Abstract

Perkembangan Organisasi Pesantren sebagai salah satu ormas keagamaan di Indonesia mendapat perhatian khusus dari eks ormas keagamaan. Perhatian ini wajar, karena dalam waktu yang tidak lama lagi Organisasi sudah tersebar di seluruh Indonesia/Nusantara. Fenomena ini menarik untuk dikaji dalam perspektif ilmu komunikasi: bagaimana konsep dan strategi komunikasi dalam pengembangan organisasi? Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menemukan konsep komunikasi dan strategi pembangunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-fenomenologi, dan untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah Organisasi Umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa faktor pendukung/pendukung dalam konsep komunikasi dan strategi pengembangan organisasi, antara lain (1) menjadi nilai-nilai dan konsep agama sebagai pedoman untuk mengatur semua kegiatan organisasi, (2) menggunakan manajemen komando. pendekatan “imamah jama'ah” sebagai strategi komunikasi pengembangan organisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini mmelihat implikasi Pengaruh Penggunaan Aplikasi e commer Sebagai Situs Belanja Online terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif, Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif, Sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan teknik Proportionate Random Sampling adalah sebanyak 54 pengguna e commerce dalam berbelanja, data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan rumus TSR dan Korelasi Rank Spearman. Adapun teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Model Use and Gatifications. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap 54 orang responden ini menunjukan bahwa 57,4% responden mengimplikasi penggunaan aplikasi e commerce dalam pembelanjaann dan 67,8% responden memiliki pengaruh konsumtif terhadap prilaku mereka. Maka peneliti menemukan k bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan aplikasi e commerce terhadap perilaku konsumtif.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Analysis of the Meaning of Photography (Food Photography) in Instagram @jajan_linggau". With the formulation of the problem, namely, How to analyze the meaning of food photos (food phtography) in Instagram @jajan_linggau. In this study the researchers chose photography with food photos as objects or what is known as Food Photography. Because, seeing from the photo of the food is able to arouse the appetite and has its own charm. By choosing beautiful colors, it can make food photos look more luxurious and attractive to anyone who sees them, even though basically they have never tried the taste of this food. The qualitative descriptive research method was adopted in this study. This research was conducted using a descriptive approach in accordance with the problems and objectives. A strategy based on a qualitative model was used in this investigation. The meaning referred to in this paper is based on testing using the triangle of meaning from Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic theory, namely: Representamen/Sign, Interpretant, and Object. In this study, for every food photo (food photography), there is a meaning from the signs displayed in the photo. Its meaning can be found in food images, packaging, the number or name of the product label, as well as other additional elements.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "KAI DIVRE III Public Relations Strategy in Facing Negative Issues" The development of technology has progressed greatly. Technology has penetrated into various fields, ranging from information, communication to transportation, one of which is Indonesian Railways. Every company including PT KAI (Persero) is required to continuously prepare itself to anticipate and adapt to the changes that occur. in an agency or company Public Relations is certainly very necessary and is one of the very important parts. With the right interaction with the public, the company can produce good public perception with the reputation and image of a company being positive in the eyes of the public. Recently, an accident occurred at a railroad crossing in Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. The incident involved an Avanza-type car and a Babaranjang train. The news quickly spread in the community, so that the news will certainly cause unpleasant issues, and will certainly cause different perceptions in the eyes of the community. From some comments on the post, many people have different views and misinterpretations and the author feels, such as one example that the author found in the comments column of the video uploaded by TribunJatim Official on YouTube. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the KAI DIVRE III Public Relations strategy in dealing with negative issues that develop in society. This research uses a qualitative approach Qualitative methods are used to obtain in-depth data, data that contains meaning. The data collection technique is documentation in the form of news related to research and in-depth interviews. The theory used in this research is the 4 principle models of Public Relations Strategy put forward by (M. Cutlip & Allen H. Center) 1. Fact Finding (Fact Finding), 2. Planning (Planning), 3. Action & Communication (Action and Communication), 4. Evaluating (Evaluation). From the results of the research, KAI DIVRE III Public Relations in dealing with negative issues uses the 4 Cutlip & Center principle models and each model has its own strategy and in each strategy it is running well.

