Abstract

The purpose of this research was to reduce the student discipline violations in the school by using group counseling. The method used was the method of quasi experiment with one group pre-test post-test design. The subjects were 9 subjects who violated school rules. Data collecting technique use observation. The results obtained from Wilcoxon test indicate that violations of the student discipline in schools was reduced after the given group counseling. The results of the pretest and posttest obtained Z = 2692 = 6 then Z tabel 0.05, Ho was ignored and Ha was accepted, which meant a violation of students in school discipline was reduced after the given group counseling. The conclusion of this research was a violation of students in the school was reduce after the given group counseling Class VII student of SMP Negeri 3 Natar years 2013/2014.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi pelanggaran tata tertib siswa di sekolah dengan menggunakan konseling kelompok. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode quasi experiment dengan one group pre-test post-test design. Subjek penelitian 9 subjek yang melakukan pelanggaran tata tertib di sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran tata tertib siswa di sekolah berkurang setelah diberikan konseling kelompok. Hasil pretest dan posttest yang diperoleh Z hitung = 2.692 Z tabel 0.05 = 6, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya pelanggaran tata tertib siswa di sekolah berkurang setelah diberikan konseling kelompok. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggaran tata tertib siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Natar Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 berkurang setelah diberikan konseling kelompok.Kata kunci : bimbingan konseling, konseling kelompok, pelanggaran tata tertib

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to know the decrease proclivity of nomophobia using of group guidance self management tecnical at first grade student of SMA Negeri 1 Gedongtataan year lesson 2019/2020. The research method used was quasi experimental design with time series design. Research subject were 8 student. Data collection techniques used nomophobia scale. The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test, obtained values Zcalculate = -2.350 Z table = 1.645, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results showed that there was a decrease nomophobia by 31.3% after treatment of group guidance self management tecnical. So that it can be concluded that group guidance self management tecnical can decrease the proclivity of nomophobia at first grade student of SMA Negeri 1 Gedongtataan year lesson 2019/2020.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penurunan kecenderungan nomophobia menggunakan bimbingan kelompok teknik self management pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Gedongtataan tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental dengan time series design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 8 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala nomophobia. Hasil analisis data dengan uji Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test, menghasilkan Zhitung = -2.350 Ztabel = 1.645, dengan ini berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan terjadi penurunan nomophobia sebesar 31.3% setelah diberikan perlakuan bimbingan kelompok teknik self management. Kesimpulannya adalah layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik self management dapat menurunkan kecenderungan nomophobia pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Gedongtataan tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.Kata kunci: bimbingan kelompok, nomophobia, remaja, self management

Abstract

The research problem was to investigate whether game technique of group guidance could be used to improve the students’ emotion regulation ability. This research aimed to find out the use of game technique of group guidance to improve the students’ emotion regulation ability at Class X MIA of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Way Jepara Lampung Timur Academic Year 2017/2018. Quasi experimental class was used in this research, and the design of this research was time series design. The subject of this research ware eight students who had lack of emotion regulation ability. The data were obtained by using emotion regulation scale. The Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test was used in this research to calculate the data. The result showed that z-value = -2.527 z-table = 1.645, it meant that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It couls be concluded that game technique of group guidance could be used to improve the students’ ability  in emotion regulation.Permasalahan penelitian adalah Apakah layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan dapat dipergunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan dapat dipergunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi siswa pada kelas X MIA SMA Muhammadiyah 1Way Jepara Lampung Timur tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode  quasi eksperiment dengan time series design. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 8 siswa yang memiliki kemampuan regulasi emosi rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan skala regulasi emosi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test, diperoleh zhitung= -2,527ztabel = 1,645 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan dapat dipergunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi pada siswa.Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, regulasi emosi, teknik permainan

Abstract

The aims of this study was to know the improvement self confidence of students by using rational emotive therapy. The method used in this research was Quasi experimental with one group pretest-posttest design, and stastiscally analyzed by non-parametric Wilcoxon test. The subjects of this study were 6 students, who had low self confidence in learning. It was shown stastiscally analyzed  which obtained z output = -2,207 and z table 0,05 = 0. Because z output z table, then Ho was ignored and Ha was accepted. It meant that there was significant increases between self confidence of students before and after being given rational emotive therapy. The conclusion was that self confidence of students could be increased by using rational emotive therapy of students of grade VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Natar in 2013/2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan percaya diri siswa dengan menggunakan rational emotive therapy. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi experimental dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttest, kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik non parametrik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Subyek penelitian sebanyak enam orang siswa yang memiliki percaya diri rendah dalam pembelajaran. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan z hitung = -2,207 dan z tabel = 0. Karena z hitung z tabel, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan pendekatan rational emotive therapy. Kesimpulan, kepercayaan diri siswa dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan rational emotive therapy pada siswa kelas VIII  SMP Negeri 3 Natar Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014.Kata kunci : bimbingan dan konseling, kepercayaan diri, rational emotive therapy.

