Abstract

Pelaksanaan otonomi daerah, merupakan momentum bagi dimulainya proses implementasikebijakan pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Berlakunya otonomi daerah menimbulkan implikasi bagidaerah (kabupaten/kota) mengembangkan kemampuannya sumberdaya yang dimilikinya sehinggamenjadi produk unggulan yang memiliki keunggulan daya saing komparatif maupun kompetitif.Penentuan sektor unggulan di suatu daerah sangat diperlukan, karena berguna untuk menentukankebijakan prioritas sektor yang dipilih, sehingga investasi yang dilakukan terhadap sektor tersebutmemberikan multipler effect yang besar terhadap daerah tersebut. Sebanyak 30 sektor dari 54 sektorekonomi merupakan sektor unggulan kota Bandung, karena mempunyai nilai indeks komposit diatas rata-rata. Sektor yang paling diunggulkan adalah sektor “Perdagangan Komoditi Lainnya”.Sementara itu terdapat enam sektor, selain menjadi sektor-unggulan juga sektor-sektor yang palingresponsif ketika terjadi peningkatan permintaan akhir dalam perekonomian.

Abstract

The limitation of women’s opportunities in the activities of the performing arts in the past were opportunities associated with the regulation norms in the foundations of Minangkabau customs. Within the social order, Minangkabau custom placed a woman as a person having the autonomy known as Bundo Kanduang, a perfect woman that should be the model for her descendants, the light in the village, the one who can keep the beauty of the country. Because of this, the women’s participation was limited around Rumah Gadang. In Line with the development of the era, the improvement on formal and non-formal education makes the Minangkabau women aware their limitation to participate in the world of performance arts. Nowadays there is a great opportunity for the women to determine their own choices in the performance arts. This opportunity has resulted in the more dominant presence of woman in the Minangkabau performing arts. Particularly in the world of dancing, the initiators of dance creation art have produced the dances with both the masculine and feminine moves which can be performed by Minangkabau women in the world of performing arts. The most interesting thing is there is a widely open opportunity for the women make their own choices. However, all the movements and behaviors of the Minangkabau women should be based on the social norms that are set in the philosophy of sumbang duo baleh and Alua jo patuik Raso jo pareso. Abstract

Kehadiran anak usia dini dalam aktivitas tari tumbuh dengan pesat. Hal itu tampak baik dalam pendikan formal maupun nonformal. Namun yang sangat memprihatinkan tidak ada perbedaan materi yang ditampilkan antara orang dewasa dengan anak-anak, sehingga apa yang disajikan tidak maksimal. Hal ini terjadi karena lagu atau gerak tari yang ditampilkan tidak sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuan anak, misalnya wilayah suara atau gerak anak sesuai dengan kapasitas struktur anatomi, yang pada gilirannya apa yang hendak disampaikan tidak komunikatif. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut diperlukan penggalian dan pengembangan potensi kreatif yang dimulai dari usia dini. Dapat di pastikan jika anak telah diasah dan diasuh dari usia dini untuk memaksimalkan kemampuan potensi geraknnya maka akan lahirlah sejumlah penari yang professional yang pada giliranya akan meujudkan penari-penari yang fungsional. Untuk mengatasi fenomena di atas diperlukan kepedulian dari berbagai pihak, misalnya koreografer harus memproduksi tari yang sesuai dengan tingkat kesulitan gerak yang mampu dicapai oleh anak-anak. Para seniman seni yang bertindak sebagai instruktur harus mempertimbangkan materi yang sesuai dengan dunia anak-anak agar mereka dapat menampilkannya lebih luwes dan fleksibel. Di sisi lain kepedulian pengamat seni seperti Taman Budaya, Dewan Kesenian juga sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka memberi motivasi dan pengontrolan untuk menjaga kualitas baik lagu ataupun gerak tari yang ditampilkan. Abstract

Matoa leaves (Pometia pinnata) contain antioxidants that can prevent premature aging due to free radical damage to skin cells, reduce dark spots, acne, and improve collagen performance in the skin. The gel preparation was chosen because it provides a feeling of coolness, moisture, and good absorption on the skin and is easily washed off with water. The purpose of this research is to create a gel formula and conduct a physical evaluation of the ethanol extract of matoa leaf gel. This study employed an experimental method in which gel preparations were made from ethanol extract of matoa leaves at concentrations of 2%, 3%, and 4%. The organoleptic test results are thick, clear, light green, dark green, and dense dark green, with a distinct smell of ethanol extract of matoa leaves. F0, F1, F2, and F3 all pass the homogeneity test. The pH test results for F0, F1, F2, and F3 are 4-5. F0, F1, F2, and F3 dispersion tests were 6.1 cm, 5.3 cm, 5.7 cm, and 5.5 cm, respectively. As a result, the ethanolic extract of matoa leaves can be formulated as a gel preparation with favorable physical results.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran ialah bentuk tahap pembelajaran yang terbentuk dari awal sampai akhir pembelajaran yang disajikan oleh guru secara teratur dalampembelajaran sehinggatercapai sebuah tujuan pembelajaran. Komunikatif merupakan metode yang berlandaskan pada pemikiran bahwa kemampuan menggunakan bahasa dalam berkomunikasi merupakan tujuan yang harus dicapai dalam pembelajaran bahasa. Sedangkan kemampuan berbicara atas kata-kata untuk ialah kemampuan mengucapkan bunyi-bunyi artikulasi mengekspresikan, menyatakan, serta,menyampaikan pikiran, gagasan dan perasaan. Oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik memcoba melakukan penelitian tentang metode komunikatif dan penerapannya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara di Pondok Pesantren Taajussalam, adapun tujuan masalah penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan berbicara bahasa arab siswa setelah penerapan metode komunikatif di Pondok Pesantren Taajussalam. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengunankan metode experiment dengan pendekatan komunikatif, dan yang menjadi populasi seluruh siswa kelas VII Pondok Pesantren Taajussalam berjumlah 23 orang. Teknik pengambilan sample pada penelitian ini ialah dengan teknik Sampel Jenuh yaitu mengunakan seluruh populasi untuk menjadi sample dikarenakan jumlah populasi kurang dari 30 orang, serta instrument pada penelitian ini dengan obervasi dan tes. Setelah menganalisis data, peneliti menemukan hasil penelitian bahwa kemampuan berbicara siswa meningkat setelah penerapkan pendekatan komunikatif, dan bukti dari hasil pengujian SPSS 23 Perhitungan 0,136 lebih besar dari 0,05 dengan penilaian jika nilainya lebih dari 0,05 diterima, dan jika nilainya kurang dari 0,05 adalah ditolak. Kemudian bukti dari hasil kemampuan berbicara siswa menggunakan pre-test 61,32 dan post-test 78,70

Abstract

This research aims to assess and describe the application of the Kirkpatrick 4-level evaluation model in learning cultural arts (dance) at Xaverius Catholic High School Padang during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is an experimental study using the Kirkpatrick 4-level evaluation model. The population in this study were all XII grade students at Xaverius Catholic High School Padang, totaling 36 students. The data instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. This study uses the Kirkpatrick 4-Level Evaluation Model, in which each level has a way or technique for data collection. The data were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results of Level 1 research reaction with a questionnaire instrument with the acquisition of the average experimental class XII-IS (88.75) very good/satisfying category and the XII-MIA control class (85) very good/satisfying category Level 2 Learning: The results of the pre-test carried out by the experimental class XII-IS (72.25) category are quite good; the control class XII-MIA (76.25) category is good. Level 3 Attitude / Behavior (Behaviour) Experimental class XII-IS (62.5) good category, control class XII-MIA (92.5) very good category. Level 4 results: psychomotor skills owned by students from the experimental class XII-IS (76.87) are in the good category; control class XII-MIA (90.93) is in the very good category.

