Abstract

The application of the Sanjai Sukarasa chips marketing strategy to customer satisfaction using the STP and 4P methods. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies, customer satisfaction, and provide recommendations to improve the marketing of Sanjai Sukarasa chips products. The research method applied is a quantitative approach by collecting data through filling out questionnaires. The results showed that the company uses a differentiation marketing strategy with a focus on product quality and promotion. In addition, consumer satisfaction with Sanjai Sukarasa chips products is quite high, but there are still several things that need to be improved. The recommendations given include improving product quality, increasing promotion, and developing new products.

Abstract

Mini rengginang is a traditional Indonesian food which has been innovated into a snack and can be consumed by all groups, both young and old. This research aims to identify and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase market penetration of mini rengginang products in the snack food industry. The SWOT evaluation method is used to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats associated with a product in a competitive market. Meanwhile, the application of the marketing mix aims to optimize product, price, promotion and distribution elements in order to achieve the specified marketing objectives. By integrating these two methods, this research seeks to provide a comprehensive view of how to address market challenges, identify competitive advantages, and adapt marketing strategies to gain a competitive edge in the ever-evolving snack food industry.

Abstract

Sinom drink product "FA DRINK" is a traditional drink that has many benefits for the body. In the development of its business, this beverage product has constraints in developing products to be accepted by the community. One of the problems encountered is the large number of similar beverage products on the market. The development strategy that will be carried out is based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) method, which is then sorted by the QSPM matrix to get a priority strategy. The results showed the total weight of the IFE matrix score of 3.319 and EFE of 2.990 so that the company was in a grow and build condition. Based on the QSPM matrix, the highest value is 6.863 and the lowest value is 5.17. Product development strategy recommendations based on the QSPM matrix are to collaborate with traders to increase sales, marketing by participating in exhibitions, improving product packaging to make it more attractive strengths

Abstract

PT XZY is a company in the industrial sector that produces instant noodles. In the production process, PT XZY faces several problems that cause product defects, especially in the packaging of Bumbu Oil Mie Goreng (BOMG). This packaging has several deficiencies such as quality defects (squashed packaging, folded edges, contents not up to standard) and unstable productivity. Therefore, this study aims to identify the factors that affect product defects and conduct development to improve quality and productivity. This research uses the Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) method with the stages of Define, Measure, Analyze, Design (DMAD). Based on the results of research using the design from six sigma method, it states that the highest sigma value of defects occurs with a total sigma value of 2,910 and also produces the highest value of defects in the noodle packaging squash factor of 38% resulting from the Pareto diagram.
