Technology development, particularly in video game, has reached to all human life aspects. Many game developers seek not only for innovations to a more interesting gaming system, but also for added values to the game itself. Virtual reality game becomes one of the alternatives to develop the gameplay aspect. Players are highly immersed in the video game world, and convinced as if they were in the game itself. This thesis aims to make a virtual reality game with Dodgeball sport theme using Kinect and XNA Game Studio integrated development environment.The Kinect used in this Dodgeball game is meant to control a game character to follow the real one. The character moves in the same way in real life. Therefore, players will find the game more realistic, and they will feel the sensation of playing the real Dodgeball. Besides, players do not need to use a game controller. Playersâ movement also become more natural in the absence of the game controller.Our Dodgeball game has gone through several adjustments, such as, each teamâs players are limited to 4 people, which at most 2 of them are human players. The number of balls used in this game is reduced to 2, and before the game begins, the balls are assigned to teams by coin tosses. Dodgeball game is also packed with physics and simple artificial intelligence to enhance playersâ gaming experiences in playing Dodgeball game.

The development of technology can make human being to do a lot of things more simple. Teaching method currently has many variations so that the learning process is more alive. Learning by explaining the process which can be seen is very beneficial. Sometimes in a process, hand gestures play an important role in understanding the whole process. The use of webcam can be another alternative to digitize what is written by users. This thesis aims to digitize lecturing notes on paper using a device webcam.The system includes processes like image retrieval, paper detection, projection mapping, skin detection and removal, and processing results with threshold method. Paper edge detection process uses the method of canny edge detection. In paper edge detection, webcam image becomes image with white color for area of paper. Projection mapping process is used to map the image with trapezoid shape of paper into image with rectangular shape of paper. Skin detection process uses HSV and YCbCr color space. In skin detection process, hand which still appears in image becomes image without hand. The application was created using the C# programming language with Visual C# 2010 as its IDE.The experiment results indicate that the color, ink thickness, threshold value, height of the webcam, size and distance between scratches, and lighting level will affect the final outcome of the application. In addition, the handâs position during the writing may cause a shadow on the paper. The best result of all methods which have been tried is the result of the threshold method.

These days traditional thing has been left behind not only by adults but also by children. One of them is folklore. It disappears because its package cannot interest the people. It needs a better package that interests a lot of people, for example game. The game in this thesis took folklore theme that would teach the children about morale values. This game was made based on PC game because electronic device are increasingly in demand and with adventure game-based which is a game genre that a lot of people like including the children.This game was made by Unity3D which is can place the objects that we use easier. Besides, camera setting which is a feature of Unity3D can make the setting of the 2D graphics easier. First of all, the folklores need to be parted into the playable-part and the non-playable-part. In playable-part, the player needs to solve some tasks to play the next folklore. In non-playable-part, the game will show an animation.This folklore game can interests the children to become a better person from the morale value. But, it is hard to implement folklore into adventure game for some folklores. For example Origin of Mahakam Riverâs Creek that has some complicated detail to express the setting of the story.

Nafiri Fajar Media Group adalah penerbit yang bergerak pada bidang usaha penjualan buku serta kaset-kaset rohani. Penerbit memerlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat memudahkan komunikasi dan berbagi content antara pihak penerbit dan anggota, maupun antar anggota komunitas. Pembuatan aplikasi diawali dengan survei lapangan untuk mendapatkan gambaran lengkap tentang kebutuhan antar anggota komunitas. Berdasarkan hasil survei inilah kemudian dibuat rancangan yang digambarkan dalam Data Flow Diagram maupun dalam Entity Relationship Diagram. Implementasi rancangan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database engine MySql.Aplikasi ini telah dilakukan pengujian oleh anggota komunitas maupun pihak penerbit untuk menguji kesesuaian fungsi maupun kemudahan antar muka. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi mempunyai fungsi yang telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dan kemudahan antar muka yang baik

Vocabulary and grammar learning at junior highschool are the most important fundamental to improve studentâs ability to understand English. Mastering vocabulary and grammar can make the students better and more fluent in speaking English. With the use of learning media, vocabulary and grammar learning for students will be more interesting and studentâs results of learning will be increased.This learning website features various type of practices like drag and drop, swap words in sentence, match words and pictures and sound. Using the 2006 curriculum based course and with the source of 7th grade Junior Highschool teacher, this learning website is adjusted to the needs of 7th grade Junior Highschool students. Making of this website is using the PHP, HTML5 language and using the Facebook API to make the students easier to share their test results.Berdasarkan kuesioner yang di bagikan, desain tampilan serta bentuk latihan soal aplikasi ini dinilai sangat menarik, tetapi materi yang diberikan belum dipahami secara baik oleh siswa.The results obtained from the application that has been made are the design and features of this application can run well on several browser. Grammar and vocabulary practices feature on this application are easy to access and understand by the user. Based on questionnaires, the design and practices of this application is considered very interesting, but the provided courses has not been well understood by the students.

