Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan individu melakukan koping dan adaptasi dengan kesulitan yang ada. Orang tua dengan anak disabilitas intelektual memiliki tantangan dalam pengasuhan karena keterbatasan kognitif yang berdampak besar pada kemampuan bersosial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan dinamika resiliensi ibu yang memiliki anak disabiliyas intelektual. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan fenomenologis yang termasuk ke dalam penelitian kualitatif. Pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur pada tiga orang ibu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ibu memiliki kemampuan resilien yang dibuktikan dengan terbentuknya koping aktif dan adaptasi positif yang merefleksikan adanya perubahan pada pengelolaan emosi, kognisi, dan perilaku yang dijadikan persiapan menghadapi tantangan di masa yang akan datang.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi self awareness terhadap academic flow pada siswa SMK SMAK Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan siswa SMK SMAK Padang dengan teknik sampling menggunakan cluster sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 264 orang. Intrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala self awareness yang dikembangkan oleh Risyah (2022) berdasarkan aspek Goleman et al., (2002), dan skala academic flow yaitu Validation Os Study-Related Flow Inventory (WOLF) yang dikembangkan oleh (Bakker et al., 2017) yang diadaptasi ke bahasa Indonesia oleh Istivaiyah (2020). Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan signifikansi sebesar p=0.000 (p<0.05), korelasi (R) sebesar 0.567 dan nilai koefisien determinan (R square) sebesar 0.321. Artinya self awareness memiliki hubungan yang signifikan positif dengan academic flow dengan kontribusi sebesar 32.1%.

This study aims to determine the effect of intolerance of uncertainty on cyberchondria in early adult internet users. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample collection technique used in this study was purposive sampling. This study had a sample of 138 early adults in Padang City. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire distributed via a google form link. The research instrument used is the cyberchondria scale that has been compiled which refers to the Cyberchondria Severity Scale (CSS) which is made based on the dimensions described by Mcelroy & Shevlin (2014) which were then modified by Aulia (2019) to become 30 items with a reliability of 0.899 and uses an uncertainty intolerance scale that refers to the IUS-12 (Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale- Short Form) which is made based on aspects that have been developed by Carleton et al. (2007) as many as 12 items, which were then adapted into Indonesian by Bagaskara (2009) and have a reliability of 0.735. The results of data analysis obtained using simple linear regression analysis show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with an r-square value of 0.189 which indicates that there is a positive influence between intolerance of uncertainty on cyberchondria The higher the intolerance of uncertainty felt by individuals, the higher the cyberchondria in individuals, and vice versa the lower the intolerance of uncertainty in individuals, the lower the cyberchndria that occurs in individuals.

Early adulthood is a life stage closely associated with the formation of social relationships, including marriage, which remains a dominant norm and priority in many societies. However, the past decade has seen a rise in the number of early adult women choosing to remain single, including among the Minangkabau ethnic group. This phenomenon is often accompanied by negative social stigma, such as being labeled “perawan tua” (old maid), which may affect an individual’s psychological well-being. Psychological well-being reflects a person’s positive state in terms of self-acceptance, personal growth, and the ability to build healthy social relationships. This study aims to examine the relationship between social stigma and psychological well-being among unmarried early adult Minangkabau women. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed. The sample consisted of 100 unmarried women aged 25–49 years, selected through purposive sampling based on the Lemeshow sample size formula. Research instruments included a social stigma scale and a psychological well-being scale, analyzed using Pearson’s correlation test. The results revealed a significant positive correlation between social stigma and psychological well-being (r = 0.620; p = 0.001). These findings suggest that higher perceived social stigma is associated with higher psychological well-being, indicating the presence of adaptive mechanisms among single Minangkabau women in responding to stigma. Such mechanisms may foster psychological resilience and self-acceptance. This study contributes to the literature on cultural and gender psychology and offers practical implications for the development of interventions that strengthen self-acceptance and social resilience.

