Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the composition analysis recuerdos de la Alhambra works of Francisco Tarrega. This research uses a qualitative approach through analysis study (content analysis). Data collection through literature studies and laboratory work. Analysis of the composition Recuerdos de la Alhambra examines the form of songs that includes motifs, phrases, periods and cultivation techniques that include the technique of playing the right hand and left hand playing techniques. The theory used prier theory, Banoe and Poerwadarmita. That said point a is a collection of motifs, phrases, periods and cultivation techniques. The composition of the research results Recerdos de la Alhambra works of Francisco Tarrega consists of a 55-bar using ¾ time signature by using the basic tone C major and modulated to the basic tone of A major. Song form consists of a form that is A (a a '), consists of two motives in the phrase antecedents and motives in the phrase concequens 3. In the arable techniques there are two, namely the technique of the game in the right hand and left hand technique in the game. On the right hand playing techniques there is one bar that uses apoyando and and tirando which include: there are two bars which uses techniques tirando on chords, arpeggios and a 1-bar at 52 bars in tremolo. Abstract

Riau Province is one of the areas with natural resources is very high. The condition is directly aligned with the number of criminal acts of illegal trade in wildlife. Based on this understanding, the authors formulated two formulation of the problem, namely: First, Do causes of the illegal trade in wildlife is protected pursuant to Act No. 5 of 1990 on Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems in the jurisdiction Ditreskrimsus Riau Police ?. Second, How the criminal responsibility of the perpetrators of criminal acts illegal trade in wildlife is protected pursuant to Act No. 5 of 1990 on Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems in the jurisdiction Ditreskrimsus Riau Police ?.This type of research can be classified in this type of sociological juridical research, because this research author directly conduct research on the location or point examined in order to provide a complete and clear picture of the problems to be studied. This research was conducted in Ditreskrimsus Riau Police, while the sample population is a whole party with regard to the issues examined in this study, the data source used, primary data, secondary data, and the data terier, technical data collection in this study with interviews and literature study then analyzed qualitatively and process data and generate descriptive data and then infer deductively.From the research problem there are two main things that can be summed up as follows: First, the factors that cause illegal trade in wildlife is protected pursuant to Act No. 5 of 1990 on Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems in the jurisdiction Ditreskrimsus Riau Police, Lack on public awareness and knowledge of wildlife, economic factors being one of the very important, conflict between people and wildlife, high demand from buyers, and less specifically punishment or sanctions given to the perpetrators of criminal acts. Second, the criminal responsibility of the perpetrators of the crime of illegal trade in wildlife is protected pursuant to Act No. 5 of 1990 on Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems in the jurisdiction Ditreskrimsus Riau Police.Keywords: Criminal Liability – Crime - Illegal Trade in Wildlife

Abstract

The change of Minister of Education is often followed by new policies that cause various reactions among the public, including students and educators. This study aims to understand public perceptions of the change of Minister of Education and its implications for curriculum policy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a questionnaire-based interview data collection method to educators and students. The results showed that most respondents had positive expectations of the new minister, especially regarding improving the quality of education and reducing the administrative burden on teachers. However, there were concerns about repeated curriculum changes. Respondents emphasized the importance of inclusive communication, strengthening the role of teachers and improving education infrastructure. Active stakeholder support is considered essential in realizing relevant, effective and sustainable education policies.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of salafiyah (traditional Islamic) and modern curricula at Darul Amien Islamic Boarding School in Gembolo, Banyuwangi, in response to the challenges of Islamic education in the modern era. The research aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum integration in pesantren education management. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the pesantren has successfully combined classical Islamic texts with formal school curricula into a unified system. The learning activities follow a structured level system, with regular evaluations conducted by school administrators. Challenges such as students' low motivation toward general subjects are addressed through personal mentoring and adaptive curriculum strategies. This integration improves the quality of graduates in both religious and societal competencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran budaya sekolah dalam pembentukan identitas keislaman siswa pada jenjang pendidikan menengah. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada pentingnya sekolah sebagai agen sosialisasi dalam mentransmisikan nilai-nilai keagamaan, khususnya di lingkungan pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus pada sebuah sekolah Islam di Jakarta Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik budaya sekolah seperti shalat berjamaah, pembacaan Al-Qur’an, infaq rutin, dan pembiasaan salam secara konsisten mampu membentuk identitas keislaman siswa, baik dalam aspek kesadaran nilai, sikap, maupun perilaku. Proses internalisasi nilai-nilai Islami berlangsung melalui habituasi sosial dan penguatan kolektif dalam lingkungan sekolah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan identitas religius siswa tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kurikulum, tetapi juga oleh budaya sekolah yang hidup dan partisipatif. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan budaya sekolah Islami perlu dikelola secara holistik untuk memperkuat karakter dan identitas siswa secara utuh.

Abstract

Cultural differences in schools can affect student interaction, especially in learning activities, which has the potential to cause misunderstandings. This study aims to describe the strategies applied by PAI teachers in overcoming differences in intercultural communication among grade XI students of SMKN 1 Jakarta. Methods This research uses Mix Methods. Qualitative approach with a focus on data collection through direct observation, interviews, and document analysis. The method also uses a quantitative approach and field research using the Google Forms platform to take student responses. The findings were then processed using Likert scale calculations using SPSS. Based on the results of the data analysis of the paired samples t-test, it is known that there is a significant difference between variable X (PAI teacher strategy) and variable Y (differences in intercultural communication). It can be seen from the significance value (2-tailed) of 0.00<0.05 which means that there is a significant influence of the treatment of variable X (PAI teacher strategy) on variable Y (differences in intercultural communication), which can be interpreted that the PAI teacher's strategy in overcoming differences in intercultural communication is declared effective.