Toko Sumber Mulia is a commercial enterprise engaged in the sale of daily necessities (groceries) located at Jl. Iskandar Pertokoan Blok 10 no.2 Sampit - Central Kalimantan. The trading business requires administrative information systems that can be expected to process administrative records and stock will be easier to do and can saving time. The use of the web on the information system to function so that the owner can control the shop with ease even though you are not in the store by using a personal computer.This application is made by using PHP and MySQL Server as the database storage system. The method used in the calculation of cost of sales is by using the FIFO (First In First Out).From the results of testing of applications, indicates that the application can process data directly related to the process of buying and selling automatically. Sales report, purchase report, stock reports and income statement can be done quickly.

Development and competition in Indonesian University is extremely tight. Petra Christian University is also a Universitys with long-standing and well known to many people in Indonesia. Prospective students would like to see more clearly the shape, structure and atmosphere held at the University. Thus someone created a virtual map for Petra Christian University building by using a Head-Mounted Display Oculus Rift to display a simulation of the map Petra Christian University building. But the virtual map that has been created earlier is simply an empty simulation maps that contain only furniture - furniture and does not contain a virtual character, so that the simulation does not have any college atmosphere. So it was decided to implement a virtual character in a map that looks like a real simulation using a rule-based system.In the development of prior research program conducted every object in the form of the building, so hopefully the results obtained could resemble its original state. Giving materials to the models at the Unity are expected match the colors of the original state. Giving collision features intended to make the user cannot penetrate what as original state.Results on this program, the position and shape of character object in the building resemble the original state that existed at Petra Christian University. Time constraints in making become a major factor, so itâs cannot make the character more in detail. The whole room and the character of the building P 2nd floor has been made, there are only a few sections still incomplete, example on the large staircase of the building P and other small parts. Disadvantages of this program require computer high specification enough to run the program. This is because the resulting resolution on this program can be fairly large.

Game is an activity to find a new challenge or for having fun. Game have several genres like farming game, simulation, strategy, action, and many more. Each tipe has its own advantage and disadvantage like strategy genre is usually more challenging because its rather difficult hand have to stay focus to win. But other game like farming game is very fun but fell not challenging enough because usually farming game is very easy to play.Because of the difficulty reason, this game with farming and strategy genre have enemy that will attack the plants. Player also can protect the plants by killing enemy or by buying a tower that can attack enemy otomatically when an enemy come closer to the plants around that tower. This game is made by using Adobe Flash Professional CS6.From questionnaire average score 7.4, proofing that game with farming and strategy genre will become an interesting game that can be played.

In this period of time, a photo is a common thing. Photo serves as a medium to store memories of important events around us. Mastering the science of photography requires the skill and techniques so that photographs or works produced will be good enough to be sold. However, the skill and results of good photography lack the container to turn photography as one’s income. The lack of such containers resulted in the photographs being viewed only as works of art. This causes the hobby as a photographer as well as skills in photography sometimes do not gain their economic value.So, a container is needed to facilitate the sale and purchase of photographs produced by photographers or the public. In the Photostock application also has a built-in watermark feature that can automatically add a watermark in your photos in order to avoid copyright infringement. In this application users also can chat with the photo seller.Based on the results of the questionnaire obtained for the application display quality, 60% of other respondents answered not bad and 40% of the other respondents answered well. For feature completeness, 40% of respondents answered not bad, 40% answered well, 20% answered very well. For the entire application, 80% of respondents rated the program as good, and 10% of respondents rated the program very well.

Merencanakan sebuah ruangan umumnya disajikan dalam bentuk denah dan tampak dinding setiap ruangan. Namun pada umumya pengguna mengalami kesulitan membayangkan visual ruangan secara tiga dimensi. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberi visualisasi 360° terhadap suatu ruangan sehingga pengguna dapat melihat isi ruangan, serta menandai bagian penting ruang seperti arah, sudut dan pintu yang ada dalam ruangan, visualisasii ruangan dilakukan dengan proses 360° Panorama Stitching. Hasil pengujian, telah didapatkan contoh panorama dari ruangan dalam rumah yang sudah berbentuk 360° dan denah yang dihasilkan berdasarkan data arah, sudut, dan pintu pada tiap ruangan. Visualisasi yang dihasilkan dapat membuat pengguna menyadari susunan suatu ruangan sehingga memberikan visualisasi ruangan.