Abstract

The Citayam Fashion Week phenomenon is an activity where teenagers from Jakarta and its surrounding areas such as Citayam, Bojong Gede and Depok gather to express their unique fashion styles. As if continuing Paris Fashion Week, which turned the streets into catwalks, they took turns showing off their clothes at the Sudirman (Zebra Cross) crossing. They express themselves through the clothes they wear, this is also known in communication science as artifact communication. Artifact communication is defined as any form of appearance, such as hair, cosmetics used on clothing, bags, values, signs, and other characteristics that evoke positive or negative reactions to the recipient's appearance, whether clichéd, a fixed image that does not change and does not respond to appearance. certain view. This study uses qualitative research methods by conducting literature studies, observations, and data triangulation. From this research, it can be concluded that the Citayam Fashion Week phenomenon in an artifact perspective is a forum for self-expression of adolescents about their interest in fashion with clothes that are what they are but can be created to be interesting things.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian  ini mengangkat permasalahan komunikasi islami dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada lembaga publik. Tujuan penelitian ini  menjelaskan  adanya peranan komunikasi yang islami dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji secara empirik dan menemukan fakta-fakta serta menguji secara ilmiah implikasi komunikasi yang islami dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada lembaga-lembaga publik, dengan menggunakan  Prinsip-prinsip dari Komunikasi Islam dan  teori Pelayanan Publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey method, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna atau konsumen dari lembaga publik. Lembaga publik dalam penelitian di wakil dari  yaitu sekolah  islam terpadu, UIN Sumatera utara , dan PT Taspen Persero  dikota Medan.  Penarikan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik teknik  purposive sampling dan Cluster Random Sample, untuk menghitung ukuran sampel dari populasi  peneliti memakai  cara, cross sectional. Pengumpulan data penelitian  menggunakan angket yang dikumpulkan dari responden dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 250 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisi deskripsi Regresi Sederhana. Hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa adanya komunikasi yang islami dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada lembaga publik. Konsep baru yang dikemukakan dari hasil penelitian ini, terungkap bahwa komunikasi yang  Islami sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada lembaga publik di Kota Medan. AbstractThis research raises the issue of Islamic communication in improving the quality of service in public institutions. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of Islamic communication in improving the quality of public services. the principles of the theory of Islamic Communication and Public Service. The research method used is an explanatory survey method, with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all users or consumers from public institutions. The public bodies in this study were represented by Islamic boarding schools, UIN North Sumatra, and PT Taspen Persero in Medan City. Sampling of this study used purposive sampling technique and Cluster Random Sample, to calculate the sample size of the research population using cross sectional method. Collecting research data using a questionnaire collected from respondents with a total sample of 250 respondents. Data analysis using Simple Regression description analysis. The results of the study reveal that there is Islamic communication in improving the quality of services in public institutions. The new concept put forward from the results of this study revealed that Islamic Communication greatly influences the quality of service in public institutions in the city of Medan.

Abstract

Film Layangan Putus adalah film seri web indonesia produksi MD Entertainment yang di sutradarai oleh Benni Setiawan di Tayangkan Perdana pada tanggal 26 November 2021 Di We-tv dan Inflix. Tujuan peneliti untuk mengetahui dan memahami apa saja makna yang terkandung dalam film Layangan Putus,Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara menganalisis, menggambarkan dan mencatat makna yang terdapat dalam film dengan menggunakan Teori analisis semiotik Roland Barthes yaitu menganalisis Makna Denotasi,Konotasi dan Mitos, Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan Data yaitu dengan Dokumentasi dan menonton film Layangan putus. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan Bahwa makna semiotik dari Roland Barthes memiliki makna yang sangat jelas pada setiap Gambar yaitu makna denotasi,konotasi dan mitos, Makna denotasi di dalam analisis mencakup tentang suatu Konflik dalam rumah tangga dan Makna Konotasi Mengandung unsur perasaan dan pendapat sendiri tentang tanda yang mempengaruhi perasaan dan emosi. Setiap hubungan antar individu sering dipandang sebagai pertengkaran yang tidak bersahabat dan tidak berhasil, Sehingga diperlukan komunikasi yang baik antara keluarga. Makna mitos pada gambar menjelaskan bahwa analisis selalu terikat dengan budaya dan tradisi dalam masyarakat yang ada di adat jawa yaitu tradisi mitoni.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how interactions that occur in friendship circles provide changes in the self-concept of high school students. The friendship environment is one of the supporting factors in the development of students' self-concept. Basically, the self-concept becomes a form of individual reference in positioning themselves in an environment, and the friendship circle enters into an important part of the formation of the self-concept in high school students who are members of the circle formation environment. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. As for the results of this study, they show that the self-concept of students who have joined the friendship circle does experience changes in their self-concept so as to form changes in their attitudes and behavior while in their circle environment, and this is due to a sense of confidence among individuals in the friendship circle.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Semiotics Analysis on the Design of the Cahaya_Publisher Publisher Logo". This research was conducted on the logo of the Cahaya_Publisher publisher, which is a book publishing that focuses on the religious/spiritual genre. The formulation of the problem in this study is the semiotic analysis of the Cahaya_publisher logo design on the meaning of connotations, denotations and myths in the Cahaya-publisher logo design. The purpose of this study is to determine the meaning of connotations, denotations, and myths in the logo design of the Cahaya_publisher publisher. The author uses a qualitative research method, the data used is primary data in this study, namely the founder of Cahaya_publisher who also designed the Cahaya_publisher logo and secondary data, namely printed media and internet sites to support collecting data sources. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is Roland Barhets Semiotics analysis. The results of this study are that the meaning of denotation is a visual unity of the yellow and brown logo with the use of sunflower and pen elements. writing, for myth is a positive hope that is contained in the logo design in the form of a sunflower unity and the colors yellow and brown are chosen as representatives of sunlight which has positive energy, lighting for the surroundings in this case for the world of publishing and writing.

Abstract

The development Organization of Islamic boarding institutions as one of religius social organization in Indonesia gets special attention from former religius organizations. This attention is reasonable, because in no longer time Organization has spreaded all over Indonesia / Nusantara. This phenomenon is interesting to study in the perspective of communication science : what is the communication concept and strategy of organization development ? Based on the problem, this reseach is aimed to study and find the communication concept and strategy of development . This reseach uses qualitatif-phenomenology approach, and to collect data is used interview, partisipation observation, and documentation. The reseach subject is the general Organization . The result of reseach shows that there are some proponent / supporting factors in the communication concept and strategy of organization developiment ,its like to (1) becoming the values and concept of religion as guidance to rule all organization activities, (2) using command management approach “imamah jama’ah” as communication strategy of organization development.