Abstract

إن اللغة العربية من المواد الدراسية المقررة في المدارس الإسلامية وفيها دورس كثيرة و منها درس القواعد اللغوية. ومن قواعد اللغة التي تعلّم في المرحلة المتوسطة بمدرسة القرآن هي قواعد الفعل. و كثير من الطلاب لا يفهمونها جيدا و خاضة قاعدة الفعل اللازم و الفعل المتعدي، و بعضهم يشعرون بملل و حيرة أثناء تعلم هذه القواعد. لذلك يحتاج المعلم طرق التعليم الجذابة في تعليمها للحصول على تحقيق الأغراض المرجوة. واستخدمت الباحثة طريقة TAI في تعليم مادة الفعل اللازم و الفعل المتعدي لأن بهذه الطريقة سيتعلم الطلاب في المجموعة غير متجانسة ويساعدون بعضهم بعضا. يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة كيفية إجراء عملية التدريس بطريقة TAI ومعرفة أثارها في ترقية فهم الطلاب في مادة الفعل اللازم والمتعدي،ومعرفة أثارها في دوافع التعلم عند هم. وطريقة البحث التي اعتمدت عليها الباحثة هي طريقة البحث الإجرائي، والمجتمع لهذا البحث طلاب الصف الثاني من مدرسة القرآن المتوسطة الإسلامية و عددهم أربعون طالبا تقريبا، وأما العينة هي الطلاب من الصف الثاني أ وعددهم ثلاثة و عشرون طالبا. وفي جمع البيانات قامت بالمقابلة الشخصية والملاحظة المباشرة والإختبارات القبلية والبعدية. وفي عملية إجراء التعليم قامت بتقسيم الطلاب إلى خمسة مجموعات غير متجانسة من حيث عقولهم لمعرفة قدراتهم في فهم الفعل اللازم والمتعدي بطريقة TAI. أما النتائج التي حصلت عليها فهي أن استخدام طريقة TAI تدفع الطلاب في تعلم الفعل اللازم والمتعدي وترفع قدراتهم في فهمهما وتكون هذه الطريقة مثيرة. وهذه الظاهرة نرى من نتائج الطلاب ، وهي في الدور الأول كانت الدرجة المعدلة 4،4 وفي الدور الثاني 8،8 و في الدور الثالث بالدرجة المعدلة 10.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of grade 8 students of SMPN 2 Padang towards the independent curriculum of dance and what are the obstacles that exist during the learning process This type of research is qualitative and quantitative research. The population of this study was all grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Padang as many as 244 students with a sample of 61 people. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The score from the questionnaire result data is calculated by percentage statistics. The results showed that students' perceptions of the independent curriculum for dance learning in grade VIII SMPN 2 Padang were good, because students gave a positive response to the independent curriculum for dance learning which can be seen from the acceptance and evaluation indicators. On the indicators of reception consist of motivation, attention and impression. Students are motivated and very enthusiastic about learning dance using an independent curriculum, because they can work in groups that will foster an attitude of solidarity. Student attention to learning dance using an independent curriculum is very high, because students really want to know more about art learning through the internet. Students are very impressed and agree to learning dance using this independent curriculum, because students can explore their potential and be more confident. In the evaluation indicators, most students answered that they felt completely unburdened by the existence of an independent curriculum in dance learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the extracurricular contribution to the dancing skills of SMA 1-5 Kartika students. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are collecting data, identifying data, classifying data and inferring data. The results showed that the development of student interest through extracurricular dance is carried out through the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. Planning is carried out through cooperation between school principals, student representatives and coaching teachers so that the implementation of extracurricular activities as self-development can be carried out conducively. The implementation of extracurricular dance activities is carried out outside school hours. Evaluations are carried out by the principal, student representatives, coaches / trainers who are carried out every event, baralek gadang and school farewell. In its implementation, extracurricular dance has been running well and smoothly. Extracurricular dance can develop students' interest in dance in interlectual, spicomotor and spicological aspects. Supporting factors in the implementation of extracurricular dance are the availability of facilities and infrastructure as support in this activity, the quality of trainers / coaches who have knowledge in the field of dance and are able to design this activity, high student interest so that students are the absence of basic student dance so that students are slow to understand the movements given.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe Art Performances in a Series of Wedding Parties in Pondok Tinggi District, Sungai TFull City, Jambi Province. The type of research used is qualitative research with the method used is descriptive analysis. The object of this study is Art in a series of wedding parties, namely art activities in the form of joyful performances of Rentak Kudo. The research instruments or tools are the researchers themselves and are assisted by supporting instruments such as smartphone cameras, voice recorders and flash disks. The data collection techniques used are literature studies, direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The steps taken by the researcher in analyzing the data are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Art Performance at the Wedding Party is described in accordance with the conceptual framework which includes: 1) The relationship between the community of Sungai TFull City and the art performance at the wedding. 2) The relationship between the meaning of art performances based on textual, which consists of movement, expression, floor patterns, dancers, costumes, music, makeup, and performance venues with contextual, namely consisting of wedding parties, wedding processions and social values
