Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian dalam mendukung pengendalian intern pada perusahaan PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) KebunBandar Selamat Kec.Aek Songsongan Kab.Asahan, apakah sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian sudah sesuai dengan teori dalam pelaksanaannya dan apakah sudah mendukung pengendalian intern, serta solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang menyebabkan sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian belum mendukung pengendalian intern. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang yang merupakan pegawai di perusahaan PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat Kec. Aek Songsongan Kab. Asahan adalah Manager perusahaan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat Kec. Aek. Songsongan Kab. Asahan, bagian Personalia perusahaan PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat Kec. Aek Songsongan Kab. Asahan, bagian Akuntansi Penggajian perusahaan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat Kec. Aek Songsongan Kab. Asahan, dan bagian Keuangan perusahaan PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat Kec. Aek. Songsongan Kab. Asahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ini menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian pada perusahaan PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat Kec. Aek Songsongan Kab. Asahan sudah menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi tetapi belum mendukung dalam pengendalian intern karena belum sesuai dengan teori diantaranya kurangnya fungsi yang digunakan, dokumen yang digunakan dan catatan akuntansi yang digunakan, dan kurang memadainya sistem otorisasi dalam melaksanakan praktek yang sehat dalam unsur yang terdapat dalam pengendalian intern

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the agent's communication process in marketing insurance products has an effect on buying motivation by prospective customers. Through the use of qualitative descriptive research methods. data collection method using interviews, and collecting some insights from the literature, which focuses on the steps in describing the strategy directed by PT. Prudential Syariah Binjai which will increase its customers. So the search results show that, in the Prucinta Product Marketing communication strategy, PT. Prudential Syariah Binjai, they use a marketing communication strategy to attract potential customers, so that potential customers are influenced and know more and feel confident about Prucinta's products as a guarantee in the future, we can see beliefs and actions that are seen as guidelines. Therefore, agents must carry out two-way communication with prospective customers to get decisions and influence trust by using effective communication to achieve the goal of designing and socializing about insurance so that public understanding about insurance increases.

Abstract

Insurance is a two-party arrangement in which the majority of Indonesians have signed insurance agreements or policies with state and commercial insurance organizations. It’s a waste of money and serves no use. It may be inferred that the goal of this study is to use qualitative data collection approaches such as literature reviews and interviews with a variety of consumers or customers at the PT Prudential Branch Binjai. Abstract

Sharia insurance is an effort to help or protect each other between fellow human beings. The funds contained in sharia insurance will be donated to sharia insurance participants when a risk or disaster befalls the customer. These funds are known as Tabarru funds, this will certainly minimize the risks that occur between sharia insurance customers. In an insurance company, both in terms of conventional and sharia insurance types, an agent is needed. The performance of an agent is certainly very influential on the progress or failure of an insurance company, as well as a liaison or mediator to prospective customers. whether or not when the prospect, as well as providing solutions to prospective customers when choosing a product suitable for him, is also a form of the agent's responsibility. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of agents in developing understanding of sharia insurance against prospective customers of Pt.Prudential Life Assurance, Binjai Branch. This study used a qualitative method with data collection techniques using literature studies and interviews from several prospective customers.can help people understand the importance of insurance for the protection of themselves and their families, as well as customers free from the practice of usury..

Abstract

This artcle ams to determne the producere for mplementng clams handlng at PT.Prudental Prudental Lfe Assurance Bnja. Ths research s a descrptve research wth a qualitative approach. Data collecton technques used are ntervews wth nsurance agents PT Prudental Lfe Assurance Bnja and lterature study. Based on the results of research and dscusson, conclusons have been drawn. An nsurance clam s a clam from the nsured party n connecton wth a contract agreement between the nsurance and the nsured party, where each party bnds tself to guarantee the payment of compensaton by the nsurer f the nsurance premum payment has been made by the nsured party, when a dsaster s suffered by the nsured party. As for the stages of the clam beng submtted, t must be completed wth all the requred complementary requrements and documents. f the requrements and documents are not complete, there wll be a rejecton from the nsurance company.

Abstract

PRUCinta is a traditional sharia life insurance product with a membership period of 20 years that provides comprehensive protection against the risk of death and death due to accidents. In addition to protection for 20 years, this product can also be extended without a medical examination, benefits in the form of cash value will be charged to the cash value fund at the end of the membership period, and other benefits including protection against the risk of death. .There may be an accident during the return period or due to the risk of returning. A complete explanation of fund management refers to the general and specific provisions of PRUCinta. Fund management for this PRUCinta product is 100% Tabaru fund insurance compensation and the cash value of the cash value fund if the insured participant dies during the membership period. This study aims to find out how to manage PRUCinta product funds at PT Prudential Syariah.

Abstract

Pegadaian Syariah is a state-owned company engaged in the field of non-bank financial institutions in the form of a unit from PT. Indonesian Pawnshop. Pegadaian Syariah is generally in charge of distributing financing in the form of providing loan money to people in need based on the pawn law. In addition, sharia pawnshops also have various products including Gold Savings. The Gold Savings product provides a new account opening service in the form of gold savings with a very cheap minimum deposit. The purpose of this study is that the author knows how the company in managing the role of the quality of gold savings products at PT. Pegadaian (prsero) UPS Madina. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using literature studies and interviews with several customers at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) UPS Madina. The results of this study state that gold savings products play a very important role in helping people invest in gold using the saving method. In addition to a low minimum deposit, an easy service system, also the system used at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) UPS Madina applies sharia-compliant principles so that customers are also avoid the practice of usury.

Abstract

Financing is an activity in channeling funds to parties other than banks based on sharia principles. The distribution of funds in the form of financing is based on the trust given by the owner of the funds to the users of the funds in the form of financing that will surely pay off. The purpose of this study was to determine the operational mechanism of Ar-rum financing and Ar-rum’s financing impact on the development of MSMEs. Based on the research results, the customers of Ar-rum Financing are customers who have a business and have been running for at least 1 year. The operational mechanism of Ar-Num Financing is, first, the pawnshop receives the application file for Ar-run financing from the customer, secondly checks the validity of the documents attached by the customer and conducts business feasibility analysis interviews and assesses the collateral. Third, the disbursement of Ar-rum’s financing funds after signing a financing agreement known to the husband and wife. After customers receive Ar-rum financing, the average customer income increases every month.

Abstract

Pegadaian (Persero) Madina Syariah Service Unit carries out pawning with a purpose that is in accordance with the pawnshop’s mission, namely providing convenience to people who want to make transactions that are halal, providing superior returns for investors and PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Madina’s services have met the requirements in accordance with the legal umbrella of sharia pawnshops, but there are also customers who cancel their pawn financing because customers feel that the pawn items assessed are not in accordance with the customer’s wishes. The supporting factors for Madina sharia pawnshop customers to obtain pawn financing at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Madina Sharia Service Unit are the cooperation between Madina sharia pawnshops and customers both in fulfilling requirements, financing procedures and financing processes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of trust on customer retention Askrida insurance. and the effect of satisfaction on customer retention for Askrida insurance. The population in this study are customers who have used the services of PT. Asuransi ASKRIDA SYARIAH Medan Branch for more than 1 year or more. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 22.00 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer retention of PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA SYARIAH Medan branch, (2) Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer retention of PT. Asuransi ASKRIDA SYARIAH Medan branch.
