Abstract

 Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of student job training to student work interest in class XII business major in SMK State Businesss and Management in Padang City. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. This study was taken at SMK State (Business and Management) are SMK Negeri 2 Padang, SMK Negeri 3 Padang and SMK Negeri 4 Padang. The population of this study is 170 students of class XII. Technique of collecting the sample is Proportional Sampling so that it obtained the sample 120 students with Slovin formula. The instrument used is Angket. Analysis simple regression with used SPSS version is used to analysing the data. The result shown that the student job traning is significant influence the interested of student in working of SMK State Business and Management in Padang City. R square of student job training to work interest is 13,1%. The researcher would like to give suggested industry of student job training is relevant with major of the students and the teacher must monitoring when student practice.   Keyword:student job training, work interest

Abstract

This study aims to improve students learning outcomes in the subjects of General Administration by using cooperative learning model type make a match in class X Automation and Office Administration (OTP) 2 in SMKN 1 Padang Panjang. This type of research is a classroom action research with Arikunto action research model, which is implemented on two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Subjects in this study were students of class X Automation and Office Adminstration (OTP) 2 in SMKN 1 Padang Panjang year lesson 2017/2018 consisting of 32 students. Data collection technique is to use test result of cognitive domain in the form of objective test. Based on the results of research, obtained average learning outcomes General Administration subjects in the first cycle is 76.88 with the percentage of students mastery is 62.5%. While the average learning outcomes obtained in the second cycle is 77.38 with the percentage of students mastery is 78.13%. So it can be argued that student learning outcomes with the application of cooperative learning model type make a match on the subjects of General Administration class X in SMKN 1 Padang Panjang is increasing. And it is advisable to teachers in SMKN 1 Padang Panjang should use cooperative learning model type make a match as a model of learning that can be used in the process of learning General Administration because it can improve student learning outcomes. Keyword: Cooperative Learning, Type Make A Match, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of student perceptions about the ability to teach PPLK students on student learning outcomes on economic subjects. 2) the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes on economic subjects 3) the influence of student perceptions about the teaching ability of PPLK students an d learning motivation to wards student learning outcomes on economic subjects. The population of this study was all students of class X in 10 N SMA in 2017/2018. A sample of 158 people with a sampling technique in the form of a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) students' perceptions of the teaching ability of PPLK students had a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes on economic subjects. (2) learning motivation has a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes on economic subjects. (3) the perception of the teaching ability of PPLK students and the motivation to learn together together have a significant effect on the variables of student learning outcomes on economic subjects .Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Student Perception Regarding the Teaching Ability of PPLK Students and Learning Motivation

Abstract

This type of research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were all 96 students majoring in social studies at SMA Negeri 1 Lengayang. Sampling technique with a total sampling with a sample of 96 people. Data analysis techniques: descriptive analysis and inductive analysis of multiple analysis requirements test, namely: normality test, homogeneity test and multicollinearity test. This study aims to analyze the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes in the economics subject of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lengayang, the influence of peer environment on economic learning outcomes economics subjects in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lengayang, and the influence of learning motivation and the environment. peers on Student Learning Outcomes in Economics Subject Class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lengayang. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on economic learning outcomes for students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lengayang, (2) there was a positive and significant influence between peer environment on student learning outcomes. on the Economics subject of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lengayang, (3) there is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation and peer environment on student learning outcomes in the subject of Economics class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lengayang

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of student interest and discipline on learning outcome of economic subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Bintan Utara. This type of research used is ex post facto, the population used is all students of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Bintan Utara totaling 96 students with a sample of 78 students taken using proportional random sampling Technique. In this study, the instrument used was a questionnaire with Likert Scale model. The instrument validity uses the collected item-total correlation and for reliability testing uses the alpha coefficient formula. The analysis prerequisite test used is the normality test, multicoloniarity, heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS 20. The results of the study showed that: (1) Student’s interest in learning had a significant effect on learning outcomes of economic subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Bintan Utara (2) Student discipline had a significant effect on learning outcomes of economic subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Bintan Utara (3) Interest in learning and student discipline have a significant influence on Economic Learning Outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Bintan Utara.Keywords : interest to learn, student discipline, student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study to determine the effect between company size, profitability, leverage, and audit report lag (ARL) on the Property and Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. This study uses panel data regression analysis and sampling in this study using purposive sampling method. Based on the predetermined purposive sampling criteria, there are 45 companies in the property and real estate sector that can be sampled. Firm size is measured by total assets, profitability is represented by return on assets (ROA), and leverage is measured by debt-to-assets ratio. The results of the study reveal evidence of a relationship between firm size, profitability, leverage and ARL. First, firm size shows no significant negative correlation with ARL. Second, profitability shows a significant negative relationship with ARL, indicating that firms with higher profitability tend to have more efficient financial reporting procedures, resulting in shorter audit report lag. Finally, leverage shows a significant positive relationship with ARL, which suggests that companies with higher debt-to-asset ratios may experience longer reporting delays due to increased financial risk.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance learning outcomes for SMA Negeri 2 Batusangkar class XI.F6 students by using a scrapbook-based project-based learning paradigm. There are two cycles to this classroom action research project. There are two meetings in cycle I and two meetings in cycle II. Every cycle has four stages: preparation, execution, observation, and reflection. In the meantime, there are six learning processes in the project-based learning model: choosing the project, organizing the steps, creating a schedule, finishing the project, creating reports and presentations, and assessing the procedure. The results showed that improving student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II can be achieved with the scrapbook-assisted project-based learning paradigm. Student learning results in cycle I were 70.6%. At the second meeting, the percentage of students who completed their coursework increased to 88.2%.

Abstract

Tourism villages play an important role in tourism development. CHSE implementation will guarantee comfort and safety for tourists. This research uses a descriptive approach with surveys and FGDs to analyze the implementation of CHSE and also the economic impact of tourism on the community in Nagari Sungai Batang.The implementation of CHSE in the Nagari Sungai Batang tourist destination is starting to be seen. However, there are still various aspects of cleanliness, health, safety and environmental sustainability that can still be improved. This assessment can be an independent assessment to become a precursor to obtaining CHSE certification in the future. The existence of tourism has had an impact on the community's economy, both in terms of community income, opening up employment opportunities related to tourism and providing supporting infrastructure. However, this is also not optimal. Various efforts are still needed so that the impact of the tourism sector in Nagari Sungai Batang can give significant results. The efforts that can be carried out include tourism promotion and also determining tariffs for existing tourist destinations.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students learning outcomes in accounting subjects through the implementation of the Problem based leaarning (PBL) model assisted by Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on transaction evidence. The research used Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles involving 35 students of class X Accounting 4 at SMK Negeri 2 Padang. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. Evaluation instruments included a pretest, daily tests in cycle I and II, and a posttest to measure students' learning outcomes. The results showed a significant increase in the percentage of students who met the minimum passing criteria, from 5.71% in the pretest to 42.86% in the first cycle, and further increased to 82.86% in the second cycle and posttest. Additionally, the teacher’s activity in implementing the learning process improved significantly, categorized as very good. Thus, the application of the PBL model assisted by transaction-based LKPD is proven effective in enhancing students’ accounting learning outcomes and fostering an active, contextual, and meaningful learning environment.

Abstract

This research aims to find the influence of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on employability. This research is causal research with cross-sectional data. The respondents used were 95 final-year students in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Padang who were chosen using the cluster proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The data was then analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software.  The results of data processing in this research indicate that: (1) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employability (2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation (3) achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employability (4) achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employability through achievement motivation.
