Abstract

The phenomenon in the community regarding the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 period has become a new habit for students, students, and lecturers. The sample set in this study amounted to 100 respondents (students, students, teachers, and lecturers) in the Panai Hulu sub-district. is a coastal area in Labuhanbatu Regency with a purposive sampling technique. Each indicator must be tested for instrument validity and reliability. Precise data analysis using path analysis with IBM SPSS and AMOS applications. The results of the study show that online learning has a direct effect on learning satisfaction, lecturer competence has a direct effect on learning satisfaction, and learning satisfaction has a direct effect on learning motivation. The implementation of online learning with distance learning is almost similar, the difference in online learning during the covid-19 period has used various platforms such as google classroom, google meet, zoom, Microsoft teams, and various other online learning applications, this is a manifestation of the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the field of learning today more real in front of us so that it has an impact on humans in the future.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction in covid-19 conditions and situations that need to be considered are those employees who work in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) units. Interestingly, peeling employee job satisfaction in scientific studies is expected to provide various inputs to business managers or business owners who are controlled through work autonomy and innovative behavior in organizations. This research was conducted on the community in the Rantaurapat area around. The questionnaires collected were 100 questionnaires, the respondents in this study were 100 respondents. This research is research using quantitative methods, the researcher in this case distributes questionnaires to get data from respondents using Google Form, and then the data is analyzed using the help of SPSS 23 and AMOS version 23. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been trusted in the previous section, it can be concluded that work autonomy can increase job satisfaction in employees and be able to increase employee innovation behavior. The firm that can provide opportunities for their employees to develop and innovate without feeling pressured at work will provide satisfaction to these employees in working and advancing the company. The results of this study also indicate that job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of job satisfaction on innovation behavior, because the direct effect of job autonomy on innovative behavior was greater than indirect effect via job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect of product quality and service quality variables on customer satisfaction which is moderated by customer loyalty as well as a source of internal strength for the Mekar Sari Village Business Unit in running its business, another goal that is expected from this research is the Mekar Sari Village Community Enterprise as a company owned by the village community, especially the managers. Bumdes Mekar Sari that product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty are important factors in marketing and become a benchmark for determining the success of a refill drinking water depot business. This research includes quantitative descriptive research, the sample in this study is a loyal customer of Bumdes Mekar Sari Selat Besar Village which has been a member for 1 year as many as 130 customers, the determination of the sample in this study applied purposive sampling. Collecting data in this study using primary data (questionnaire) which contains questions regarding the indicators of product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty variables. To solve the problems studied, data analysis techniques used path analysis with SPSS and AMOS applications. From the results of research and hypothesis testing, it was found that product quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty. Product quality has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Service quality has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the marketing concept applied by the management of Puri Al-Fatih Housing through the house design approach and occupant satisfaction and accommodation to the image of Puri Al-Fatih Housing. The sample used is 70 people who are residents who live in Puri Al-Fatih Housing. Measurement of the instrument was carried out thoroughly with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used path analysis (SPSS and Amos). The results of the study found that the house design variable had a significant effect on the occupant satisfaction variable with a coefficient of 0.540> 0.05. The home design variable has a significant effect on the image variable with a path coefficient between 0.460 > 0.05. Finally, the occupant satisfaction variable has a significant effect on the image variable with a path coefficient of 0.277> 0.05. The implication of this research shows that the house design variable has a coefficient value compared to other tested variables so that the home design variables can be shown which can be the right variables in measuring occupant satisfaction and image.

Abstract

Student Worksheet (LKPD) is a supporting tool as a tool to A teacher who takes a student-to-student approach also requires expertise in leading a class so that a learning process is created in accordance with existing rules. This is called the quality of human resources and managerial abilities. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 3094 people and the sample used was selected using the slovin formula with a total of 100 people. The data analysis method used in this study is component or variance based structural equation modeling where the data processing uses Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. The results of the study stated that the quality of human resources obtained a T-statistic value of 3.338> 1.96 with a P-value of 0.001. This means that the quality of human resources has a significant effect on competence, or H1 is accepted. Then managerial ability obtains a T-statistic value of 4.559 <1.96 with a P-value of 0.210. This means that managerial ability has a significant effect on competence, or H2 is accepted.
