The development of digital technology has driven changes in dance learning practices, particularly in the use of media and learning strategies that are more adaptive to student characteristics. However, various studies related to digital technology-based dance learning still tend to be fragmented and focus on the use of specific media separately, thus not providing a complete picture of the pedagogical function of technology in dance learning. This article aims to analyze and map various forms of digital technology and their pedagogical functions in the development of dance learning, particularly in the context of elementary education. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by examining scientific articles relevant to the topic of digital technology-based dance learning. The results of the study indicate that visual digital media plays a role in supporting the understanding of movement structure and details, online learning platforms facilitate learning management and reflection, interactive applications increase engagement and personalization of practice, and social media opens up space for creative expression and collaborative appreciation. The integration of various forms of digital technology shows that dance learning becomes more effective when technology is designed in an integrated manner and aligned with the learning objectives and characteristics of movement-based learning. These findings provide conceptual implications for the development of dance arts learning designs that are more systemic, adaptive to technological developments, and still uphold the values of creativity and aesthetic experiences of students.

Pembelajaran seni musik di tingkat menengah seringkali menghadapi tantangan dikotomi antara penguasaan teori musik yang bersifat kognitif dan keterampilan praktik instrumen yang bersifat psikomotorik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas Project-Based Learning (PjBL) sebagai model pedagogis untuk menyeimbangkan kedua aspek tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis (SLR) kualitatif dengan menelusuri artikel-artikel ilmiah dari basis data Google Scholar dalam rentang 10 tahun terakhir (2015–2025). Kriteria inklusi difokuskan pada studi kasus PjBL dalam pendidikan seni musik instrumen di Indonesia. Hasil utama menunjukkan bahwa PjBL efektif menjembatani dikotomi teori-praktik melalui tugas-tugas autentik seperti aransemen lagu dan pertunjukan kelas. PjBL secara konsisten meningkatkan pemahaman teori musik karena teori diintegrasikan sebagai alat untuk memecahkan masalah praktik, bukan sebagai tujuan akhir. Selain itu, PjBL terbukti meningkatkan motivasi, kreativitas, dan kemampuan kolaborasi siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa PjBL adalah model esensial yang direkomendasikan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran seni musik yang holistik dan relevan dengan tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Dance education in schools plays an important role in developing students’ creativity, aesthetic appreciation, and character. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, such as limited learning media, less varied teaching methods, and low student engagement. This article aims to evaluate dance learning based on interactive digital media as an innovative effort to improve the quality of education. The research method employed is evaluative research with a qualitative descriptive approach, including observation, interviews, and analysis of learning documentation. The evaluation results indicate that the use of interactive digital media can enhance students’ learning motivation, understanding of dance movement materials, and active participation in the learning process. In addition, interactive digital media facilitate teachers in delivering learning materials in a more engaging and contextual manner. Therefore, the evaluation of dance learning based on interactive digital media can serve as a foundation for developing innovative and sustainable learning strategies to improve the quality of arts education in schools. Evaluation in dance is often viewed as a subjective process that is difficult to standardize. This study aims to reformulate the definition of evaluation in the context of dance by considering pedagogical and professional aspects. Using qualitative methods through literature studies, this study analyzes various aesthetic theories and art criticism to find essential elements in the assessment of dance works. The results show that dance evaluation is a reflective-analytical process involving technical description, formal analysis, and interpretation of meaning. This definition shifts the evaluation paradigm from mere numerical assessment to a critical dialectic that bridges the choreographer's artistic vision with audience appreciation. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that a robust definition of evaluation is essential to ensure objectivity and improve the quality of contemporary dance development.

This study aims to review artistic creation and movement from the perspectives of aesthetics and creativity using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The review analyzed relevant studies published between 2019 and 2025 through the PRISMA framework. The findings identified four main themes: movement as aesthetic expression, creativity in artistic creation, the contribution of movement arts to individual development, and the integration of aesthetics and creativity in arts education. The results show that movement serves not only as physical activity but also as a medium for artistic expression. Creativity supports the development of innovative and meaningful artistic works, while movement arts contribute to cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. The study concludes that aesthetics and creativity are essential foundations in artistic creation and movement-based arts
