Abstract

Pegadaian Syariah is a state-owned company engaged in the field of non-bank financial institutions in the form of a unit from PT. Indonesian Pawnshop. Pegadaian Syariah is generally in charge of distributing financing in the form of providing loan money to people in need based on the pawn law. In addition, sharia pawnshops also have various products including Gold Savings. The Gold Savings product provides a new account opening service in the form of gold savings with a very cheap minimum deposit. The purpose of this study is that the author knows how the company in managing the role of the quality of gold savings products at PT. Pegadaian (prsero) UPS Madina. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using literature studies and interviews with several customers at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) UPS Madina. The results of this study state that gold savings products play a very important role in helping people invest in gold using the saving method. In addition to a low minimum deposit, an easy service system, also the system used at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) UPS Madina applies sharia-compliant principles so that customers are also avoid the practice of usury.

Abstract

Financing is an activity in channeling funds to parties other than banks based on sharia principles. The distribution of funds in the form of financing is based on the trust given by the owner of the funds to the users of the funds in the form of financing that will surely pay off. The purpose of this study was to determine the operational mechanism of Ar-rum financing and Ar-rum’s financing impact on the development of MSMEs. Based on the research results, the customers of Ar-rum Financing are customers who have a business and have been running for at least 1 year. The operational mechanism of Ar-Num Financing is, first, the pawnshop receives the application file for Ar-run financing from the customer, secondly checks the validity of the documents attached by the customer and conducts business feasibility analysis interviews and assesses the collateral. Third, the disbursement of Ar-rum’s financing funds after signing a financing agreement known to the husband and wife. After customers receive Ar-rum financing, the average customer income increases every month.

Abstract

Pegadaian (Persero) Madina Syariah Service Unit carries out pawning with a purpose that is in accordance with the pawnshop’s mission, namely providing convenience to people who want to make transactions that are halal, providing superior returns for investors and PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Madina’s services have met the requirements in accordance with the legal umbrella of sharia pawnshops, but there are also customers who cancel their pawn financing because customers feel that the pawn items assessed are not in accordance with the customer’s wishes. The supporting factors for Madina sharia pawnshop customers to obtain pawn financing at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Madina Sharia Service Unit are the cooperation between Madina sharia pawnshops and customers both in fulfilling requirements, financing procedures and financing processes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of waqf testaments for sharia insurance policies. Based on the Fatwa DSN MUI variation 106/DSN-MUI/X/2016 concerning the Benefits of Waqf Insurance and Funding Benefits in Sharia Life Insurance, it is regulated that the challenge for assets that may be waqf is 45% while in Waqf law it is 1/3 of wealth or Syirkah. This study uses a qualitative technique by using a literature study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of waqf wills in sharia insurance policies has not been fully implemented and well controlled..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Pembiayaan Kepemilikan Rumah Bersubsidi Pada Masa Pandemi  Covid-19 di Bank Sumut Cabang Syariah Sibolga. Latar belakang permasalahan adalah jumlah nasabah pembiayaan kepemilikan rumah bersubsidi mengalami perkembangan fluktuatif, dan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 bank melakukan pembatasan target pasar, dengan melakukan pemasaran kepada nasabah dengan pendapatan tetap (fixed income) untuk menghindari peningkatan pembiayaan bermasalah. Sedangkan permintaan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR) terhadap pembiayaan kepemilikan rumah bersubsidi relatif tinggi karena masih banyaknya masyarakat yang belum memiliki rumah sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT dengan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sebelumnya, peneliti harus mengetahui bagaimana kondisi perusahaan, baik faktor internal maupun eksternal yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam melakukan pemasaran produk. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil informasi yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dari strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan perusahaan. Kemudian hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Sumut Cabang Syariah Sibolga berada pada kuadran I (growth) yang ditunjukkan pada Diagram Cartesius dengan penerapan strategi Growth Oriented Strategy. Hal ini merupakan situasi yang sangat menguntungkan bagi perusahaan, perusahaan memiliki kekuatan sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang dan meminimalkan kelemahan untuk menghadapi tantangan.Kata Kunci : Strategi Pemasaran dan Analisis SWOT

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of trust on customer retention Askrida insurance. and the effect of satisfaction on customer retention for Askrida insurance. The population in this study are customers who have used the services of PT. Asuransi ASKRIDA SYARIAH Medan Branch for more than 1 year or more. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 22.00 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer retention of PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA SYARIAH Medan branch, (2) Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer retention of PT. Asuransi ASKRIDA SYARIAH Medan branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how zakat funds seek to improve the economy in the city of Medan. In this study using qualitative research methods with data collection taking from accurate sources such as previous journals and books that discuss zakat. The results of the study show that the empowerment of zakat funds in economic growth in the city of Medan is very good and properly managed by the Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ) in the city of Medan.

Abstract

Shari'ah pawnshops run on two sharia transaction contracts, namely a rahn (pawning) contract to obtain the desired loan amount and an ijarah (lease) contract to pay the pawnshop employees for maintaining, caring for and storing the goods that are deposited because the pawnshop is an institution. a business whose orientation is profit oriented or also looking for profit. This research is qualitative, in which the research has procedures to produce descriptive data in the form of data packaged from the speaker's sentences in writing or orally regarding the behavior of the object being observed. This method uses a descriptive analysis approach which is closely related to the subject matter, namely the optimization of contracts in the system and procedures for the application of pawn products at PT. Pegadaian UPS Sibuhuan. Then, the results of the analysis found that the system and procedure for the application of pawn products with sharia transaction contracts were optimal and appropriate, so that good pawn transactions were established between the company and customers which aimed at creating good cooperation between the two.

Abstract

Abstract.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of convenience, product quality, price and creation on copping opinions on the Facebook Marketplace. This type of exploration is quantitative with a check system. Repliers in this study were scholars of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra as numerous as 100 people. The slice fashion used is intentional slice. The system used in this study is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling( SEM) grounded on friction, videlicet Patrial Least Forecourt( PLS). The results show that there's an influence of convenience on copping opinions, there's an influence of product quality on copping opinions, there's an influence of price on copping opinions, and there's an influence of creation on copping opinions. Abstrak.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan, kualitas produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian  di Marketplace Facebook. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/I Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ) yang berbasis varians yaitu Patrial Least Square ( PLS ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kemudahan terhadap keputusan pembelian, ada pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, ada pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan ada pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian
