Abstract

Indonesia, as the second longest coastline country in the world, contain a huge coastal area need to be managed. One way to manage coastal area is using monitoring systems, yet none of them has been effectively implemented in Indonesia. This research attempts to develop monitoring system using indicators. There were 105 indicators that chosen from references. Each of the indicators were filtered by scoring method and then be processed using PLS-SEM resulting 9 indicators and sustainability development monitoring model. Coastal Area of North Jakarta has been chosen as area to implementing the model since that area are dynamics and growing rapidly. Based on the model, coastal area of North Jakarta has good economic condition (62.2%), medium social condition (46.7%), and bad natural environment condition (38%). Sustainable development seems quite implemented in this area since the balance of Economic-Social-Natural Environment was on the medium and balanced category. By using GIS can be seen that the development that occurred in west side study area are better than middle or east side.

Abstract

Multifunction Salon Cabinet is a salon cabinet that has a high selling value carried out through mass production of the Multifunction Salon Cabinet. Beauty businesses such as salons are in great demand by the public, because in addition to being able to treat the appearance from the top to the bottom of our body, such as hair care, face, hands, feet, and even the skin. Everyone, especially women, cares about their bodies, so the beauty business never loses interest. Economic analysis and added value are important things to do for business continuity. The R-value of the data validity test table with the number of 200 respondents. The calculated R-value for each variable above the table R, so it has been proven that all data collected is valid. The results of reliability testing using the SPSS application, a Cronbach's Alpha value was obtained. It is known that if alpha > 0.7 means that reliability is sufficient, so this test is reliable. Based on the results of the calculation above, a consistency ratio (CR) value was obtained. These results indicate that data consistency is acceptable with a CR value of < 0.1.

Victoria Properti Decoration, an MSME that focuses on the business industry of flower decoration operates inPekanbaru City, Riau. After operation of Approximately 3 years want to expand to the capital city, namelyJakarta. Of course, expansion must involve many things that must be taken into account. First of all, you mustalso carry out market research and consider the many alternative paths that are expected to be The bestalternative for this MSME business to run in the future Capital City Jakarta. The aim of this research is to analyzeall total costs arising from several alternative procurements of products and select the lowest cost alternativefrom all alternative procurement routes goods. ABSTRAKUraian pada Victoria Properti Dekorasi, UMKM yang fokus pada industri bisnis dekorasi bunga yang beroperasidi Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Setelah beroperasi kurang lebih 3 tahun ingin ekspansi ke ibukota yaitu Jakarta. Tentusaja pemekaran tentunya harus melibatkan banyak hal yang harus diperhatikan. Pertama-tama, yang harusmelakukan riset pasar terlebih dahulu dan juga harus mempertimbangkan banyak alternatif jalur yangdiharapkan bisa menjadi alternatif terbaik untuk menjalankan bisnis UMKM ini di masa depan Ibu Kota Jakarta.Tujuan PKM ini adalah menganalisis seluruh total biaya yang timbul dari beberapa alternatif pengadaan produkdan memilih alternatif biaya terendah dari seluruh alternatif jalur pengadaan barang. Solusinya adalah metodaterbaik untuk UMKM Victoria adalah mengembangkan bisnisnya di Jakarta dan memilih supplier dari China.

Abstract

Community Service, also known as PKM, is a medium for Universitas Tarumanagara to give back towards the local community across Indonesia. In this PKM, the team had chosen the topic of "Business Skills and Management." Business skills, such as negotiation and entrepreneurship, play a crucial role in developing and improving the quality of a business entity on a long-term scale and achieving its targets. A business's primary goal is to increase profit as much as possible by growing sales of products or services. However, there is still a lack of knowledge regarding implementing business skills in Indonesia. Therefore, knowledge, skills, and experiences in business management are essential for the younger generations. The learning method chosen for this PKM is an activity-based game where all participating students engage in activities, such as negotiation games, creativity games, and learning demand forecasts. Students were given one and a half hours to understand the introduction to negotiation skills, a new mindset regarding creativity, and basic mathematics modelling. This PKM resulted in students being more engaged by doing an activity-based learning method. The negotiation games showed the students that choosing the least popular can be a good strategy and ease the negotiation process. The creativity games gave the students a new perspective that everyone can be creative with enough time and desire. The last activity was demand forecasting, which shows the students the benefit of learning mathematics and its real-world application. ABSTRAK Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat atau yang dikenal dengan PKM merupakan salah satu wadah Universitas Tarumanagara untuk memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat lokal di seluruh Indonesia. Pada PKM kali ini, tim mengambil topik “Keterampilan dan Manajemen Bisnis”. Keterampilan bisnis, seperti negosiasi dan kewirausahaan, memainkan peran penting dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kualitas suatu badan usaha dalam skala jangka panjang dan mencapai targetnya. Tujuan utama suatu bisnis adalah meningkatkan keuntungan sebanyak-banyaknya dengan meningkatkan penjualan produk atau jasa. Namun, pengetahuan mengenai penerapan keterampilan bisnis di Indonesia masih kurang. Oleh karena itu, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman dalam manajemen bisnis sangat penting bagi generasi muda. Metode pembelajaran yang dipilih pada PKM ini adalah permainan berbasis aktivitas dimana seluruh siswa peserta melakukan aktivitas seperti permainan negosiasi, permainan kreativitas, dan prakiraan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Siswa diberikan waktu satu setengah jam untuk memahami pengenalan keterampilan negosiasi, pola pikir baru mengenai kreativitas, dan pemodelan matematika dasar. PKM ini menghasilkan siswa lebih terlibat dengan melakukan metode pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas. Permainan negosiasi menunjukkan kepada siswa bahwa memilih yang paling tidak populer dapat menjadi strategi yang baik dan memudahkan proses negosiasi. Permainan kreativitas memberikan siswa perspektif baru bahwa setiap orang dapat berkreasi dengan waktu dan keinginan yang cukup. Kegiatan terakhir adalah peramalan permintaan, yang menunjukkan kepada siswa manfaat pembelajaran matematika dan penerapannya di dunia nyata.
