children's interest in TPQ Aisyiyah, 2) Description of teaching strategies applied by educators in teaching at TPQ Aisyiyah 3) Understanding the relationship between teaching strategies and student interest in learning at TPQ Aisyiyah. using a quantitative approach, with the type of correlation. The study population was the research participants in TPQ Aisyiyah, which amounted to 37 people, the sampling technique used was Stratified Random Sampling and taken 50%, namely 19 people. Questionnaire data collection techniques with tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis formula and Rank Order for technique uses the percentage. The results found study : 1) The learning strategy at TPQ Aisyiyah was not good; 2) Children's interest in learning at TPQ Aisyiyah is low; 3) There is a significant relationship between teaching strategies and children's interest in learning at TPQ Aisyiyah. It is hoped that the managers of TPQ institutions can use teaching strategies that are in accordance with the learning needs of children to support more effective teaching activities.

Abstract

in this study is the low competency results of electronic engineering training participants at the Payakumbuh Work Training Center (BLK) UPTD. self-awareness of the electronics engineering trainees. This study aims to: 1. Describe the picture of self-awareness of participants in electronics engineering training at BLK Payakumbuh, 2. Describe a picture of learning outcomes of participants in electronics engineering training at BLK Payakumbuh, 3. See the relationship between self-awareness and learning outcomes of participants in electronics engineering training at BLK Payakumbuh .This study uses a quantitative approach, with the type of correlation. The population of the study was the training participants, totaling 32 people, the sampling technique was using Simple Sampel randomly and taken 70% that is 23 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses Rank Order and percentage formula.The results showed that: 1) The description of the level of self-perception of the participants in the electronics engineering training course at the Payakumbuh Work Training Center (BLK) was low, 2) The description of the results was low training participants at UPTD Payakumbuh Work Training Center (BLK) was categorized as very low, 3) there is a close relationship self-awareness and learning outcomes of electronic engineering training participants at UPTD Payakumbuh Work Training Center (BLK). Hopefullyexpected in this research that the training manager be able to increase the self-awareness of the electronic engineering training participants in learning at BLK Payakumbuh.

Abstract

The existence of a potential regional community empowerment program that can increase income and community independence, namely the Mansiro woven activity, motivates this research. The goal of this research was to gain a better understanding of the stages and processes of community empowerment through woven mansiro in Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh. This is a qualitative study that employs a case study approach. The research subjects were community members who were members of the mansiro woven group, and the research informants were managers, nagari officials, PKK, and local residents. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used to collect data. The data analysis techniques employed, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The source and method triangulation technique is used to validate data. According to the findings of this study: (1) Empowerment of women through woven mansiro in Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh is seen from the aspect of awareness by motivating the community and educating the community so that the community wants to take action. (2) The empowerment of women through woven mansiro in Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh seen from the aspect of knowledge transformation is carried out by providing training, coaching and assistance to the community. (3) The empowerment of women through woven mansiro in Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh is seen from the aspect of increasing community skills, namely that the community has succeeded in forming an independence. Abstract

Waste is anything that is no longer wanted and is solid. The general public's view of waste is that it is useless material and must be thrown away. Pagambiran Ampalu Nan XX Subdistrict, LUBEG District, based on observations, has several illegal waste disposal sites (TPS). Therefore, it is necessary to hold community empowerment with the title Community Empowerment in Waste Processing, especially plastic waste. This program is implemented with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills of housewives in household waste entrepreneurship to increase family income. Community empowerment is carried out by providing training. Training was given to PKK women in RW 07 Kel Pagambiran Ampalu Nan XX LUBEG District. The training that will be held is in the form of an active learning and thinking process about creating household waste, whether organic or inorganic waste, through several methods, namely lectures, demonstrations and workshops.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat sangat penting untuk terus ditingkatkan dalam upaya mewujudkan tujuan pembangunan secara berkelanjutan sebagai bagian pengoptimalan potensi masyarakat itu sendiri.  Untuk mewujudkan pemberdayaan tersebut salah satunya dengan melaksanakan program konservasi lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam mini riset ini adalah studi literatur dan analisis konten. Melalui pendekatan ini, informasi akan dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, laporan riset, dan publikasi terkait lainnya. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi strategi dan praktik terbaik dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program konservasi lingkungan.

Abstract

One of the non-formal education programs is community empowerment, where in this program we can carry out various activities, such as PKBM Anarvani which carries out community empowerment through sewing training. In organizing this program, one of the important points is identification and planning, but there is also a main point that must also be of concern to us, namely the follow-up carried out after the training, which if we pay careful attention to this and carry it out will really help the community. This article discusses this matter, and the research used is descriptive and documents and literature studies. The findings in this article are that the follow-up provided by PKBM Anarvani is to carry out competency tests and regular mentoring and supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kreativitas belajar peserta pelatihan menjahit di Balai Latihan Kerja Kecamatan Agama, hal ini diduga rendahnya motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan. Tujuan penelitian adalah: 1) mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan; 2) mendeskripsikan kreativitas belajar peserta pelatihan; dan 3) melihat hubungan motivasi belajar dengan kreativitas belajar peserta pelatihan menjahit di Kab. Agama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta pelatihan menjahit di Kab. Agam pada periode tahun 2020 sebanyak 16 orang dan seluruh populasi dijadikan responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan korelasi Spearman rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan masih rendah, (2) kreativitas belajar peserta pelatihan masih rendah, (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan kreativitas belajar peserta pelatihan. peserta pelatihan menjahit di Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Agam. Karena terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan kreativitas belajar peserta pelatihan menjahit, maka perlu bagi pengelola atau pengelola untuk memperhatikan kualitas pembelajaran dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan.
