Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan pendidikan yang harus diterapkan pada anak sedini mungkin untuk mencegah adanya perilaku menyimpang seperti Bullying. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan yang di gunakan yaitu pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa pola pembelajaran pendidikan karakter agar anak terhindar dari kasus Bullying yaitu dengan cara melakukan pembiasaan positif. mulai dari siswa berada di sekolah hingga siswa pulang dari sekolah, begitu pula saat proses KBM (Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar) guru selalu menanamkan sikap positif pada diri siswa, Seperti pembiasaan do’a sebelum memulai dan mengakhiri pembelajaran, serta penerapan pendidikan karakter dalam pengintegrasian mata pelajaran guru menanamkan sikap karakter dengan pengintegrasian materi berupa penyampaian butir-butir nilai Pancasila. Faktor pendukung di SD Negeri Klampok 01 terhadap keberhasilan sekolah yaitu sikap keteladanan yang diterapkan oleh seluruh tenaga pendidik terutama kepala sekolah tentang pembiasaan yang baik dalam sekolah yang harus di dukung oleh seluruh perangkat sekolah, baik bapak/ibu guru, kepala sekolah, staf maupun penjaga sekolah. Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola pendidikan karakter dan faktor pendukung agar anak terhindar dari kasus Bullying yaitu dengan cara pembiasaan yang positif dan keteladanan yang harus diterapkan oleh seluruh warga sekolah.

Abstract

Sistem pembelajaran dikatakan efektif yaitu dimana setiap pendidikan mampu menggunakan sarana dan prasana dengan tepat dan baik, sangat diutamakan dimana penggunaan alat peraga dalam pembelajaran terlaksana dengan baik melalui alat peraga Tata Surya sehingga terciptanya suasana motivasi Siswa untuk membakar potensi dalam mencari ilmu dan hasil belajarnya juga meningkat hal tersebut di jadikan suatu tindakan yang tepat guna dengan adanya benda, bahan atau alat pembelajaran yang bisa merangsang penglihatan peserta didik dalam kegiatan belajarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan alat peraga tata surya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian True Experimental Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 38 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui angket, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji prasyarat analisis yang didalamnya terdapat uji Normalitas, Uji Homogenitas dan Uji Hipotesis Melalui Uji Sample t atau Independent Sample t test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil Uji t terdapat pengaruh Penggunaan alat peraga tata surya dengan motivasi begitu juga dengan pengguanaan alat peraga tata surya dengan hasil belajar. Yang berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi, Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan alat peraga tata surya terhadap motivasi peserta didik dan terdapat pengaruh alat peraga terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the Jarimatika method on the motivation and learning outcomes of fifth graders at SDN Prapag Lor 01. To answer these problems, the researchers used two data analyzes, namely, to test the effect of the Jarimatika method on learning motivation with the Wilcoxon match pairs test and to test the effect of the Jarimatika method on learning outcomes using the Paired Sample t-test. The research subjects were 21 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire instrument to collect data on students' learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes obtained through tests and student scores documents. For other information, researchers used interviews. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: 1) The average result of learning motivation before using the Jarimatika method was 39.14 in the poor category. 2) The average result of learning motivation after using the Jarimatika method is 67.33 in the very good category. 3) The researcher then analyzed the data using the Wilcoxon match pairs test, the value (tcount = 0 < ttable = 2,080) at a significance level of 5%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Jarimatika method on the motivation to learn mathematics in third grade students of SDN Prapag Lor 01 in the academic year 2021/2022. 4). The average result of learning mathematics before using the Jarimatika method was 43.33 in the poor category. 5) The average result of learning mathematics after using the Jarimatika method is 80.48 in the very good category. 6) Next, the researcher analyzed the data by using the Paired Sample t-test. The value (tcount = 11.2 > ttable = 2.086) at a significance level of 5%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Jarimatika method on the learning outcomes of multiplication operations mathematics in third grade students of SDN Prapag Lor 01 in the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze a) the effect of classroom management on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 01 Luwunggede. b) the influence of learning discipline on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 01 Luwunggede. c) the influence of class management and learning discipline on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 01 Luwunggede. This study uses a quantitative approach using explanatory research, namely research that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with the aim of obtaining valid data. The research data used are a) questionnaires in the form of written question data which are then distributed to respondents to be filled out. b) documentation in the form of pictures of the research process c) literature study containing literature references that support research. The data analysis technique used is with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study show that classroom management has a positive effect of 17.20% on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 01 Luwunggede, Tanjung sub-district, learning discipline has a positive influence of 32.20% on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 01 Luwunggede Tanjung sub-district, class management and student learning discipline have a simultaneous positive influence of 42.90% on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 01 Luwunggede Tanjung sub-district.

