Abstract

This study aims to determine the social and economic conditions of workers or female workers at the Department of Environment and Sanitation/DLHK Pangandaran. After the Covid-19 pandemic hit in 2019, the world's economic system declined, especially in Pangandaran Regency. This is felt directly by residents around Pangandaran such as female workers/workers who must meet the needs of their families to remain stable. The negative impact of the covid-19 pandemic is the length of time the wage process will be received by these workers. Besides working here, they have side jobs to cover the difficulties of late receipt of wages such as having a business at home, farming or being a household assistant. They have been doing this up to now.

Abstract

The presence of workers in the company is dominated by executives. They often have conflicting interests for the company's activities. In order to help workers' positions remain relevant and recognized, workers need a Labor Union. In an industrial environment, it is normal for disputes to occur and the role of trade unions is needed to mediate the interests of both. Therefore, the expected goals are to explain the role of trade unions to address industrial relations disputes and the efforts that they attempt. This study determines literature review as the method by accumulating journals and collecting eight articles that meet the criteria. After having reference materials, the researcher will analyze the data based on a collection of these studies which the researcher will generalize into a literature review paper. The results of this research are that trade unions act as assistants, bodyguards, representatives, supervisors, and mediators and prioritize the settlement of disputes internally and amicably. Efforts made by trade unions include carrying out bipartite and tripartite negotiations consisting of mediation, arbitration and conciliation, as well as the industrial relations court, submitting a letter of application for Judicial Review to the Constitutional Court, and honing the skills of trade union members.

Abstract

This article intends to be able to study and gain knowledge of the process of resolving and handling labor relations disputes or industrial relations at one of the hotels in Pangandaran Regency. The problem is focused on the process of settling and handling disputes over termination or termination of employment at one of the hotels in Pangandaran Regency. This study uses several theories about the settlement of industrial relations disputes. This study uses empirical juridical methods and data collection techniques, namely documentation studies. The data collected was analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that the process of settling and handling industrial relations disputes at a hotel in Pangandaran complies with applicable regulations. The process of settling and handling industrial relations disputes is carried out through mediation and continues at the Industrial Relations Court.

Abstract

Alpen Food Industry, the most renowned ice cream manufacturer in Indonesia, boasts a widespread presence with 80,000 outlets across the nation. However, beneath the surface of PT. Alpen Food Industry's success, having once been honored with the Excellent Brand Award, allegations of labor law violations have emerged, leading to protests by its employees. In an effort to fight for their rights, the workers staged a two-week strike. The strike was initiated to advocate for their entitlements. Additionally, PT. Alpen Food Industry is accused of unilaterally implementing Termination of Employment (PHK) procedures. Nonetheless, the company refutes these allegations, asserting that they conducted the PHK in accordance with existing protocols and guidelines. They claim to have sent two separate Call Letters to the workers, which went unanswered, and argue that this inaction is tantamount to resignation based on the prevailing guidelines. This research employed a qualitative approach, gathering data through literature review methods involving various sources such as journals, news articles, and websites. The author then drew conclusions based on the obtained data. The research findings suggest that the dispute arose primarily from a lack of communication between the workers and the employer.

Abstract

Contract work in construction is one of the common forms of work performed in the construction industry. In contract work, workers are hired to complete construction projects within a specified timeframe and agreed-upon cost. However, there are often cases where contract workers experience delays or wage payment postponements. The research aims to analyze the legal protection for contract workers in the construction industry concerning delayed wage payments. In Indonesia, there are labor regulations that govern the rights and obligations of workers, including wage payments. If there is a delay in wage payment, workers have the right to file a lawsuit or report the violation to the authorities. This research adopts a qualitative research method, analyzing data and gathering information from various sources. Legal protection plays a crucial role in safeguarding workers. Some relevant legal roles include employment agreements, which enable workers to enter into contractual agreements with employers that protect their rights.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of Loyverse and QRIS applications for financial management and inventory management. The object of this research is the UMKM Teguh Putra Collection which is located in Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency.This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study show that the Loyverse and QRIS applications are proven to help financial management and inventory management. The Loyverse application helps in recording purchases,inventory data, financial reports, inventory reports, and others. The addition of QRIS helps businesses to accommodate buyers who want t o buy products with cashless payments. From the description above, it is concluded that the application of Loyverse and QRIS is beneficial to the store's information system because the  management is more organized and more efficient and effective. From the analysis of implementation, it is concluded that the application of Loyverse and QRIS is beneficial to the store's information system because the management is more organized and more efficient and effective.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi ekspor produk para pengusaha di Desa Cibenda Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran. Berdasarkan analisis situasi terdapat potensi-potensi produk yang layak untuk diekspor. Namun disisi lain masih terkendala dengan berbagai persyaratan persyaratan perizinan yang diperlukan dan pengetahuan tentang prosedur ekspor impor yang masih rendah. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut dilakukan diskusi dengan para pengusah, Kepala Desa dan Kementerian Perdagangan dalam hal ini dengan pihak Free Trade Agreement Center. Salah satu alternatif solusi yang dipilih memberikan pengetahuan tentang prosedur ekspor dan pengetahuan tentang berbagai persyaratan dan izin yang diperlukan untuk menjadi eksportir. Pelatihan diberikan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang berbagai aspek yang terkait dengan ekspor-impor. Materi Pelatihan yang diberikan berisikan tentang kebijakan Perdagangan Bebas, Fasilitas Ekspor dan lain-lain. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan telah terjadi perubahan pengetahuan para peserta tentang ekspor dan bagaimana langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan untuk melakukan ekspor mulai dari perizinan sampai dengan prosedur yang harus ditempuh. Disarankan ada pembinaan lanjutan dalam bentuk pendampingan secara langsung dan memberikan fasilitasi konsultasi bagi yang membutuhkan penangangan spesifik.  ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the export potential of businessmen's products in Cibenda Village, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency. Based on the situation analysis, there are product potentials that are suitable for export. However, on the other hand, it is still constrained by the various licensing requirements required and knowledge of export-import procedures which is still low. To overcome these obstacles, discussions were held with entrepreneurs, the Village Head and the Ministry of Trade in this case with the Free Trade Agreement Center. One of the alternative solutions chosen provides knowledge of export procedures and knowledge of the various requirements and permits required to become an exporter. Training is provided to provide knowledge about various aspects related to export-import. The training materials provided contain Free Trade policies, Export Facilities and others. The results of the training show that there has been a change in the participants' knowledge about exports and how the steps that must be taken to export, starting from licensing to the procedures that must be taken. It is recommended that there be further guidance in the form of direct mentoring and providing consultation facilitation for those who need specific handling

Abstract

Implementation of Corporate Environmental Responsibility or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled by companies in Indonesia which has been regulated through Article 74 paragraph (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (UUPT) as a general implementing regulation. corporate social responsibility/CSR in Indonesia and Government Regulation Number 47 of 2012 concerning Social and Environmental Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies as its implementing regulations.
