Abstract

Quality of service as one of the efforts of PT. Era Krazu Energi Nusantara to continuously improve the quality of all processes, services and products produced. Based on the results of interviews with customers, complaints related to service quality and customer satisfaction are influenced by several factors, apart from product quality and price, the most important of which are service quality and personal factors that annoy individual customers. The results of the study using the Service Quality and Importance Performance Analysis methods, on the quality of service, it is known that there are several attributes indicating that the current quality of service is still not as expected by customers. Based on the calculation of Gap 5 from the service quality questionnaire, the highest results were obtained and had an effect on service quality, namely attribute X4 with a gap value of -0.33823, which is a strategic location attribute. Based on Importance Performance Analysis, the highest value is obtained from the attribute value in quadrant I at X7 (Employees' willingness to handle complaints quickly), and X11 (Employees are honest with consumers).

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan dengan berfokus pada sektor jasa transportasi pengangkutan barang dengan pendirian di Surabaya. Melalui terjadinya peningkatan permintaan pelanggan pada jasa pengankutan barang. Dalam observasi awal yang dilaksanakan peneliti ada sejumlah kecelakaan kerja yang dialami pekerja saat proses kerja berlangsung dimana penyebab dari kecelakaan kerja itu dikarenakan atas lingkungan, mesin, manusia, metode, beserta material dengan tidak baik atau tidak layak digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui identifikasi risiko kecelakaan kerja yang bisa mempengaruhi pekerja di PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini juga menggabungkan dua metode yakni metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) beserta diagram Fishbone. Hasil dari penelitian ini memiliki 7 kegagalan berisiko dari 11 kejadian dalam perusahaan PT. XYZ, dengan hasil tertinggi perhitungan RPN (risk priority number) sebesar 71,94 persen dengan faktor kegagalan perbaikan piston truk dengan risiko tangan mengalami terjepit dengan penyebab tidak memakai alat pelindung ketika melakukan perbaikan piston dengan solusi Perhatikan posisi jari, tangan maupun bagian tubuh lainnyadiantara objek apa saja.

Abstract

PT. ABC is a company that has a cooking oil production business. In order to remain competitive with similar companies, the quality of the product must be maintained and improved. One of the problems of PT. ABC is the existence of leakage in the pillow pack packaging. The Six Sigma method can be used to identify the triggers for the leaking. This community service activity provides suggestions for improving the pillow pack cooking oil packaging process so that the amount of leaking can be reduced. Proposals are prepared by identifying the packaging process with reference to the Six Sigma method assisted by several statistical tools (check sheets, stratification, Pareto diagrams as well as fishbone diagrams). It was found that the highest leakage occurred on the horizontal side of the pillow pack (55%). On the basis of these findings, the proposed improvements lead to making a machine repair schedule at certain hours and then carrying out maintenance on the filling machine.

Abstract

PT. ABC bergerak di bidang pelayanan jasa kontruksi pada departemen civil dan elektrikal yang menangani pekerjaan pembongkaran resting sheed. Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam mengindertifikasi adanya bahaya, evaluasi risiko dan pengendalian risiko pada bidang pelayanan jasa kontruksi. Adapun metode dalam melaksanakan identifikasi, evaluasi dan pengendalian risiko dalam kegiatan tersebut mengunakan metode Job Safety Analisis (JSA) pendekatan HIRARC sesuai dengan standart K3 yang berlaku. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui 8 potensi bahaya dari 7 aktivitas yang dilaksanakan pada pekerjaan pembongkaran resting sheed, adapun 2 aktivitas yang dikategorikan rendah, 4 kemugkinan terjadi bahaya dikelompokkan pada tingkat risiko tinggi dan 2 potensi bahaya dikategorikan dalam tingkat risiko extreme. Pengendalian risiko diharap dapat mencegah kecelakaan kerja dengan membuat lingkungan kerja aman serta mengurangi keadaan tidak aman (unsafe condition) dan perilaku tidak aman (unsafe action).

Abstract

PT XYZ is a steel wire specialist company engaged in manufacturing. PT. XYZ also makes quality the company's quality so that it will have a competitive advantage against competitors in the world market, because not all companies are able to make quality a superior strategy to compete. Therefore, companies are required to produce products with good quality. But in reality, the production field experienced various problems during the work process which resulted in defective products in the production process which were not good and raised question marks. This study aims to use the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method in order to reduce product defects. In this study, an assessment was carried out with the calculation results in the form of an RPN (Risk Priority Number) value by filling out a questionnaire. In this method there are several tools used to help solve problems, namely pareto charts, fishbone diagrams,and flowcharts. In order to obtain data acquisition of 13 indicators of product defects at PT XYZ. The results showed that the highest risk of defects in corrugated wire products was loose roll bolts with an RPN value of 240, over diameters were deformed/rough dies with an RPN value of 336, and scratched wire was deformed/rough dies with an RPN value of 392.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan usaha kuliner khususnya dibidang kafe semakin pesat setiap tahunnya. Perkembangan kafe yang pesat ini didasari sebab adanya perubahan sikap masyarakat. Kafe dengan konsep modern merupakan salah satu usaha yang sedang berkembang pesat saai ini dengan menjual berbagai jenis kopi yang diminati berbagai konsumen. Kouna coffee Shop ialah salah satu kafe yang menyediakan aneka macam minuman kopi dan camilan, baik original maupun kombinasi minuman lain. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, coffee shop banyak bermunculan dengan konsep yang berbeda-beda. Tentu menjadi persaingan semakin tinggi dalam keberlangsungan usaha. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu desain peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dengan pendekatan metode service quality dan Improvement Gap Analysis di Kouna Kafe. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semua atribut yang berjumlah 30 pernyataan memiliki nilai gap negatif yang berarti terdapat kesenjangan antaa tingkat keinginan pelanggan dengan tingkat kepuasannya. Melalui metode Improvement Gap Analysis diketahui Kouna kafe memilik dua atribut  dengan kategori critical to improvement yaitu kesungguhan karyawan dalam mengutamakan kepentingan konsumen dan kemudahan mendapatkan informasi kafe melalui media sosial. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Kouna kafe yaitu melakukan training rutin terkait pelayanan konsumen sehingga karyawan lebih paham dan loyal dalam melayani pelanggan dan sebaiknya Kouna kafe aktif dalam berbagai macam sosial media.

Abstract

PT. AMA is a company operating in the goods distribution industry (cement-non-cement). A problem that is the focus of research at PT. AMA is a delay in delivery by the company's fleet. In this research, the method used is the integration of the Lean Six Sigma model which combines the philosophy of waste reduction from Lean and the high-level quality control approach from Six Sigma where with the help of research using Visual Stream Mapping to visualize the company's operational processes to identify in more depth the root of the problems that cause there is a delay in the delivery of goods. Which results in a total lead time of 770 minutes and value-added time of 420 minutes with an error rate of 22% and a Six Sigma value of 2.29. Proposed improvements to the new goods distribution operational system using the 5W-1H method analysis. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the integration of the Lean Six Sigma model significantly reduces waste, optimizes a distribution process and increases on-time delivery.