Abstract

Desa Parereja merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Banjarharjo yang terdapat beberapa kelompok usaha rumahan dan UMKM diantaranya produksi arumanis, kerupuk basreng, rengginang dan kerupuk centir. Dalam perkembangan usaha ada beberapa kelompok usaha yang masih terkendala dalam inovasi produk, pemasaran, pengemasan dan disstribusi produksi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman ilmu tentang pentingnya melakukan motivasi dalam berwirausaha dan pentingnya melakukan inovasi pada usaha dengan kolaborasi ilmu dan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian lokal masyarakat. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi melalui penyampaian materi oleh narasumber, tanya jawab dan diskusi. Peserta dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah kelompok UMKM, kelompok Pemberdaya Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) serta masyarakat umum yang berjumlah 33 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu peserta kegiatan memperoleh berbagai manfaat seperti: menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya membangun motivasi dan jiwa kewirausahaan yang meliputi inovasi pada produk, pengemasan yang menarik pembeli serta pentingnya pembukuan selama kegiatan produksi berlangsung. Diharapkan dapat dijadikan pemberdayaan kepada masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usahanya serta siap dalam menghadapi persaingan pada tiap produk yang sama dengan keunggulan yang berbeda.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of school climate and school culture on verbal violence committed by students at school. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, and data collection techniques in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire, with a saturated sample technique. The results of this study indicate that school culture has a significant influence on verbal violence committed by students, while school climate does not provide a significant influence partially. This is evidenced by the t test which shows a significance value of the school culture variable of 0.002 with a calculated t value of 3.337, greater than the t table of 2.045. On the other hand, the school climate variable has a significance value of 0.125 with a calculated t value of 1.580, which means it is smaller than the t table and is not significant. However, based on the F test, the results show that simultaneously school climate and school culture have a significant influence on verbal violence committed by students. The results of the F test show a calculated F value of 13.034 and a significance of 0.000, less than 0.05. Based on the research findings, only school culture has been proven to directly influence verbal violence committed by students at school. However, when examined simultaneously, both school climate and culture have made significant contributions to this behavior.

Abstract

Literacy is one of the key factors that hinders the development of human resources. To improve the quality of human resources, it is essential to focus on eliminating illiteracy within the population. One of the primary goals of this outreach activity is to enhance the literacy skills of the local community in Sitanggal Village, located in Larangan District, Brebes Regency, Central Java. The residents of Sitanggal Village primarily rely on farming and entrepreneurship for their income. However, due to the village's isolated location, difficult access, and low economic status, many residents face challenges in accessing proper education. As a result, the illiteracy rate in this area is relatively high, further exacerbating the cycle of poverty. To address this issue, a collaboration has been established with the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Danawangsa Sitanggal, which has facilitated the eradication of illiteracy within the community. The literacy skills of the participants were assessed both before and after the program implementation using pre-tests and post-tests. The participants, aged between 35 and 59 years, totaled 50 individuals. The program was conducted in three stages: reading, writing, and arithmetic. Each stage was structured around specially designed teaching modules, employing engaging and interactive methods to ensure the participants' active involvement. The results of the program were highly encouraging. The participants' reading skills improved significantly, rising from 10% to 64%. Their writing skills saw a notable increase from 40% to 82%, and their counting skills improved drastically from 80% to 100%. These improvements highlight the success of the program and demonstrate the positive impact that literacy education can have on enhancing the overall quality of life for individuals in marginalized communities.