Counterproductive Work Behavior merupakan tindakan yang dapat merugikan organisasi, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Salah satu faktor yang diduga memiliki peran dalam memicu perilaku ini adalah job Insecurity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuka menguji hubungan antara Job Insecurity dengan Counterproductive Work Behavior pada satpam outsourcing di PT. X. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel terdiri dari 96 orang satpam outsourcing PT. X yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala Job Insecurity dan skala Counterproductive Work Behavior. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi pearson melalui perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif dan signifikan antara Job Insecurity dan Counterproductive Work Behavior dengan nilai koefisien r sebesar 0,629 dan p < 0,001 (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat Job Insecurity yang dirasakan, maka semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan individu untuk menunjukkan Counterproductive Work Behavior. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu memperhatikan dan mengelola rasa aman dalam bekerja bagi tenaga kerja outsourcing guna meminimilisasi dampak negatif terhadap performa dan suasana kerja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kesepian (loneliness) terhadap kecanduan media sosial Facebook pada populasi Ibu Bhayangkari. Latar belakang masalah didasari pada tuntutan peran Ibu Bhayangkari yang unik dan mobilitas tinggi, yang berpotensi memicu rasa kesepian, dan kecenderungan untuk menggunakan media sosial secara berlebihan sebagai mekanisme kompensasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Skala kecanduan media social digunakannya skala yang dikembangkan oleh Menayes (2016). Sedangkan skala kesepian menggunakan alat ukur dari De Jong Gievield Loneliness Scale. hasil menunjukan bahwa besarnya pengaruh kesepian (loneliness) terhadap kecanduan media sosial facebook pada ibu bhayangkari brimob polda sumbar yaitu 55,9% dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 (<0,05). Hal ini menuunjukan bahwa Ha diterima sedangkan Ho ditolak berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kesepian (loneliness) dengan kecanduan media sosial facebook pada ibu bhayangkari brimob polda Sumbar.

The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of impulsive buying to post-purchase regret of skincare products at TikTok Shop for female students in Padang City. The phenomenon of increasing impulsive shopping behavior on the TikTok Shop platform, especially for beauty products, is often followed by feelings of regret after purchase. This study uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The sample consisted of 100 female college students in Padang city who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Findings from simple linear regression analysis indicated a significant positive contribution between impulsive buying and post-purchase regret, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), also obtained an R square value of 0.757. This shows that impulsive buying contributes 75.7% to post-purchase regret. Therefore, if the higher the level of impulsive buying, the higher the likelihood of individuals experiencing post-purchase regret.

This study aims to determine the contribution of interpersonal trust and intimate friendship to self-disclosure among Generation Z users of second accounts. This phenomenon indicates that individuals use second accounts as a means of self-expression more openly compared to their main accounts, which tend to be public. The method applied in this study is quantitative with a correlational approach. The sample consists of 302 Generation Z users of second accounts residing in Padang City, using accidental sampling technique. The findings from multiple linear regression analysis show a significant positive contribution between interpersonal trust and intimate friendship to self-disclosure, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). An R square value of 0.259 was also obtained, meaning that interpersonal trust and intimate friendship together contribute 25.9% to self-disclosure. The findings indicate that interpersonal trust contributes 10.9% and intimate friendship contributes 15.1% to self-disclosure. Therefore, the higher the level of interpersonal trust and intimate friendship, the greater the likelihood that individuals will experience self-disclosure.

This study aims to examine the relationship between time management and work-life balance among female teachers in Kuranji District. The subjects consisted of 97 married female junior high school teachers who have children. A quantitative approach was used, employing Pearson’s product-moment correlation analysis. The research instruments included a time management scale and a work-life balance scale, both of which had been tested for validity and reliability, with Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.897 and 0.899, respectively. The analysis results indicate a positive and significant relationship between time management and work-life balance, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.205 and p = 0.044 (p < 0.05), although the strength of the relationship falls within the weak category. These findings suggest that the better female teachers are at managing their time, the higher their levels of balance between professional and personal life. The implications of this study underscore the importance of training and institutional support in enhancing time management skills to help female teachers achieve a more optimal work-life balance.

This study is motivated by the importance of achieving a balance between work demands and personal life for female lecturers, given their dual roles, which can influence job satisfaction. The research aims to analyze the impact of work-life balance on the job satisfaction of female lecturers at Universitas Negeri Padang. A quantitative method with a survey approach was employed, involving 89 female lecturers selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using linear regression. The results indicate a positive and significant correlation between work-life balance and job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). An R square value of 0.315 suggests that work-life balance accounts for 31.5% of the variation in job satisfaction. These findings affirm that a higher level of work-life balance increases the likelihood of achieving job satisfaction among female lecturers. The implications of this study highlight the need for institutional strategies to support the balance between professional and personal roles for female academics, in order to enhance overall performance and workplace well-being.