Abstract

The aims this study for examine the achievement level of student's career in terms of Ginsberg's career theory, after that which will be pursued what counseling service can be used to help students complete the task of career development. The research approach that used is quantitative descript. The population of this research is FKIP UNILA students. In the determination of the research sample, researchers used random sampling of 91 students. Data were collected by Likert Scale, and analyzed with mean hypotetic. The results of this research indicate that (1) the level of achievement of the career of FKIP UNILA students are in medium category, and the level of achievement of the career development task is decreased from the fantasy-tentatif-realistic phase, (2) the implication of the level career achievement task of development FKIP UNILA student is in the medium category, and the level achievement of career development task is decreasing from the fantasy-tentatif-realistic phase. Implications toward counseling services. There is a continuous, planned, and needs-based career guidance program, career information services are held, career visits and future studies are held, while counselors have implications for the need to increased competence and professionalism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of disaster preparedness among the teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Palas in South Lampung. Palas is located near the Anak Krakatau. This area has high disaster risks, either from Anak Krakatau eruption, earthquake, or tsunami. That is why a study of disaster preparedness is needed. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used a Psychological First Aid questionnaire (PFA questionnaire). Psychological First Aid is widely used for psychosocial support in disaster preparedness. The research subjects were 30 teachers. The data analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Palas understand about giving Psychological First Aid as a disaster preparedness support quite well, showed with the frequency of high category of 47%, the frequency of moderate category of 50%, and the frequency of low category of 3%. Meanwhile, it showed that there were the teachers’ understandings about 1) providing direct care of the Psychological First Aids, with the frequency of high category of 80%, the frequency of moderate category of 20%, and the frequency of low category of 0%; 2) high-risk people identification of the Psychological First Aids, with the frequency of high category of 63%, the frequency of moderate category of 37%, and the frequency of low category of 0%; and 3) design follow up of the Psychological First Aids, with the frequency of high category of 73%, the frequency of moderate category of 20%, and the frequency of low category of 7%.

Abstract

The outbreak of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic since December 2019 until now requires all teaching and learning activities for students to be temporarily carried out at home. This needs to be done in order to minimize mass physical contact so that it can break the chain of spreading the virus. To fill the teaching and learning activities that must be completed in this academic year, the government has adopted a policy of learning to be carried out through distance learning using online media (on the network), either using a cellphone, PC, or laptop. Online learning that has been running, makes teachers also cause stress because of the large number of classes and students and demands from conditions or praxis that cause many problems. In an emergency situation, the teacher at that time had to act quickly so that learning could run effectively. Teachers need to be quick to take action and manage classes remotely. This includes managing materials and tasks of very short duration. In a short period of time there are obstacles that occur both from the side of the teacher and the students.When experiencing stress, the body will unconsciously manage stress. Management in dealing with stress is a way to increase his immunity to stress. Effective stress management will result in permanent adaptation, giving rise to new habits or improvements from old situations, while ineffective stress management will end up being maladaptive, namely deviant behavior and harm to oneself and others.

Abstract

Pemberitaan media massa menunjukkan banyak terjadi kasus kekerasan seksual di Pringsewu. Pelaku kekerasan seksual seringkali adalah tetangga dekat, guru di sekolah guru mengaji, guru sekolah, kakek, ayah kandung/tiri, dan pacar. Korban yang mengalami kekerasan seksual pasti akan mengalami trauma. Korban akan terganggu baik secara fisik, psikologis, dan kesehatan secara umum; dalam jangka waktu pendek maupun panjang. Diantara gangguan yang dialami adalah disosiatif, depresi, hingga upaya bunuh diri. Melihat masih adanya masalah atau kendala yang dihadapi korban kekerasan seksual tersebut, maka seorang korban haruslah mendapatkan pendamping yang dapat menjaga, membantu, dan sekaligus menjadi sahabat berbagi rasa korban kekerasan seksual. Pendamping korban kekerasan seksual karenanya harus mempunyai pengetahuan yang memadai dalam mendampingi korban, sejak pelaporan kasus di kepolisian, mendapatkan visum, serta mendukung korban jika mengalami gangguan berupa trauma, PTSD, depresi, hingga keinginan atau tindakan bunuh diri. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ketrampilan konseling traumatis bagi pendamping korban kekerasan seksual di pringsewu ini diikuti oleh 40 relawan sosial dibidang kesehatan dan organisasi kemasyarakatan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya  peningkatan dalam hal pengetahuan mengenai adanya fakta tindak kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di masyarakat sebesar 45,37%, respon umum pada masyarakat terhadap korban kekerasan seksual sebesar 12,62%, karakteristik psikologi korban kekerasan seksual sebesar 38,79%, cara mengurangi risiko menjadi korban pelecehan/kekerasan seksual 49,58, dan  pendampingan konseling traumatis yang dilakukan untuk membantu korban kekerasan seksual sebesar 74,41%.Kata Kunci : pendamping korban kekerasan, kekerasan seksual, konseling traumaDoi: https://dx.doi.org/10.23960/JPSI/v1i1.19-25
